Budget Suites of America - Policies which policies can be broken

I am currently a resident with budget suites of America in Arizona specifically the mesa location but dealt with the Phoenix location as well I signed some forms where I had someone else move with me as well she was my cousin they made me put her on the form due to they said every adult needed to be she did not work and have 3 kids I let them aware that she was staying with me temporarily because she and her kids had no where else to go and that I did this on short notice for the fact she had kids I who work 7 days a week no days off didn't let them aware that she had left to be back with her husband now the predicament that I'm in is that she moved and I don't have her number or anyway to contact her to sign that she left won't be refunded a check that has to be sent to me and her for whatever odd reason even thoe they know she does not work or anything I am the primary signer on the lease and they said there is no way to break that policy and I am an assistant manager at little Ceasars part time and work full time for budwiser so ik there is a way for policies to be broken or readjusted but I'm getting nothing but aggression from the Phoenix location and the mesa location the Phoenix location actually told me that he is corporate but when I looked it up says the corporate office is in Texas so if you could reach out to me and let know what I can do I'd greatly appreciate it if not I will have to take another route I definitely don't need to be here with the money I make and won't deal with this type of service my name is Diego Renteria apartment #337 in the mesa location my phone number is [protected]

Desired outcome: To just adjust my lease especially if you know the circumstances and details as I've explained from the start and to put my tax check after almost being here for 5 weeks under my name and only my name

Budget Suites of America - Treatment from manager

The manager at the Mesa, Az location is not respectful at all. He treats all of the residents like they are scum from the bottom of his shoe. When you ask him a simple question he gives nothing but attitude toward you and talks down to you as if he can just toss you out on the streets and not give a [censored]. I don't appreciate the way he confronts situations and the way he handles them. He should not have a job working with people as customer service and especially as a manager of a residence. People live in this place as there homes. They should not feel in fear that they are going to be kicked out by talking back to this man who treats them like they are less of a human being. This is not the kind of person that you should be hiring as a high up of a residency. He never talks to anyone with any respect. He will continue finding ways to harass residence. Especially when you are a resident who does nothing wrong, has no noise complaints, does not do drugs, pays their rent, doesn't complain and especially ones that have animals that are service that do not make noise. I don't make this complaints to just be looked over and not evaluate him. He is way too disrespectful. And I understand that it is a residency and it needs to be maintained but not in a manner of disrespect. I am tired of being talked to like I am five years old from a grown man. Specially when I am doing nothing but talking to him with respect. Please look further into this employee because he is not making this business look at all good. People want to feel like they can come to this place to help but when you have a manager who is rude and disrespectful to long-term residents it's going to cause problems with people. Specially when I am doing nothing but talking to him with respect. Please look further into this employee because he is not making this business look at all good. It's not fair for the residents who smoke weed on property to be treated better than the people who keep their apartment clean and are respectful in the residency.

Budget Suites of America - just plain awful.

Budget Suites of America is just the worst.
Filthy. Run-down. Seedy. Teeming with junkies and other unsavory characters. Not a safe place by any means.
The staff are incredibly rude. The manager passive-aggressively mutters, while the other staff take a more in-your-face approach in treating guests like ###.
I've stayed at the suites for 2 months while my house is still in construction, I cant wait to finally leave.
I paid for 2 weeks of wifi access, necessary because I work from home often. The wifi went down right after (its been nearly 2 weeks) and the manager got annoyed when I inquired just one time, and told me no way would I be refunded or compensated.
Gee, that's really cool.
I always pay my rent early or on time. Never been late. Yet, every morning on the due date, the manager blows up my phone demanding "are you ever going to pay your rent?"
He walked right into my apartment at 7am on two occasions, mistakingly thinking I was late on rent, and refused to leave until I (while undressed and half asleep) dug out my receipt to show him.
This. Place. Is. Miserable.
