Budget Air Supply Excessive charges for baggage and upgraded seats by budgetair due to a change the airline made in our flight

Good afternoon.

On April 22nd, my husband and I booked a flight through BudgetAir on IcelandAir for June 26th to return home from Europe after our planned vacation in June. A few things occurred that impacted our flight home.

1.On May 17th, Icelandair delayed our flight(4U2PX1) by 24 hours. We had previously paid for upgraded seats and for one piece of luggage each. I have receipts that show what was paid.

2. On May 22nd, we were given new seats (promised seats 9D, 9C, 12C, 12D but not given those seats until we paid a third upgrade fee) and baggage travel by BudgetAir that we had to pay for once again. I have receipts for this as well.

3. When we got to the airport, we were charged for luggage again: $88.00 per person, and we paid for upgraded seats once again.

We want to explain the circumstances that caused us to pay numerous times for the same things, and we would appreciate the proper contact information for looking into a refund for the excess fees. On May 22nd, a customer service representative promised the same seats that we had already paid for and that our luggage was included. This did not happen until we upgraded again, and we were charged again.

Budget Air Supply Cancelled flight reimbursement

I had the misfortune of using Budget Air to book a return ticket from the UAE to UK last June. The monies were deducted from my account yet no tickets were issued. The reason being that the flights (Turkish Airlines) had been cancelled. In spite of the fact that Budget Air clearly knew about this they still took the price of the fare.

I have sent countless e mails to try and resolve this matter but am constantly met with the same reply, 'please provide as much information as possible and we will try to resolve this matter!' In spite of this they never do.

I would suggest that anybody contemplating using this organisation does think twice. I myself will never deal with them again!

Still no t resolved! I wonder whether or not I am wasting my time. Whenever I contact them they go through the usual motions but still it never gets reimbursed. Avoiid this company at all costs!

Budget Air Supply Not refunding my money after they cancelled my flight

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I purchased a 252 Euro flight with Budget Air for an Aegean Air round trip flight to Cyprus for April 16th. Aegean Air cancelled my flight and Budget Air emailed me to say it was cancelled. Budget Air said they would refund me in a few weeks. It has been 2 months and I have received nothing. My messages to you get an automatic response.

Aegean Flight was to leave from Barcelona for Larnaca Cyprus April 16 at 11:50 FL A3711; to Return to Toulouse from Larnaca April 28 Fl A37911. Reservation number BFR-[protected]. I have receipts and the eticket and emails from BudgetAir saying they would refund me.

I started doing research and discovered that I was not alone. There are 100's of people whose flights were cancelled, BudgetAir said they would receive a refund, and the customers never did. People are so frustrated that they set up two Facebook pages entitled Budget Air is a Fraud and Budget Air is a Scam. Trip Pilot shows 100s of terrible reviews by people who lost 100s and sometimes 1000s of Euros to Budget Air.

I want my 252 euro refund. I will pursue this via every avenue available to me. I would appreciate your assistance and to be refunded.

I have already filed a complaint with Aegean Airlines, with Resolver, and with Skyscanner (where I found Budget Air). I will wait one week and then I will file a formal complaint with IATA, send letters to the UK headquarters for Budget Air and to the France offices and to the Netherlands offices. If that doesn't work, I'll proceed to the next level.

Budget Air Supply réclamation suite à des prestations refusées par le client mais facturées abusivement

Synthèse des evénements :

la location de voiture est réalisée (en même temps que les billets d'avion) via le site internet « bubgetair. fr » et payé sur ce site internet avec la carte visa premier. réservation n° hr592674990 de 367.04 euros le 17/05/2019.

la prise du véhicule s'effectue à l'aéroport de zagred le 02/09/2019 auprès du prestataire «budget». le vendeur avis-budget me demande mon « voucher » (bon de location), mon permis de conduire, mon passeport et ma carte bancaire (et je tape le code pin) pour autoriser la caution de 8000 kn (kunas) qui ne sera pas débitée sauf si le véhicule est rendu endommagé ou avec le niveau d'essence non rendu comme au départ (au ¾ du réservoir).

le vendeur avis-budget me demande si je veux une assurance, ce que je refuse catégoriquement en précisant que sur le « voucher » l'assurance complémentaire en «cas d'accident», «contre le vol» et la «responsabilité civile» sont incluent et déjà payées ainsi que l' «assistance dépannage» et que je suis couvert aussi par l' «assurance de la carte visa premier» car j'ai payé la location avec, je lui joint l'attestation d'assurance.

il commence à pleuvoir, le jour baisse. le vendeur part faire l'état des lieux du véhicule et j'en profite pour prendre des photos du véhicule, du kilométrage et de la jauge d'essence. il me demande ensuite de signer sur une tablette électronique sans aucune mention afin de certifier l'état du véhicule, le kilométrage et le niveau d'essence. je signe donc sur l'écran 2 fois ; le vendeur part me chercher les papiers du véhicule et de location (1 feuille a4 pliée en 2, écrit en petit et en anglais mais aussi ce détail à une importance : la feuille est agrafé avec le ticket de la caution dessus ce qui ne permet pas de la déplier et elle est aussitôt rangée par le vendeur dans la pochette contenant les papiers du véhicule, car il pleut. je n'ai pas regarder le papier, il est tard et nous sommes attendu par le propriétaire du studio loué à zagreb.). il y a aussi un constat d'accident (en si besoin) et la clé de la voiture. je précise que tout cela se fait dans un anglais moyen, moi même ayant un niveau d'anglais scolaire, je lui fait répéter les choses plus lentement et cela agace visiblement le vendeur qui est pressé par l'arrivée d'autres clients.

la location se passe bien et nous rendons le véhicule sans problème à l'aéroport de dubrovnik le 21/09/2019, le vendeur avis-budget me remet le calque de l'état des lieux de dépôt du véhicule, où il est coché par le vendeur « no further damage », le plein d'essence est constaté et le kilométrage inclus. le vendeur nous confirme que l'on a rien à payer et que notre caution sera débloquée, que l'on à rien à faire de notre coté. nous prenons donc l'avion de retour pour la france le 21/09/2019.

le 23/09 à 13h25 je reçois un sms de la banque postale : « paiement de 4804.91 hrk le 23/09 avec votre carte visa premier. si vous n'en êtes pas l'auteur, faites opposition au [protected]. la banque postale » je compose donc le numéro de téléphone et la carte bancaire est dessuite mise en opposition. numéro d'opposition n°[protected] et j'appelle aussi le 3639 de la banque postale pour avoir confirmation. le paiement devait être rejeté ou il faudra que je démarre une procédure en contestation d'opération bancaire et un dépôt de plainte aux services de police.

le 24/09 je constate que le paiement apparait sur mon compte « achat cb pbz6avisbudget 23.09.19 hrk 4804.91 carte n°079 1 hrk 0.135471eur » de -650.93 € plus « commission paiement par carte » de -14.97 €, frais de change opérés par la banque postale. je comprends à ce moment que la société avis-budget est à l'origine de ce débit.

je cherche à joindre en vain le service client « après votre location » de bugdet au 09.77.40.32.32 puis +385.91.48.54.680 et +440.13.44.66.87.70 en français puis en langue étrangère... l'on me raccroche au nez après être mis en attente de longue minutes ou juste après avoir brièvement parler à un conseillé qui me remet en attente ou l'on me bascule de service en service, et on me renvoi sur le site internet où je ne trouve rien pour m'aider...

j'arrive à joindre l'assitance de cartrawler qui est la société à l'origine du « bon de location » (voucher) au 0033.1.70.61.30.14 puis au 01.57.32.95.37 qui m'envoi par e-mail la copie de la facture de budget (en anglais) et un autre e-mail pour la procédure de réclamation en cas d'échec avec budget.

alors que j'ai bien refuser toute option ou assurance supplémentaire à l'agence de zagreb le 02/09 en justifiant du bon de location (voucher) ou tout est inclus et de l'attestation d'assurance et d'assistance de ma carte visa premier. je n'ai jamais signé mon accord pour des prestations optionnelle. j'ai signé sur la tablette numérique pour valider l'état des lieux du véhicule, le niveau de la jauge d'essence et le kilométrage. j'ai donner mon autorisation de paiement par carte visa à l'agence uniquement pour la caution obligatoire (dont j'ai le ticket) et aucunement pour débiter mon compte bancaire pour d'autres motifs.

si ma signature à été copiée électroniquement sur le contrat de location à plusieurs autres endroit m'engageant à des options non souhaitées ou impliquant que je renonce à mes droits, cela s'est fait sans mon accord et à mon insu par dysfonctionnement électronique ou malveillance. cela constituerai une arnaque et une vente forcée.

je procède donc avec ce courrier à la réclamation par e-mail auprès de budget et de cartrawler afin d'être re-créditée du montant indumant prélevé sur mon compte. je recontacte aussi le conseiller de ma banque (banque postale) et assistance juridique pour lancer une procédure pour annuler le paiement et en suivant un dépôt de plainte aux services de police et de la répression des fraudes sous 10 jours en cas de non résolution à l'amiable.

Sorry We are not Budget Car rental We are an Air Conditioning company This is the third complaint that was not us The last one was Budget Airline Ticket and the third was a compaint about previous owner 8 years ago I wish we would not be involved in these compalaints about other companies Thank you

Budget Air Supply misrepresentation

That was our first time we ever bought an airline ticket . we could not keep our flight as scheduled due to an emergency situation that came up on our side so we decided to call budgetair and ask for a change in our flight dates and the company didn't even want to listen about changing our tickets to different dates. i was told very curtly that this ticket was basic class which apparently means that its completely unchangeable when i didn't see that any of kind of information on this ticket while making the purchase.. i feel like i was lied to when i was buying this ticket, the company never disclosed this information, we already purchased new tickets with ammended dates and request a refund for our original tickets this is being a very bad experience for me because i can't afford to pay twice for one flight
