We don't know much about how Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy Jalapeno stuffed with chicken wrapped with bacon

I filed a complaint about there being metal in the food i bought that cut my mouth I went and told the manager that the food had metal in it and it had cut my mouth he did not offer me a refund he only offered me more of the food that cut my mouth I called y'all and reported the situation A lady call me one time and ask me for me to call her back I have called her now four times I have not received a call back I'm not sure what else I should do so I will be contacting attorney first thing Monday morning to find out what we can do further I now have an infection in the inside of my mouth I was trying to get in touch with y'all to find out maybe if y'all had a doctor that y'all would recommend me too and that y'all might you know help with the the cost of the doctor because this is not my fault I would appreciate a call back my name is Zachary Smith my phone number is [protected] I really appreciate it thank you

I bought a bacon wrapped jalapeno chicken and sliced the roof of my mouth and gums with a piece of metal from inside my food i have a picture of the object and my receipt i need someone to contact me please my phone number is [protected] and my name is zackery smith thank yoj

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy I have resigned on 7/31/19 due to a hostile work environment. rudeness and negativity that members of the pharmacy team exudes.

I have turned in my letter of resignation on 7/31/19, Within my 6 months of working part time for the company, I have found it unbearable to be involved in a work environment that includes unprofessionalism, negativity and rudeness. The lack of teamwork and constant disrespect for coworkers. At store #037, you cant go to the lead Pharmacist because the person your complaints are in regards too, She and the Head Pharmacist are the Best of friends, as a result, your concern and/ or complaints are swept under the rug, justified, or completely ignored to the point nothing changes and/ or more tension builds within the small workspace. I work full time at WK Cancer Ctr. for 12 yrs. Medical Coder/ Assistant to Manager for 7 Oncologists. I desired the part time pharmacy clerk, because I like to Work, I like to meet and help people, and Im not over anyone in power for those hours. I have no small kids. My 1 child is an Adult. I have the experience of being in command and being a new cashier or new kid on the block. And NEITHER Position should be treated more Favorable than the other. Nor looked down as we (clerks) are Not Important. Because to make any company work you need the Customers, Clerks, stockers, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Techs, etc. We should be able to work together WITHOUT the Negativity and Disfunction. At store #037 there are Pharmacy techs that feel, they can talk to the Clerks in unprofessional manners. Treat you as if your a bother if you ask questions/ not useful/ Need to do what they say . Yet watch their Petty, messy, childish acts. You cannot expect to earn respect. Yet if you were to investigate my ID # 149688, I have learned the process and served the customers in an effective, timely and friendly manner. My main shift was 5pm to 8 pm. and rotating weekend shifts. The job itself is Great, but there is a Serious Problem and concerns with the Open Door Policy for complaints with Pharmacy Techs to our lead Pharmacist. The fact that there are a younger generation and/ or associates where this is their first job in this country for example from India. They should feel the open door policy is Solid and Secure. The Security of the Open door policy is not Being Implemented at #037. Associates should feed comfortable enough to talk through concerns and get past it without any repercussions. As a result, I thank you for the opportunities you have given me during my time of employment.

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy prescriptions

At three separate occasions brookshire's in Canton Texas pharmacy lied moved or just plain told us that our prescriptions were not ready even though they had contacted us prior to us going up there to acquire said prescriptions we will no longer be doing with the pharmacy at brookshire's Canton and will actively try to persuade people to go elsewhere for their lack of service and lack of interest in their customers well-being I wholeheartedly suggest that brookshire corporate steps in and takes a hard look at what these people are doing they are pharmacists they also work in the medical field they should try to live by some kind of code of ethics instead of trying to give people the runaround

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy sweepstakes entry data mining

I went online to enter the grocery sweepstakes (at bottom of the receipt).
I was extremely disturbed very quickly at the trickiness embedded in the system trying to get me to receive texts, phone calls & emails on s daily basis - but I continued and then it started asking extremely personal (and irrelevant to the grocery business,) questions about my health care, and when it asked me if i've ever had sleep apnea, I stopped and went no further.
It was a very aggressive underhanded data mining ploy disguised as a sweepstakes. No doubt my emails & phone would be inundated with unsolicited sales pitches from non grocery related companies.

The staff at my local store in wills point texas is the friendliest and most helpful i've
Ever experienced. It's a shame that the corporate staff setup & signed off on this sweepstakes ugliness.
And it goes on every receipt polluting your reputation to everyone who tries it.

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy service

What happened to the Express lane being "express". Putting the slowest workers there who want to chit chat is frustrating. Friendly is one thing..holding the line up to discuss your work history is another. And then being rude about me being being in a hurry and having a few more than 12 items in my hand basket..How about I go to Walmart and check myself out.

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy pharmacy

On Oct 7th I went to the Brookshires pharmacy to pick up my prescription refills. They had changed the dosage on one of my medications. They claimed it's what the prescription stated. I had been getting the dosage my doctor prescribed until this time. Then the pharmacist stated that the only prescriptions I had on file was dated 2013. That isn't true. My doctor had sent them current prescriptions on April 14, 2014 when I had been to see her. The pharmacist refused to look for the prescriptions dated April 14. He stated there were no current prescriptions for me. If that is the case, then how have they been filled those prescriptions until now? I left without my medications.

This is not the first problem I have had with this pharmacy. In August (or July) they changed my medication without asking me. I refused the medication. I had already paid for it ($118) before I got the chance to check the medications in the store. I left without the correct medication and without a refund.

On Oct 10th I took my almost 80 year old mother to pick up her prescription from the same Brookshires pharmacy. The prescription refill had been called in two days earlier. They claimed they didn't have any refills for her. Then the pharmacist tells us that that particular prescription was out of refills. Well, according to the label on the last refill she got there are 7 refills left on that particular prescription. The pharmacist wouldn't look it up on the computer. My mother left without her medication. This was retaliation because I filed a complaint against them. The pharmacist had told me that none of my medications had a current prescription for them. And he wouldn't look up my original prescriptions from April 14th. If there is no current prescription for my medications since 2013 as he claimed, then how has that pharmacy been filling my prescriptions until now?

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy pharmacy

In August Brookshires pharmacy changed my medication without asking me. When I paid for my medications I noticed one was different. I refused to take the medication. I had already paid $118 for this particular medication. I did not get the correct medication and I didn't get a refund.
So on Oct 6 I went to pick up my prescriptions. They had changed the dosage of one of my medications. I questioned it and told them that was not correct. I was very rudely told that I didn't have a prescription on file. Oh really? Then how are they filling my prescriptions? The pharmacist refused to check on a prescription dated April 14, 2014 which was when I had been to see my doctor and she had electronically sent in the new prescriptions. The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful. I left without my medications. I have been without them for 2 weeks now because of Brookshire's pharmacy incompetence. I called my doctor and she had indeed sent them the prescription in April. They had been using that prescription until now. And now they suddenly decide they don't have it. Brookshire's obviously employs idiots with no semblance of intelligence.

Brookshire's Food & Pharmacy PI injury

I was denied by Segdwick because Brookshires didn't know of the mess on the floor which caused to me fall. I was taken to ER. I was only asking to reiembures for ER medical and 1 week fo lost wages. Segdwich also waited over 5 months to send me the denial letter. All is is unacceptable. I had high faith and committment for Brookshires until after this event. I have the letter and have thought about passing the info around to communities and friends. Forney has alot of competitors now and it hurts me to use another store but what does anyone expect me to do. I can't let this happend to someone else. I do have photos of injuries and witnesses of my own. If you want tht information then Someone needs to contact me directly.
