Resolved Broadway Bar — Horrible Service

THE BARTENDERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!

I was waiting for 15-20 minutes to be served. They just stare at you and then go to another person as if to taunt you. When I closed out my tab I realized why they were so rude.

THEY ADD ON THE TIP THEMSELVES!!! IS THAT EVEN LEGAL????

My bill came out to $52.00 after taxes and THE BARTENDER GAVE HIMSELF A $9.00 TIP. That's like a 20% tip!!!

The tip is where I as a customer get to say "Hey thanks for the great service" or "The service was lousy." The bartender completely took my right as a customer away and decided to tip himself.

IS THIS THE COMPANY POLICY TO ALLOW THE BARTENDER TO DETERMINE THEIR OWN VALUE OF THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED?

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS BAR UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

STAY AWAY!!!
