Bright Forest Technology bose wireless sport earbuds and bose sport headphones with cables

I went to the post office and I received wrong package a fake Gucci scarf! I order bose wireless earbuds and bose sport cable headphones and I received a Gucci scarf instead of my package! I have pictures of my receipt and my order and pictures from my bank account, if I won't see any results soon I will proceed with criminal prosecution! Please I kindly ask you to resolve this problem and send me the correct package! I am looking forward to your response asap!

Bright Forest Technology missing boots

Hello bought boots from website bright forest technology took £42.00 from my bank received email confirming payment also one with tracking number which turns out from China yesterday I got delivery from China not boots but a ring that I wouldn't take for free.. I've sent emails to both website I bought boots from and also the confirmation of payment.to which no reply any help u cld offer wld be greatly appreciated thanks in advance Donna Bennett

Bright Forest Technology boots

I bought 2 pairs of boots on the 4th April well I thought I had, they sent a email saying they had received my order and the parcel will be dispatched and they would send me a tracking number which they did, after a couple of weeks still no sign of the parcel, so sent a email to carrier automated message came back saying I had to get in touch with supplier which I did, they said the parcel had been dispatched and I should be patient, tried tracking the parcel and had no luck, so far I sent at least 3 emails to the supplier and no reply, the last email I sent I demanded my money back but or I would go the police but I don't think this threat is really going to do much good but you have to try.

Bright Forest Technology product not received

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from an add I saw an instagram. It claimed to be an australian site selling fitflop brand shoes. This was on 19th march 2019 and they took $74.20 from my account. There was no confirmation email or anything to say my purchase was received or that the money was taken from my account.
Going through my account I saw this deduction from bright forest technology singapore to the value of the shoes I purchased. Scammed through and through. How do I get my money back.

Bright Forest Technology scam 😡

I Ordered shoes & trainers and received a fake Louis Vuitton scarf!

Numerous emails sent and received back from cs5@customercenterhome.com

Basically saying possibly sent the wrong item and would I accept the item as an exchange?

Something triggered after I searched for the website when I hadn't received my order and it had disappeared?! I can believe I've allowed myself to be scammed?!?

Absolutely disgusted with myself and the company.

Could you help me and advise me what I can do if anything please?

Bright Forest Technology skecherd

Brought two pairs skechers - 1 ladies and 1 man's money came out straight away from credit card however was surprised because thought it was Australian company not Singapore items have never arrived but a random pouch arrived which must have been from them because when I track the parcel it says delivered shoes have never arrived and no communication forth coming either sent numerous emails nothing very disappointed

Bright Forest Technology ordered a oroton bag but received a fake gucci scarf

Hi, I ordered a Oroton bag on March 29th on their website orotona.com and paid $128 USD, but their overcharged me.
I know something was wrong as soon as I saw the order confirmation email, but I was hoping I could receive my order.
Today I received a fake GUCCI scarf which would not worth even $1...

Is there anyone that can help us get a refund?

Bright Forest Technology scarpa boots ordered, never arrived

I saw an ad on Facebook for Scarpa Boots in a sale. I ordered them. My bank statement shows payment to Bright Forest Technology. About 10 days later, a bracelet arrived from China. I complained to the cs2 email I received (which had postal tracking number on) but they replied to say sorry for sending wrong item, and my boots now out of stock. They offered a 32% refund. I replied very rudely, annoyed at myself for being scammed.

Bright Forest Technology sun glasses

I should have known better, I suppose. I ordered very reduced 'factory outlet' aviator glasses. As soon as I had made payment, my computer screen filled with a warning from some US site, saying basically that it was a fraudulent company. I emailed them and tried to cancel the order; I also contacted my Visa company to cancel. Since then I have exchanged several emails with the company (theirs always come back with Cs5). They've told me my money will be refunded but that it may take 30 days (ha! I'm not holding my breath!), but I also get emails saying that the product has been shipped. Then last night I got an email from Swiss Post (but it's also a fake one!) asking me to click and pay 2.99 for the package waiting for me at the border. All a scam. I just want to warn people here! I've contacted and warned the Swiss Post too that their address has been used fraudulently. It was easy to tell from the English mistakes).in my case it was only a small amount of money ($30), but still! This company should be shut down!

La página en cuestión es www.timberlandkshops.com y ofrecía precios muy accesibles con 80% de descuento. Decidí finalmente comprar dos pares de botas de senderismo por un total de u$s 53, 50, con el siguiente detalle:

Finalmente hoy, 15/4/2019 recibo la encomienda que en su interior tenía una bolsa Louis Vuitton. Inmediatamente desde mi Correo Postal en Argentina reenviamos la mercadería. Solicito una respuesta ya sea de Timberland o de Bright Forest Technology.

Bright Forest Technology sent wrong item, now not refunding

Absolute sham. I ordered a storage container from what I thought was a UK website. Some 4 weeks later I received a fake Louis Vuitton scarf. When I complained they told me the item I ordered was out of stock and they offered me 30% refund. I told them they could have the fake scarf back if they sent me a postage label and they told me I would have to pay to return the wrong item they sent me! Still waiting for my full refund...

I also ordered an item and was sent a fake Louis Vuitton scarf, when queried where my item was they said it was out of stock, so sorry. They offered me a 40% refund, but to date have not received any. They also said that they also suffered loss from postage, handling etc, well excuse me, didn't I pay for that originally. I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. Once bitten twice shy!

Bright Forest Technology ordered shoes for £21 and shipping cost charged £36.84 never received goods

Ordered on 25/3/19 money taken on 27/3/19 tracking says goods have arrived have emailed to say no gods received no reply. Still awaiting goods a pair of vans trainers for my daughter shipping was stated as £3.99 trainers were £21. now the website has disappeared. Have emailed company CS2 CustomerCenterhome.com as yet no reply.
If no goods coming would like a refund but as cannot get a reply looking doubtful.

Bright Forest Technology ordered garden bench, received a fake designer scarf

I too doubted this offer, but decided to risk it - to my cost.
I was worried as soon as I saw that the name was different, also I had a few
emails asking me to be patient, the order would take time.

Once I received the scarf, I checked the delivery status, which now showed as confirmed! I have exchanged emails 3 times, they said they had asked the factory to send my original order, but they were out of stock, and offered 30% refund, which I refused, then 35%. I said I wanted a full refund - I haven't heard since.

I hope this helps others to avoid my idiotic mistake.
I know full well that if an offer seems too good to be true, it propably is!

By the way, I had no idea at the time that the gucci scarf had anything to do with the order I had made. Things come from China all the time and I honestly just thought it was a mix up.
I only discovered this because I still had not received the boots so i looked up my credit card info for the company that charged me, and looked them up on google, only to be led to this complaints board!

I order Scarpa hiking boots which cost $40.
In the meantime, I seem to have had the same exprience as other had:
- I too received a fake gucci scarf (i see others have also received gucci scarves!) - Funny thing is I received this scarf and I had no idea where it had come from.. I, good honest me, just reckoned the company had mixed up the label on the package and felt terrible for the person who had ordered a HKD 6000 gucci scarf and didn;t receieve it, so i sent it back.
- I too was charged more than I ordered for - $49

So where do we take it from here?

Bright Forest Technology fraudulent banking transaction

On 29 March 2019 I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for $109 AUD from HOTVHOSALES and received a confirmation email from cs4@customercenterhome.com with a tracking number.
My Visa card however was debited $129.36 with payment made to BRIGHT FORREST TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE.
I have emailed CS4 with no response and I have not received my purchase.
I now note that this is referred to as a "bait and switch" scam and am seeking refund of my money.

Bright Forest Technology earrings

I saw an ad online on lechatmangetout.com for a pair of Lulu Frost earrings I had seen elsewhere for much more (1st red flag). I was on alert because of the difference in pricing. I thought a lot about it and wondered if they were authentic so I attempted to email them through their contact us link. No response (2nd red flag). Still was thinking about them and decided to give it a try. Fortunately, my credit card company declined the purchase and contacted me immediately stating it was Bright Forest Technology out of Shanghai (not the company I thought I was buying from) and the amount was a little different from what I was told the charge was. Thank goodness my cc company was on the job!

Bright Forest Technology I never ordered the product

I was on an english website http://www.jumpmk.co.uk and ordered paint by number kits. I got an email from cs2@customercenterhome.com which confirmed what I had ordered.
Then I recieved a very smelly fake "Gucci" belt and they had pulled around £ 93 from my bank account and I can see the reciever is Bright Forest Technology.

I triede to contact them by the above email and also on the website with no result.
The above email does not excist.

Thought I was ordering from Australia website Oroton Australia but link was Orostore Online received cheap necklace instead of wallet and bag I paid for went to enquire on link now not operational but still Bright Forest Technology took my money and had the audacity to charge me SGD. I contacted Oroton Australia and they said the order number I gave them wasn't there's website was fake. So unfair I want my money back. Don't order off that website you will be highly dissapointed. I hope ACCC gets them 😡😠😡😠😡

I've fallen for this scam as well! Thought I was ordering a pair of RM Williams boots, however, I received the same knock off Cartier bracelet too. Lesson learnt if the price seems to good to be true it must be a scam!

The site is a scam. I bought a silicone case for a TI Nspire (https://www.mjartmall.com/guerrilla-silicone-case-for-texas-instruments-ti-nspire-cxcx-cas-graphing-calculator-pink-bhrs-group-tinspirepinksc-p-257936.html) and received a "Cartier" bracelet in the mail.

Luckily I used a prepaid credit card since they didn't accept PayPal (although the site displays the PayPal symbol).

Bright Forest Technology guitar

6/04/19 morning I paid for a website they were offering 80% discount for guitars and some musical instruments were there. They charged me $36.99. And I didn't get any message only the message that saying transfer of money. So the message says bright forest technology. How can that happen this is a scam! The whole money was my pocket money I collected sometimes without having my meals. How can we assure, trust such websites. Very disappointed.

Hi, I also bought a guitar and a keyboard from yamahaushop.com and they gave us a tracking link for our package. the package showed up but instead of what I ordered, I got a cheap [censored] hand bracelet from “Cartier” (which I am pretty sure is a fake). Can somebody help me?

Thank you for your post. The first fishy (apart of the price) was the links at the bottom of the site. Facebook icon redirects to main page of facebook. Other icons - twitter, pinterest, linkedin - at the same manner. So if you bought it via debit/credit card you can get back your money from your bank. But it depends of country, bank how many days you have to report this situation to your bank. But if you are sure that it is fraud, you should report it to police.
