Ordered 3 pairs of Clarks boots costing £80. Was sent confirmation of order and payment from a company ippaspay.com confirming I'd paid in Singapore dollars 119.67. Then another email confirmation from cs@servicecentervip.com saying I'd paid US$82.64 for the same goods. This is obviously a scam, I clicked on a Facebook link (stupidly). I am about to ring my card provider to see if there's anything I can do to get my money back as this is fraud. I'm very angry that I was so stupid to be conned and furious that these crooks seem to be still 'trading'. All looked legit took me to an official looking Clarks website, thought the boots were a bargain. Yep, if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is. Hope these scumbag charlatans get their comeuppance!

Me too. Also cancelled my card and filed a dispute. Clarks know about this but clearly don't want to go public!

Hi, I also made the mistake of ordering some things from this company who's advertising looks legitimate and the pictures nice etc.
I never received the parcel which they claim (according to the tracking number) was delivered a long time ago.
I have been chasing them for a month in fact and all I got was the promise of a refund of 30% which I said was an insult. They then upped to that 50% reluctantly.
Of course, reading their business practises now (how I wish I had checked that first) that will never happen.

I contacted my bank and they have initiated a dispute process - they also cancelled the credit card used and will issue a new one to ensure this company cannot charge me more. If successful the dispute process will result in a full refund of the amount charged. This has become the new 'norm' apparently... check in triplicate before dealing with some unknown company...
