Bright Forest Technology the payment hub for their online scamming activities

This is my first experience being scammed online. Saw the ads on FB wall offering to sell Yamaha guitars at 80% discount. Clicked on it and was directed to a website (www.yamahaeshop.com). I wasn't suspicious as everything in there looked and went just like the usual online shopping websites. Placed order for 1xClassical guitar that cost USD20.xx and another acoustic at USD30.xx. My excitement blinded my judgement sense at that moment I wanted to order more but somehow I decided not to.
When TAC was sent to me by bank it showed the payment was to Bright Forest Technology. Refreshed the website to check my order but this time the exact same URL I was at seemed totally different and looked under construction and incomplete, created by CheapDomain. I quickly realised I just got scammed. Further confirmed it's a scam by searching on Google for Bright Forest Company and unfortunately I was assured I have just became one of the victims after reading about others' complaints here. I immediately called to the bank but it's too late and was advised to enter a dispute for this payment. I even got charged more than the amount of my purchase.

The same ad still appears on FB but they have changed their website to www.yamahaushop.com. I left comments revealing the scams and reported to FB with hope it would make other unsuspicious ones to really search for whatever information they may obtain about the seller before making payment online. I believed they(scammers) have banned me over the bad but honest comments as I was denied my option to leave anymore comments, 30mins ago.

This happened to me too. Is there anyway to get refund? I have lost $700 to these people. I ordered a $20 guitar and my card was charged with numerous amounts after that. :(

El día de hoy me llegó al e-mail un correo que según era para rastrear mi producto, según esta en china, el día hoy miércoles hago una semana desde que hice mi pedido y hasta apenas tengo la información de la factura de track, Ya me puse en contacto con mi banco pero que debo de esperar a ver que pueden resolver antes del 15 de mayo, Les mantendré al tanto de lo que esté pasando con mi supuesto pedido por que seguro que una guitarra no va a llegar...

Bright Forest Technology ordered rifle recoil pad

Ordered rifle recoil pad from sirigoshop, the bill on my credit card said, Bright Forest Technology, on the 19 March, what had arrived is a cheep imitation pair of ray bans.
Now I have done some investigation and find that other people have been scammed, how is this company still operating.
Now before I had realized, have ordered another 2 from them, thinking that I had forgotten to order, more fool me '.
Both time charged more than final bill.

I hope people read this and do not get fooled like myself and others on this site.

Bright Forest Technology I did not receive the goods that I ordered and paid for.

I ordered two pairs of footwear from Scarpa or so I thought. The conformation email for the order came through with what I had ordered and that the payment would show as Bright Forest on my bank account. They sent me tracking information that I followed and instead a nasty bracelet turned up with that tracking code on.
I have emailed them to advise I will return the item they have sent in error and would like a refund but as yet no response.
I have contacted my bank and cancelled my card for my own piece of mind.
I too am in a position where I cannot afford to just hand over my cash, oh and they took more that I was expecting them to...
I have a form to complete for the bank but it's probably unlikely I will see my money and I still need shoes!
It's not a nice feeling when you feel you have been scammed.

Bright Forest Technology guess how much I love you cot bed bedding substituted for fake cartier love bangle!

Earlier in March 2019 I attempted to order a Guess How Much I Love You 4-piece cot bed sedding set at the price of £50.98 plus £10 p&p. This set was in vogue about 2/3 years ago and the price was camparable with that in the UK, except everywhere was out of stock! Initially I tried to place an order a couple of times but each time my payment was declined. I contacted my bank a couple of times and the second time they checked to see if the company was black listed, which they did not appear to be, and stayed online to authorise the payment while I placed my order. It was only today that I realised they had taken £66.31 out of my account instead of a total of £60.98!

I did check to see if I could get a refund if it failed to arrive. They also advised to check to see I get an order confirmation, which I did receive. I also received an email with a tracking number and everything appeared to be in order. That was until I checked my emails while not at home and found my order had been delivered! On arriving home I found a small padded envelope through my letterbox with the same Royal Mail tracking number! On opening the package I found a silver coloured (probably chrome plated) "Cartier" Love Bangle with coloured "stones" in a cellophane bag with the little screwdriver that are sold with these bangles. Suspicions aroused, I took it to a reputable jewellers and asked outright if it was genuine or a fake? They confirmed that it was a fake and mentioned various things that were wrong with it, which I had already researched.

I have emailed Bright Forest Technology for a few days now and each time I have had a reply. However, despite the fact that I have told them they sent the wrong item and that I received a fake product which is against the law here in the UK, as well as in Singapore, and that I want the correct item to be sent, they have stated that the item is no longer available and the bangle was sent out in error! Initially they offered me 25% compensation, which then increased to 28%, all of which I have turned down. The also had the nerve to suggest I sell the bangle or give it as a gift to a friend! I reiterated that I want a full refund including postage and would not be accepting their offer of compensation and would not insult my friends by giving them a fake product as a gift and that it was against the law to sell counterfeit/fake goods, both in the UK and Singapore. I also said that I was in touch with my bank and would be reporting them to customs. Today I received a much shorted email offering me 30% compensation!

I have been in contact with my bank, Lloyds, and they have suggested I get a letter from the jewellers confirming that the bangle is fake. Once they have received this they will issue a full refund for the amount that I paid.

I ordered boots from Bright Forest Technologies and their website is now down and no response to the emails I sent them and I paid through ipass pay - what a scam! I am trying to resolve this with ipass pay before reporting this to my credit card company as a FRAUD and writing about both ipass pay and Bright Forest Technologies on the Better Business Bureau!

We are in the same boat, I ordered some bags for my vacuum and I think I will receive the same stupid bracelet...or nothing. And they also overcharged my card.

Visa told me I have to wait about 20 days then I will be able to contest the transaction.
I got an order number but I lost it because I never received an email after I made the order.

I knew something was wrong so I tried to contact them to cancel the order but they never replied.

How do you get in touch with these scammers?

I'm sorry to hear that. It ppears that there are quite a few people already who have been deceived by this company! At least if you do receive the bracelet you can then take it to a jewellers for them to clarify whether it is genuine or not. If you ask them for written confirmation then contact your bank again, they will email you so that you can send them a copy of this document. They should then be able to give you a refund. I'm with Lloyds and they haven't said it will take 20 days. It's usually less than this. On the other hand, if they don't get the money back from the seller you might not get anything back anyway! This happened to me when I bought some items while in India that were then posted out to me. These were damaged and I provided photos but because the company refused toissue a refund, there was nothing Lloyds could do. I lost nearly £300 on that transaction!

With regard to contacting them, firstly, have you looked in your junk mail for the order confirmation? The other alternative is to go on their website and contact them via their contact us form which is usually at the bottom the the page.

5 minutes after I made the order I sent message directly from their website because I wanted to cancel the order, I never received a reply of course, and I never received an order confirmation. Since my purchases are supposed to be covered by VISA, I'm just waiting.

Bright Forest Technology scam

I did a transaction in one of their site. I had a hunch of this being a scam. It says in the email "bright forest technology used as a paying tool"

It was weird that they had to do that. I googled bright forest technology and voila! I ended up here. My site was jjyeezyshopgq.tk

I realised it has "tk" in the end but i hoped it was a legitamate websit because i wanted to buy the product offered in that site for my brother. But it looks like im going to get a frown on my little brother's face.

Also, will they know my card details? I appreciate if anyone could help!

Bright Forest Technology bait and switch operation

I ordered a pair of Skechers casual shoes in early March 2019. I paid with a credit card, which was fortunate.

Two weeks later, I received a little piece of junk stainless steel bracelet not even worthy as a prize at a kids carnival. I immediately emailed BFT and asked they send me the shoes or a refund. They did not respond.

I quickly called my credit card customer service department. The representative was glad to enter a dispute.

Do not order merchandise from Bright Forest Technology whose email address is cs4@customercenterhome.com. It is a scam operation specializing in bait and switch tactics. If the availability of the product and the price appear too good to be true, with these guys it is.

Be aware.
unfortunately only after the payment is done we get to know the name of the company...so if you're reading this you already got scammed...sorry

I fell for this one as well. Ordered a couple pairs of discounted boots. There website was setup identical to the boot suppliers, so didn't think much of it until payment slip came through in currency(Singapore) other than the one I purchased in. I contacted my Bank got card cancelled and place dispute with them
I ended up getting a fake designer scarf. I've got a reply to my email asking for photos of what I have received in error.

I also got scammed. Ordered 2 Oroton bags and have just received a nylon scarf! And it is a really awful scarf that I will never use so it has gone into the bin. I lost $150 NZD a rather expensive lesson but certainly one I will be sharing with all my friends. Maybe Facebook should be doing more to stop these fakes?

I ordered a camera and received a scarf did anyone ever get their payment back also is this address Singapore? I am a single mother and the money that has been took from my account is needed why be such a low life to con good honest people it's shameful! I ordered a watch and got the cheap bracelet. Same deal, lots of emails backwards and forwards with offers to pay between 20 and 32% of the cost. What I don't understand is if they are a scam, why bother returning my emails at all. They obviously have no intention of refunding our money.

Bright Forest Technology Folding bike

I did an internet search for a Ecosmo 20 Lightweight Alloy Folding City Bicycle, and a site called 'Let's Go Shopping' claimed they were doing that bike for £82. I ordered it and paid online with mt bank card, I was charged £100 with carriage and an extra charge, I was able to track a parcel that was delivered to me to sign for but it was just a cheap bracelet. I have emailed the company, cs3@customercenterhome.com, but had no reply as yet.

£33.25 was debited from my Barclaycard visa.
goods never arrived,
a refund of 41% was offered by cs4.
I did not accept it, I think it is a scam!

After seeing what appeared to be A legitimate advertisement on Face Book, I ordered boots. Everything seemed legit-tracking information for my parcel etc but in the end I received ‘Gucci' sunglasses -a complete rip off. They do not appear to have a website. this company should be shut down.
