Resolved Brian Hovey Plumbing — Service

He augered my toilet, but couldn't remove clog. He left my toilet and water off. The plan was for him to return the next day, but the toilet at the base shot water like a geiser and flooded my bathroom and bedroom. The water was supposed to be OFF! He came back a second time and tried to snake the toilet with a longer device. He still couldn't remove the clog. He wanted to send a cameraman the next to look into the pipe for an astronomical amount of money. In the meantime, my toilet sits in bathroom but it is not mounted and cannot be used and he left me a bill. Also, he had my house key and didn't want to give it back to me until I paid him. ~He didn't fix the problem. He made it worse!~
