Coffee Bar
I have been coming to Peak 7 for the past 5 years and each time we check in or visit with the concierge, we stop at the coffee bar to have a coffee or make a mocha. When the bar was removed during Covid, we really missed it. Now that we have found out that it has been removed permanently, we are quite disappointed. While it may seem a little silly, that cup of coffee/mocha at the end of either a ski day or outdoor summer excursion really was the “icing on the cake!” We are going to miss the coffee bar!

timeshare fees
TimeShare with Breckenridge Grand Vacations Yearly Fees Continue after your death & increase yearly by $200 to $300.
You cannot stop them. They will go after your children and grandchildren to pay the fees. They will not take your deed back even if it's free. We bought our timeshare in full back in 2008. We paid our fees every year. Now that they are $3100 and we can't afford that, they refused the deed and went after our credit score which is 750.
