I bought a flight ticket from Ljubljana - Reykjavik for the 23rd of June 2021.

The flight was then rescheduled for 21st of June and then on the 5th of June, I have recieved from Bravofly an email saying that British Airways have cancelled this flight. Attached you will find the screenshot of the cancellation.
I have requested for the refund on bravofly website and recently I saw the update of my refund saying: ''Our flight operated as usual on your selected travel dates. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot issue you with a refund for your ticket. We apologise for the error in previous communications.''

I have called today Bravofly, and the guy told me that it was a mistake made by the airline. Furthermore, he told me that the flight operated as usual and that I was on board on this specific flight - but I was not. I don't even know how this is possibly, no one has stolen my ID, I can proove that I went on my another flight, which was on the 22nd of June and because of this cancellation email, I have bought a new ticket with via different agency.

As I have been waiting now for almost 5 months to get a refund back, I am sick and tired of more waiting. I request for a full refund of my ticket!

I am waiting on a refund of over €1200 since July. Every time I call, I am told that the refund is being processed. The airline have already confirmed that a refund has been sent months ago to Bravo Fly. I have asked to speak to a manager to be told that is not possible, I have asked to speak to someone to complain and have been told the same. I was told to send a complaint email and when I asked for the email address I was told that he could not give that information.

Dear Team,

I have booked a flight for 14 August, 2021 with Malaysia Airlines via Bravofly and paid around $700 for the same including the flexi Insurance. The ticket was cancelled by Airlines and now I Bravofly doesn't stand on the promise made by them on the flexi insurance rather they have requested refund to the Airlines and asking me to wait for last 2 months.

The problem is that this ticket is non-refundable and still bravofly has requested for refund without even bothering to talk to me! Now it's been more than 2 months and I am still making international calls to Bravofly every 2 days to get an update but there isn't any update for this.

I purchased two tickets, for myself and my wife, on Alitalia from Bravofly.
They were roundtrip tickets from Athens, Greece, to Bari, Italy, via Rome. We received both an email and a receipt, at [protected]@att.net, from Bravofly confirming the booking. The total paid for the roundtrip flights was 276, 09 Euros. The booking was completely paid for by credit card. The Booking ID #: [protected]

The departure was Oct. 3, 2021, flight # AZ0721 from Athens to Rome, and then flight #AZ1603 from Rome to Bari. We checked into that flight and had no problem.

The return was Oct. 13, 2021, flight # AZ1602 from Bari to Rome, and then flight #AZ0720 from Rome to Athens. When we tried to checked in, Alitalia told us that Bravofly had cancelled our booking. Alitalia showed us the email from Bravofly canceling the booking. This was a complete surprise, because we had not been informed by email or otherwise by Bravofly of the cancellation. And we don't know why they would have canceled our flights because they had been paid in full. We tried desperately to contact Bravofly but could not get a human being on the phone; their online system however said our booking was confirmed. But Alitalia would not let board the flight.

So were stranded on October 13 at Bari airport and needed to find a way to get to Athens that day because our flight home to the USA from Athens to Los Angeles on Swissair departed 9:30 am on October 14.

It was a very tense and stressful day, but we able to find flights to Athens through the ticket office at Bari Airport: Ryan Air to Rome, and then Rome to Athens on Aegean Airways, getting to Athens late on the night of the 13th. The Ryan Air tickets were 214, 12 Euros, and the Aegean Airways tickets 160, 58 Euros, plus the ticket office charged a 60 Euros service fee. The total was 434, 70 Euros.

hello, during the covid19 pandemic, my flight was cancelled and i got a voucher. the voucher has expierd and i want to renew it for ordering a new flight. i tried to contact bravofly but they are not answering and there is no answer for this problem in their website. I am trying to cancel my flight ticket to New Zealand which is booked for 25th November. The borders are closed at present for tourists entering New Zealand from South Africa.

I cannot do it online as it pops up with a message to phone an international number. I do not have access to international calls on my cell phone, therefore cannot contact them telephonically.

I booked my tickets from Bravofly from Vancouver to Dubai and Dubai to Vancouver. But now am not able to manage my booking or make any changes. Bravo Company is a sister of Lastminut Company which has a bad reputation and notorious for fraud and cheating very bad service therefore the coming with another face through Bravo.com.
That's not just my opinion; you just do read the customers feedback about that. Their Scam way!
After they got the money from the customer, they cancelling the booking, keep the refund money for long time to use it in the market and get benefit, then offering a voucher to the customer instead the money
And if the customer refuse he will get 25% from his total payment, or got nothing using different of excuses, even if the customer buy insurance policy with the ticket which is scam also, like my situation I did pay extra money for the European assistance insurance for nothing its piece of fraud paper.
They canceled my flight.
Today Bravo.com sent me an email said that I have to choose how I will get back my money, and there is one option.
Offering me that I will receive a Travel Credit, at the same value as the canceled services, plus a voucher.
That's the evidence about their way to scam.
I want my money refund completed back to my account as they took it.

My flight on 29/04/2021 FZ 0042, FZ 1745 from MCT-DXB-BEG was canceled 10 days before departure without valid reason. In the mail, BRAVOFLY stated that refund will take up to 2 months to receive. Still there is no refund. Many times I called then wrote them many emails without any date or compensation. They are really the worst company. This was not my first time as this is my 3rd time I am using the coupon from them which I still cannot use as every time flight gets canceled.

We had our flight to Bali cancelled due to Covid 19. The airline says to contact 3rd party provider for recouping costs, Bravofly are the 3rd party provider. BravoFly state on their website that they will get in contact with you should a flight be cancelled, to reschedule, gain credits. No-one has contacted us, when we try, we cannot get through - the phoneline hangs up after not providing any assistance. How do we get in contact with BravoFly?

Bravofly is among the worst company to book any tickets from. I had booked a flight in FWB 2020 for April 2020 which got cancelled due to coronavirus. It took them more than 1 year to issue my refund voucher. I finally decided to use the refund voucher last night and had to pay a difference of 42 euros for the booking. I woke up this morning to find out that Bravofly has deducted 84.23 euros from my account. Exactly the double amount that I was meant to pay for my booking. Needless to say, they did this without my consent. There is NO working customer complaint portal that they have, nor do they have a working phone number or e-mail address. Basically, they blocked all ways of contacting them after they stole my money.

I have spend months and months trying to recover my euro 448 which I paid for 4 flights for 4 pensioners to Palma. I have spoken to several people who said the refund is in progress, but nothing is happening.. They sent a cancellation confirmation for Booking ID [protected], but when I go into the account its keeps saying "refund in progress" - I don't believe this for one minute and I cannot get through on any of the numbers, I am ringing from Ireland every day and just kept on hold, I have cried over this as I paid for all the flights and have had to return all the money to my friends.
It is outrageous that you do nothing - I want my refund as soon as possible.

On 11. August this year we faced with extraordinary confusion, stress and humiliation from Bravofly and would like to share with you the background of our complaint.

In 11:45 while I was driving the boat with my family on Corfu island we received an e-mail from Bravofly customer service that our booking and flight are cancelled and ticked refund process started without any additional explanation.

This information stressed us a lot and forced us to go back immediately to nearest harbor due to bad network with idea to find additional information regarding our upcoming flight to Santorini.

I called via roaming tariffs Bravofly customer service three times and lost more than an hour (60 minutes) inside roaming time and data.

All informations I received that day were totally contradicting starting from:
-your flight is canceled and we don't have a solution for you and your family
- over we changed your departure time
- than sorry, please try to book another flight via other flight company this one is over booked
- till please check are you on flight passengers list directly with call to RyanAir it's their fault not ours.

In one moment we were even forced to leave rented boat earlier, turn my car and go to Corfu airport RyanAir desk to check are we still on the list of passengers for flight from Corfu to Santorini on 14. August. (we tried to do it via phone but they refused to do it without physical identification and passport) and confusion was still present there.

We found that we are on the list of passengers but have some note which is not understandable to flight provider and should be cleared with booking agency (Bravofly in this case)

This really stressed us too much and produced us additional costs, confusion and destroyed complete one day in first week of our summer vacation.

I wrote to their customer service to check their system and listen again our communication from saved data to get the complete picture about my complaint, but there was no response or automatic response with ticket number.

We were writing on mail: [protected]@lastminute.com which I received from their agent during last communication with BravoFly customer service.

Than on the last step when we tried to do a check-in process all links and mails what they provided in e-mail were not working and they were linked to their application where it was written that flight is canceled and refund process begun.

Luckily we didn't rest there and we tried to perform booking on Ryanair web page and with private mail address and this was successful at the end.

Obviously that application, booking system and response of agents have some bug in the system which cost us a lot these days.

For all listed issues, stress and unpleasant moments, especially for earlier returning to harbor, than running to Corfu airport desk service I request at least compensation and polite excuse from their side.

I have booked a return flight London to Tunis departing on 19th December 2020, returning on 16th January 2021. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, the flight was cancelled and I chose to get a refund. Since then, the refund status is 'Awaiting refund from supplier'. I am not able to get in contact with any of the numbers under 'customer service' contact. The UK number returns a voice mail asking to use the online help. When I try the online link, my booking ID number is requested but it returns a message that Id number is not valid. I don't know what else I can do to get my refund.

I bought 2 tickets.
One for me one and one for my child under 2 years old. I was charged for 2 adult seats thinking I will have 2 seats.
I was only given one seat and a baby had to sit on my lap.
I spoke on the phone before my return flight and I requested refund on 4 different occasions. I was promised a refund over the phone.
No refund so far.
When I call I am directed to options and then the phone calls end without ever speaking to live person.
It is taking too much of my time but I think that's what bravofly is tryyto do- to tire you out so you give up.

I booked a flight for September 2020 and it was cancelled due to Covid19. I agreed with voucher, but now when I booked new flight I was not able to write my code in. They took all my money from card. I thought code will be written after with card, I was checking on each step, but no place to write voucher in, in all previous steps. This is a lot of money and I can not tolerate this. Please explain how this can be fixed. I don' want to use more money, this was hardly earned.

04/03/2021 I was due to return from Luxembourg to Norway with my child and she got so sick that it was impossible to travel that Morning I took her to the doctor where she was treated and put on IV for two weeks. I contacted the travel agency on the morning on the travel and explained that I could not travel with a sick child, I sent them a copy of the child's passport, Doctors medical certificate and birth certificate as per their request, in addition they asked me to complete and consent. 4 months later they keep asking for the same documents and I also sent to last minute.com now on persistent calls they told me to contact the airline myself. which I have and the airline was helpful and informed me that they (bravo fly) know the process for such cases has to go through their account manager and they will be required to pay a small fee then rebook my flight. However they bravo fly keep telling me its the airline that needs to issue me, I am being tossed around and each time I call they say its the airline. I bought a ticket with insurance because I was traveling with children and yet bravo fly now has changed the narrative depending with who you talk to they will tell you the insurance is only valid for the first part of the flight or if you have used a part of the flight then its no longer valid.
Anyone with knowledge on travel rights to help me I need to return I have paid enough via Airbnb. I need a new ticket to leave this week or latest next week my child needs to be in school.

My flights timing were changed. And we got an option to either accept the change or get a refund. We asked for a refund. I had completed outbound journey from Dublin Ireland to Goa India. My return journey was cancelled. I had cancelled it in Mid Feb 2021. I have spoken to bravofly customer care and they have told me about 6 weeks ago the they have received the refund from the airlines and it will be passed on to me in 2 weeks.
