BrandsMart USA Davie Fl

I was to receive a call to let me know when service was coming between 6 and 8 pm. I did not receive the call and when I called to confirm with the number I was given I sat on hold for 16 minutes and then the line was dropped- twice! This happened. I can not believe that your company has absolutely no customer concern or service. On top of that an appliance that I purchased in Oct is already dead. There is no power to it at all and I have had N electrician in to confirm this. You expect me to wait all day for a technician when you can even tell me the time frame they will be there after you said you would let me know this. A company your size should perhaps care a bit more about your customers and we have been customers for more than several years, but again if you do t care then maybe we should purchase from a more reputable company or more customer oriented company! Never been so disappointed withService or should I say NO SERVICE

BrandsMart USA Microwave oven shopping experience

We had to replace our KitchenAde microwave, which we had bought several years ago, along with all the rest of the kitchen appliances, from Brandsmart. We bought it on Saturday, 5/8/21. Store did not have model we purchased in stock so we were told to call on 5/12/21, when it would more than likely be available for pick up. I called on 5/12/21, 5/13/21 and finally on 5/14/21 went back to the store. Manager tried to sell us an upgrade because he did not know why one of 26 in warehouse had yet to be delivered. We did not want the upgrade and ended up being told to go to warehouse ourselves to pick up. Very inconvenient, very unprofessional, and very disappointing. We have spent THOUSANDS in this store through they years.

Desired outcome: Would like a response and a possible partial credit for our troubles

BrandsMart USA TV 75 LG

On 05/13/2021 i bought a tv from the dania beach outlet store as i have been doing for many years, i own a company that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities, in the past 3 years i have purchased around 20 large tvs . The experience has always been excellent with the exception of the one on the 13 . I purchased a 75 inch lg tv that morning, the tv was not inspected this time, they normally always do it. I happily took it home to find out at home that even thou the box nor the tv show any physical damage when the tv is on the screen interiors image is disrupted when on, i have called lg and they said that you are my only way to fix this issue as the store staff says is not in their power to help.

BrandsMart USA Kitchenaide Refrigerator

On 12/31/2020 I purchased the Kitchen Aide Refrigerator KRFF507HPS with a 4 year warranty. I have had no success in getting the appliance delivered. Three weeks ago I received a call that they were delivering only to get a call from my sales person that they had made a mistake the day before the delivery was scheduled. That in fact, my refrigerator had not arrived. This is absolutely crazy that they sold me an appliance that I still have not received. I am paying for it and I still don't have it. I cannot get a hold of the store manager as customer service puts me thru to the sales person every time I call for an update. This is ridiculous that you can't ever get the manager to respond to numerous attempts to reach him/her. I spent $7, 408 on appliances that were supposed to match and I can't even get my refrigerator.

Desired outcome: I want my refrigerator delivered!!!!!

BrandsMart USA Invoice #8319503/ KitchenAid Refridgerator

The refrigerator has been malfunctioning on and off since November 28, 2016 to present. It Includes numerous complaints.

1)- Freezer frosting/ condensation
2)- same frosting-icemaker not working
3) Again freezer not working at optimum freezing temperature
4)- Ice maker not making ice
5)-Interior lights and power works on/off
6)-Water dispenser stopped working occasionally
7)- Water dispenser not dispensing water (numerous complaints)
8)-Refrigerator stopped working completely. No lights, no water, no ice, no power period for "several months".

P.S. As of today (03/27/2021) Interior lights inoperable, icemaker/water dispenser not working, freezer and refrigerator temperature not up to
standard. Refrigerator is experiencing power loss periodically.

BrandsMart USA Terrible Experience with kitchen and house appliances purchased from Brandsmart. LG Repair terrible service.

Please be cautious when purchasing items from Brandsmart. I'm convinced they're selling refurbished products. My LG refrigerator and Samsung dryer have both broken numerous times since the day they were delivered. Additionally, their repair service is horrible. They take weeks to send for diagnostic review and seldom fix the problem. The dryer has been replaced twice in two years and the third dryer just started acting up. The LG fridge came broken, was replaced within two weeks. Hundreds of dollars in groceries lost. The fridge has broken again and the repair person is scheduled for Monday. I have two kids sick, one post major surgery and no fridge. LG repair company is heartless and doesn't care about Sales of Goods Act nor their customers. Brandsmart sells refurbished and defective equipment.

BrandsMart USA Water leaking problem after refrigerator installation

I ordered Samsung refrigerator by online and delivered on FEB 22nd. Delivery man who named Frank, he installed Samsung refrigerator. He took old refrigerator and disconnected water line then he didn't shut off the water faucet under the sink so water was running to kitchen broken tile floor. But I found out that water was leaking the basement ceiling after he left. I called BrandMartUSA several times but customer service representatives kept transferring to other representatives. Nobody wants to take care about this problem. I was with my infant boy so I couldn't do anything that time. BrandMartUSA definitely needs to fix my house ceiling! I was big fan of BrandMartUSA but I don't know now!

BrandsMart USA Refrigerator

This refrigerator has had 5 repairs every 6 months same parts same problems warranty up in 6 months repairman will be here Thursday then he'll order part's we wait longer loose food 5 times in the last 2 years. No one will step up and say this is a lemon and needs to be replaced. So much for loyal customers. BrandsMart USA Extended warranty purchased on samsung appliance package & not honored

Complaint Description:
On 6/26/19 I purchased warranty for Appliance Package. The warranty for oven repair is not being honored due to seller linking mistake. Order# 1063283 On 6/26/2019 I bought a Samsung Appliance Stainless Steel Package. I also purchased the warranty as I always do when buying large purchase electronics from Brandsmart. It is listed on the receipt. On 2/6/2021 the control panel on my Samsung Oven Model# 211666 - NE59M4320SS digital Control Panel is not working. I called the Warranty Tech to file a claim on the item that was part of the package purchase covered by insurance by the sales representative and she said that the sales rep failed to add the Oven and Microwave to the warranty upon the package purchase. I have a broken oven and now have to out-of-pocket a repair for stores failure to correctly transmit the warranty on all items included in the package. I called the store located at Miami S. Dixie Hwy and was hung up on 5 times. On the sixth time after holding for 15 minutes the Customer Service Rep checked the order and said "I don't know what you are talking about, it is hear on the receipt". She then transferred me to Appliance at the store where I was on hold for 35 minutes and they hung up on me again. I had to call service department to get a service call to fix an oven that should have been covered by an extended warranty. I will be billed 89.95 for the visit and whatever is the repair for something that should have been covered by the warranty I purchased for the "appliance package". This is not good customer service. All I needed was the correction of the items of the package to be linked to the warranty for the repair. They refuse to assist over the phone. Brandsmart reps hang up and will not assist me in correcting the linking of the items purchased in an Appliance package. I had to call Brandsmart service for the repairs I will have to out-of-pocket due to their failure of properly transmitting the warranty to WarrantyTech. They refuse to help me.

Desired outcome: Repair at no cost or replace with the same.

BrandsMart USA Missing item

I ordered a washer/dryer set along with water filters for the frig and an Arlo-Pro 2 wireless 3 camera security system. Everything came except for the security system. I told the driver that I was missing an item. He looked on the truck again but found nothing else for me. His freight bills showed that I only get two pallets. BrandsMart USA Extended warranty / customer service

I purchased a refrigerator at BrandsMart USA. I bought the five-year extended warranty after being told by the salesperson how critical it was to purchase a five-year extended warranty due to the high cost and complexity of the Samsung refrigerator. I paid $3349 dollars. I reported to BrandsMart USA a catastrophic malfunction of my refrigerator. After multiple failed attempts to fix the fridge, I am still without a working refrigerator. It is almost six months since the report and I do not have a working refrigerator and there are multiple days waiting for the techs with significant loss of income.
There are multiple complaints online about this company and the reviews in the BBB and other sites probably can not be worst. I am trying to start an organized mechanism to stop the abuse, many options are considered.

BrandsMart USA Mop refills for casabella mop I purchased

I placed an on line order on June 26, 2020, order number [protected]-01. I received the mop okay but I need to replace the 3EA 33578 mop refill with the 85335 refills. The mop refill 85335 is the mop refill for the carabella mop that I purchased. I would appreciate if you can handle this as quickly as possible. I can pick these refills up to make the exchange at the store if that's possible. Thanks for your help in this matter.

BrandsMart USA Sectional couch

We purchased the couch on April 6, 2019. It has been almost a year of going back and forth trying to get it repaired. The recliners lean to one side, all 3 recliners. Some of the cushions are flat, as if they need more cushion. We took out the extended warranty but the issues with the couch should be covered under the year warranty. I have been calling since May 2019 to get some feedback. I have called over and over for months and no response but when I finally do get through I'm told parts are ordered and can take a few months. Well it is almost a year now. I have gone back to the store and spoke with the furniture manager and she said she would try to take care of it, to take pictures and send to her. Well that was in Feb 2020 and I have still not heard back from her. I would like a full refund on the couch, and my extended warranty, over $1, 400. They can come pick up the couch once I receive my refund.

BrandsMart USA refrigerator m# wrs555sihz

I will never buy anything form this place. I purchased all the appliances for the kitchen for my mother and I have a problem with the refrigerator and I've been trying to get these people to resolve it and I keep getting the runaround all around the state. Nobody wants to help! You have 30 days to return the appliances and am in my 20th day. All I want to do is what the agreement said - 30 days return it and give me a new one. So far, I have no answer on anything! Very frustrating and company is unprofessional. - - 79298 Invoice #

BrandsMart USA furniture delivery service

I purchased a sofa salerno leather with a reclining chair 12/31/18. It was put on my receipt that I was going to have them delivered on th 01/12/19 by carlos Hernandez. He didn't mention to us that they didn't have them in stock. When I called several times and went there to speak to one of the managers, he told me that the store will received the by mid January, then he called back to say it's gonna be the end of February and until today I never received a call neither the manager wants to talk to me when I call. I need my item Asap or give me my refund cash.
