can someone please tell me why I am not getting any surveys. I will get an email saying that there is a survey available, and then when I try to do it it says that there are no surveys. And it has been doing this for like two weeks now. I have been stuck on 142 points for two weeks and I’m really starting to get frustrated. Please 🙏 help me out with this issue. Thank you.

Branded Surveys Can't verify my account for a payout

HI

I have sent an email to the website on the 27th November and explained I am having trouble getting my latest pay out for points achieved through completing surveys.

The amount of points is 1235 and the amount is £10.13.

I am a member of this website but recently out of nowhere I receive an email that my payout option on my has been changed. I did not authorize this change so I immediately contacted customer support through email and submitted a request through zendesk. I only got a follow up email which asked how would rate customer service actions. I gave a bad rating because I was not reassured it would not happen again.

I earned a prepaid $105.56 digital mastercard by completing many surveys at Branded survey for over a year since July 2021. In order to obtained this, Branded survey had already done multiple verifications on me & when I had issues claiming & using my earned funds, Branded survey kept dragging, making invalid excuses & kept kicking me back to their payment...

Branded Surveys Account locked

I tried redeeming my points but was told I needed to upload ID documents. I continued taking surveys but my account was locked. When I asked about this, I was told my account had been suspended. I requested a payout for around 700 points and was told this was not an option.

This is theft of my time. I had to contact customer service a few days ago to find out what was happening.

Desired outcome: Payout of points accumulated before my account was suspended.

Branded Surveys I was locked out of my account

I was taking surveys . Then I started getting you do not qualify. Then I got the message Oops looks like you’re unable to participate in our surveys. I would like this problem fixed. Since I signed up I never had a problem. I had 50 in points. I was enjoying doing the surveys. Eaith let me take more surveys or pay me what I am owed. I was trying to make a little extra money to help the fact I may be homeless soon.

Branded Surveys Branded surveys total scam

The $! 03 pre-loaded mastercard I finally received from branded surveys & digital wallet was denied multiple times online and in stiores making me feeling shame and uncomfortable.

Branded surveys & their associate digital wallet have been hijacking my earned money for near a year & created hurdles after hurdles in order for me to access & use my own pre-loaded card before it expires in few more weeks!

Desired outcome: MY EARNED MONEY BACK!

Branded Surveys payouts

To whom this letter may concern

good afternoon

i am writing this complaint to your company because i have had recurrent issues with payouts on branded surveys for no apparent reason. i have worked to give my opinion to the fullest extent but when i go to redeem my points it automatically says i cannot participate any longer, i them email your company and they can give me no legitimate reason as to why, they say to email and they will help verify account if there is a mistake but they never do.

its not only about working hard to give my opinions but it also has helped me in the past to manage to buy essentials as i am unemployed and on disability.

i would appreciate a solution.

Branded Surveys Surveys

I’m totally fed up with the technical errors on this site I can get either well through a survey or even complete one to be told ‘technical error’ Even if it’s found in your favour it isnot added to the branded elite for extra points This is the only survey site which does this Also surveys which are full are left on your dashboard and you waste your time trying to do them. All customer service do is make excuses and Dynata who now own them needs to do something about this site

Desired outcome: Sort this site out from technical errors. Do not havefull surveys on the dashboard and stop losing points for participants Get Dynata to do something

This is the very worst survey site I am totally sick of technical errors. You get partway through a survey or even complete it and get ‘technical error’ its a total waste of time Even if the survey is found in your favour its not added to the elite program for extra points Swagbucks add them and they don’t have technical errors

All you get are excuses from customer service who are as c**p as their site

Branded Surveys Surveys

I joined branded surveys and began doing surveys as long as I redeemed points that were less than 10.00 I was paid when I reached 1200 and more all of a sudden they said I had violated their terms or some such I was cheated out of almost 20.00 do not join this site as you will not be paid they said I had not answered honestly when I answered all questions honestly I aske them what it was that I violated and the never gave me an answer if I was dishonest why did hey allow points instead of deducting the points from my account they never said a word about dishonest answers until I tried to redeem over 12.00 they paid me twice before with no issues but they were only 5.00-8.00
