Bradlows Furniture warranty not honoured

I bought a 3 pce Saville Grafton Everest lounge suite from Bradlows, Port Shepstone - order number: 2246156, Customer: [protected] during 2017. The recliner chair has collapsed springs and although the guarantee is 7 years neither Grafton Everest (the maker) or the seller Bradlows appear to be in the slightest bit interested in fixing this problem. Now the recliner chair is slowly collapsing probably due to shoddy workmanship.

I purchased a grafton everest 3 pce lounge suite from Bradlows furniture store. The springs in the recliner chair have collapsed and the recliner is falling apart. I have submitted a compaint to yourselves and Grafton Everest several times but to no avail. It appears that the grafton everest guarantee is not worth the paper its written on. Bradlows Furniture laybuy refund

My name is delver malatji, this is regarding bradlows phalaborwa, I applied for my lay-buy on a bed on the 24th august and paid r600 to secure my lay-buy for the bed. I was assisted by dickson mathebula, the sales representative and anna kambowo who is the manager assisted me with the application process.

Upon arrival at home, I found there is a handling fee of r520 which I was never told about. I went back to the shop on the 27th august to submit my papers for refund and I was told the refund process will take 3 weeks, I got patient and the inquired with the customer care services of bradlows and the told me that it will take 14 days, which differs to the information I got in the shop.

After 3 weeks I then called the shop and I was told annah is on leave and she is the only one who can assist me with my refund, I waited for her to come back and I went to the shop yesterday (24th septemper). I found her and with a smile on her face, she told me that she did not finalize the paper work before going on leave, the leave that she claimed she took since the begging of september but cagey about the exact dates. To my surprised, she then told me I will get my money next week ' so its no longer 3 weeks waiting period but in a weeks time'. I loved the bed so much but bradlows is not where I am going to buy it.

I am angry because I am being played for a fool by the shop manager, I think as a company, you must question her work ethic and integrity, and anticipate to loose more customers in the near future if you don't act on her attitude towards assisting customers.

I want my hard earned money back!

Bradlows Furniture poor service

Very bad service from Vosloorus Chris Hani crossing branch, manger and incompetent stuff I bought a bedroom suit 3piece but it was not complete when it was delivered, I was told the chair was broken and no one made an effort to call and advise me about it until I went personally. And the chest of drawers was also broken with all this purchase I made it cash. I demand my money back an you can collect that incomplete bedroom suit, the manger can't even take responsibility she made a poor excuse that she was on leave and they couldn't order very poor. Please refund me and take your bedroom suit.

Bradlows Furniture delivery

2018 February we bought couches at Bradlows Maponya Mall for 36, 096.95, ACC [protected]. Months later the couches were now making noise when you sit. In August we logged a complaint with the store and they collected the couch on the 10th August 2019. Till date we still have not received the couch. 2 weeks in a row we are told the couch will be delivered and we skip work for that day and no couch gets delivered. Just yesterday we were told the couch will be delivered and didn't go to work and were told they are out of the warehouse and in the truck with the delivery guys. Till now we still waiting for the couch. This is a very pathetic service to say the least. We sit on camp chairs whereas we have couches.! The worst worst worst service ever! I personally would not recommend Bradlows to anyone!

Bradlows Furniture iam complaining about poor quality furniture

I bought knight 10 piece dinning suite for my Anniversary cash on 16/08/19 and was deliverd on 19/08/19.

As days pass I found that were the bolds were mounded starts to make bubbles and were the dinning suite had cracks it were covered by paint. I don't even have the dinning suite 1 month and did not even clean or dinne on the suit and it already starts to peal, how will the dinning suite look after a year.

I saved hard for a quality dinning suite anniversary gift, and iam deeply disappointed in Bradlows, I wanted my daughter one day to inherit my dinning suit.

Bradlows can make up by replacing dinning Table, Server and give a voucher for my wife to spend at Bradlows to make up for the disappointed Anniversary gift.

Bradlows Furniture lay-by refund not received

I did a lay-by on the 18th of April 2019 cancelled my lay-by on 23rd of August 2019, was told I would get my refund in 14 days from Bradlows at Greenacres Mall in Port Elizabeth I still haven't received my money back. When I call I get the run around, when I call the head office they tell me to contact the branch again. I honestly don't know what to do, I'm frustrated at this

Bradlows Furniture dining suite with defects

I am extremely disappointed with BRADLOWS Trade Route Mall Lenasia Under a Manager by the name of Joe **********, I would not recommend anyone to buy from that shop, my parents bought a Dining Suit and had s many defects the guys from the store came to collect it at home after we complaint and they came on the 10/07/2019 and took the chairs and brought them back as they were and collected the table top which is still in question as of where it is. I called him to ask what the progress is and he told me that he has no idea of what is happening at all the head office took the furniture thats after my parents spent money and petrol going back and fourth to him and telling them that he will be in touch.

Bradlows Furniture closing of account

All i wanted is to close my account, i called in on the 31 August 2019 to get a settlement amount which i was given and i paid on the same day and requested the account to be closed ...ALL TO FIND THAT WAS NOT DONE. I still had to be the 1 calling in seing that there feedback paid up letter ...woow wat [censored] service offered by consultants who are not even willing to help, worse part to be told that there are no managers available nor even reference numbers for calls ...

Bradlows Furniture tv stand

On the 15th of August i bought the tv stand at Bradlows Oudtshoorn and never reach my home. I was given the one that is on the display and was promised that the new one it will be dilivered on the following Monday of the 22, i went back to the store to remind them and was promised that it will be dilivered the following day again on the 29th same story . I went again on the 15th August and told them that if they didnt diliver it by the end of the 15th, i dont need it anymore. On the 16th they came to take their old tv stand and they promise to refund me, i signed the documents for the refund when im asking them when are they paying back my money, they are taking me from pillar to post.
I need some assistance to get my money back please

Bradlows Furniture furniture

Disgusted with incompetent management! I bought a lounge suite advertised as "leather" the suite started fading and I asked them te replace it. They did after a fight. The new set did the exact same thing. After numerous fights I cancelled the buy. After more fights i got PART of my money back but they refused to pay back my deposit of R5000!
The manager at the time never followed up and I told her that once I have my deposit they can have the lounge suite.
New management took over and realised that something isnt right, they phoned me this morning and the way they spoke to me is actually revolting!
I refuse to be spoken to in a way like that and to be cheated out of my deposit money!

Bradlows Furniture x70 sony and restonic mattress

I bought a new X70 Sony system within a week gave me the protection 01 and now it's 2 weeks and told me that It wasn't collected from supplier Sony and feel I bought nothing in my house and as for mattress is making terrible sounds when sleeping on it and it's not even 10 years, I went there they told me they're still waiting for the approval from the supplier and amount to be charged

I still haven't got any feedback regarding my X70 home theater system and its worrying me why this long and now had nothing in the house for music and now the manager gives the attitude for my item and money

Bradlows Furniture lounge suite

We purchased a leather black lounge suite. (1seat/2seat/3seat) 2017

When we got the item we noticed it was not the same color.
We phoned the salesman and he advised he would have it sorted.
Nothing came of this for months, we noticed some slit mark's on the 3seater, reported this.

Few months later we moved and again got hold of store but nothing came of it.
Few months later got the head manager involved after months of struggling.

I want my money back now, and they have the check to send me a repair quote.

Bradlows Furniture lounge suite

I bought a lounge suite genuine leather uppers (2 seater, 3 seater, and one sitter) in 2016 Nov at Midrand Bradlows and in 2018 the lounge in 2018 started to crack and this was reported that 2 and one sitter cracked they come to fetch 2 sitter and one sitter and it was repaired when those were returned I reported that the 3 seater will need to be repaired bcz it will crack also crack so they must come and take it as well. I have been making follow up with this with the midrand branch and what they are saying is that according to them they have repaired 3 seater and 1 seater and that those couches are out of guarantee I need to provide them with the proof that its the 2 seater that was replaced of which I don't have (I might have lost them when moving to the new home) but when I reported these they were still under guarantee and they do have the papers on their fling system. I have asked them to come and check the couches since I do not have that peace of paper as a proof so that they can see it themselves but they are refusing. Can you please assists in this regard coz I need this to be fixed but they are taking me from pillar to post'. If these were genuine leathers as they have claimed they would not have cracked. Bradlows Furniture finalizing contract

I had a look at a Lounge suite last Saturday the 27th July. Went back on Monday 29th to complete the application. They phoned me on Thursday 1st August to say it's approved. I was told to come sign, went there on Saturday after waiting for about 45 Minutes I was called to finalize the quote and signed. After about another 45 minutes I was told to come back on Monday the sytem was offline. We are staying out of town so on Monday we went back just to be told that it's still pending. No phone call to tell me not to drive all the way and be told is still pending. No manager in store and staff in not very helpfull. Please can they have a look at the client service.

Bradlows Furniture bad products

My stove had a crack in the centre of the plate. This has caused my other appliances to blow up. As it continues tripping the main. I have tried contacting you guys. I want a complete new unit. I also complained about the lounge set as well. Has no spine support I ended up with Sciatica problems. Please treat this as urgent as I cook on a two plate stove . Cant cook big quantities. I am a faithful customer who has also been giving your store names to my work colleagues. KThank you. Also the dare of payment has moved to the 1st of every month.

Bradlows Furniture 6pce grande bedroom suite

My name is Luanda Ngulube from Worcester. I bought this product last month and it was on a special for R5000 so I bought it cash paid the product same day but the product could not be delivered on the same day I was fine with that the 5 days went the product has not yet been delivered I went on the 5th day to query the product they told me they deliver the following day but the following day they called saying they do not have transport to deliver the product but I aid for transport cause in total I had paid R5460 including transporting they said so I organised y own transport and paid an additional fee for it myself saying I will be able to claim the transport fee back but till today I have not recieved tranport fee they product was wrapped in plastic when the transport guy and I went g fetch it the people working at the store did not even accompany us so that they can but the pieces together so we left no fault or anything for the transport guy happening along the way the placed the piece inside the house and we checked for faults at the first we saw was the mirror piece frame board was not pieced properly it was widely opened on the top edged of each and every side of the mirror so we unwrapped the plastic to find that the mirror down at the bottom as falling apart already and it had dents they came and only took the falling apart mirror place and it's been a week now waiting for it to return we did not even receive any discount or apology for receiving such a poor conditioned product that has to first me repaired before utilising it, I bought it cash hence it has fault and in poor condition for being expensive and bought at a bradlows store poor services for waiting to be serviced for weeks. We could have bought a better product in a much better condition for a much cheaper price.

I am Zinzi Ngulube, am still waiting for assist on my complain the shop came to fetch the dressing table to fix it its been a month now since we haven't hard from them and when we asking the store they say they goner call in cape town that is were they fixing the dressing table, after a week they took the dressing table the cardboard door fell, what kind of product you selling its not even a 3 months we bought this bedroom suit we experience bad service and power products

Bradlows Furniture jvc and roma suite

jvc 65"- since i got the product it freezes and stops responding, you need to unplug it and according to me it is new, i only made my first payment in june.

roma lounge suite- on 15-07-2019 at approx 21:00 our church pastor was sitting on the couch and we just heard a snap and crack.

i do not have an invoice as your kriel branch had/has problems printing things.

i would like a refund, as i have only made my first payment in june and a replaced or fixed product will not do, i am paying for the products i did not get it for free, and unfortunately i can rather sit on drums, then waste my hard earned money on scrap!.

please be polite enough and customer friendly enough to let me know when these products will be collected. i called yesterday, and not one person has contacted me.

i am in the services industry and even when it is not our fault we still treat our customers with respect and dignity, becuase it is their hard earned money that gives us a salary every month to buy things that break within a few weeks at bradlows.

I returned a chest of drawers four months ago for repairs because it ws broken at bradlows mayfield square in daveyton . The shop does not call me on any updates, when i go there they alwys say they still dealing with the matter and they promise to call me on updates but they neva call. Im tired because its been long over due and they keep on lying to me and i paid for the product and i bought it because i needed to use it. Im currently not happy with their service.

Bradlows Furniture Horrible Customer service

Today I went to Bradlows in Umzimkhulu, my intension was to get a print out of the goods that we bought with my late husband as I am wrapping up his estate, I was attended by the lady that called herself Murrel, she took me by surprise saying that I left my husband when he was sick, seemingly she knew me and I did not know her, I went in as a customer that needed help .

She went on to say that I need a court order to get the slips, I would really like this matter to be taken seriously as I am not happy with the treatment that I recieved in Umzimkhulu branch . I would like to have this matter followed up or else I will take this up with my lawyers .
