My granddaughter purchased a bag of this candy from Emporium candy in NJ. As I was enjoying them I happen to find one in the bag that had a long dark hair embedded in it... I know it was not my hair for I am a natural copper redhead. Needless to say this was not enjoyable! I tried to take a picture of this piece of candy...but I can seem to get it to show up right..the has to be no shorter than 10 inches... Don't they make workers wear hairnets?

I was gifted my favorite Brachs chola te orange- Burst then enjoy- by my daughter in Iowa. When I got home to Arkansas I opened it to enjoy. Imagine my dismay to find no orange(other than the wrapper)! How disappointing but luckily I opened it here and my daughter does not need to know and be sad. I have never complained to a company about their product before, I have been buying conversation hearts ever since I was 8 years old I am now 56 I bought this bag and a special candy dish to my dismay
The hearts hardly do not have sentiments on them that's why you buy them for flavor and conversation I owned my own company with thirty five employees so I know business this tells me the quality is not being addressed and I know you have the means to correct this but know one has called you out on this I am very disappointed please take this claim serious please Thank You a long time customer Kelly Sanchez Lubbock Texas [protected]@icloud.com

I Just bought a big bag of Maple Nut Goodies at the Cracker Barrel in Springfield Ill. They are stale and hard ! The coating on the outside is very hard like concrete. The date on the bag says use by 3/20 but they are way past fresh tasting. I would take them back but am traveling and just opened them but I've never had an issue with maple nut goodies as they are my favorite.

We bought 2 bags of Hard Holiday MIx, They are in little broken pieces and seem to be melting into a GIANT BLOB, Useless, so sad we have looked all over for them and the ribbon candy.
We have found NO Ribbon Candy...

Finally found the hard candy mix which is now a useless melting blob... what is up with that,

I bought a variety pack of Brachs Kiddie mix for my son's birthday. It seems as if there are candies missing. It was supposed to have suckers and other candies however 60% of the bag was jaw breakers and the other percent was now and laters, then gum. There were only 1 suckers and 2 pixie like candy. All the variety that was actually noted on the bag was not in there at all. I have pictures to show the difference as I separated all the candies to take out all the jawbreakers because I don't believe kids should eat them. I wish this would be looked into as this is pretty much false advertising. I paid 14.99 at party city for this.

I have eaten Brach's Maple Nut Goodies for 50 years. These have always been one of my favorite candies. However a couple years ago I purchased a bag and found them to be completely different. The outside was softer and the inside was not even close. Very hard, so hard in fact I have concerns eating these could result in a broken tooth. I trashed the bag.

I initially thought I had a bad bag and purchased another when I saw them again but to my complete disappointment realized the recipe had been changed. I have not purchased a bag since nor has anyone of my friends or family that have tried them.

I am not sure what focus group came up with this but they should be unemployed. I don't know if this move was a cost cutting decision or what but you have lost many sales over this change. At least you could warn the loyal customers with a label on the packaging that says, New Hard Inedible nuggets inside! Your dentist will love us! Eat at your own risk.

Bring back the original or you will never have another sale to me or many like me. As an alternative bring the original recipe back with the proper packaging so people know they are getting the good ones and offer both and see which one sells the most.

Your customers should be what you want to please. Sometimes that is forgotten.

I will keep my money forever if necessary.

The last 3 times I have bought maple nut goodies, I thought I was going to break a tooth off. I saw this online complaint and I will add that I have had the same experience. It appears you have changed formula back to the original but today is December 6th 2019 and the ones we just bought are terrible. If you have changed the recipe back please mail me some bags so I can really enjoy these candies again. This was my Mom's favorite candy which made it my favorite candy. I've bought these several times with no issues. New pack flavor is mixed flavor - cinnamon and strawberry! I had friends try a few just to verify I'm not crazy. And yes! These candies taste like cinnamon and strawberry mixed together. Absolutely disgusting. I still have the rest of bag I'd be more then happy to ship back to you if needed. UPC code - 11300 38537. I was so excited to see this product since no place has sold them now for years. I bought 8 bags for my family. I am so disappointed cause these milk chocolate stars taste horrible. They are old and almost white in color. Your bag says freshness guaranteed. Not sure if Walmart will take the unopened bags back . Myself and my kids and grandkids all loved these candies. I don't know what happened that they are no longer sold in North Eastern Ohio.

Bought a 20 ounce bag brach maple nut goodies from mennards . Buy by date03/19/2020. When opened the candies felt slightly wet, stuck together and the candies are so hard it is difficult to bite or chew. The bag was sealed and I cut it open when I bought it. Have always loved them and usually are easy to bite and chew or sometimes let melt in my mouth.

I bought a bag of Brach's candy corn at Sam's club before Halloween. The candy was broken and in a lot of pieces. I assumed the bag I chose was used at a football by someone in the stock room. I bought another after that and it was all broken too. I have the lot number of this bag. I don't know if Sam's club is buying seconds or I just got unlucky.

I purchased a "ton" of candy for Halloween-most of which was made by Brach's. My husband's fav is Sweetarts. I couldn't find a bag of just Sweetarts so I purchased the Kiddie Mix in addition to all the other candy so he could have the Sweetarts. After picking through the bag to get his fav, I was dumbfounded to discover that of the 100 pieces-which I didn't actually count-there were only 4 packs of Sweetarts! I don't know what the ratio of the mix is, but I would expect it to be a bit more even! Very disappointed.

I purchased a few bags of this product and after opening the first 2 bags I've realized none of the bags contain sweet tarts which is the first candy advertised on the bag and also in the nutritional facts. I still have an unopened bag and am very disappointed in the fact that this was mis advertised and probably not even 280 pcs with one kind missing

I bought a large 100 piece bag of Lemonheads, Now and Laters chewy lemon heads bottlecaps and more. What it missed was 3 entire candies. There were no bottle caps, sweet tarts and now and laters. Not as advertised. And I know they should have been in that bag because both sides of listed candy has at least one matching candy in that list. Would like to resolve the issue. Pretty cut and dry.

Hello I absolutely love your candy corns however this time I got a hold to a bad [censored] I have the serial number 9C13VR1163 they really have a weird taste?
Please let me know if you find out what's going on with this Batch! I've been eating candy corns since a kid and never Experience this taste? Something had to either got forgotten in the formula or something got added that shouldn't have Thanks!

I frequently buy bags of peanut clusters, chocolate dipped peanuts, and bridge mix . They are so delicious. Well in the last few days my husband was eating the bridge mix. He bit into a piece and the piece inside it, was as hard as a rock, it looked the shape of a gumball. It is white, with little holes in the bottom, and in the holes, it looks like maybe the chocolate. We can't even dig our fingernails into it. Am thankful he didn't break a tooth. That was bad enough, then the next day, he was eating them again, and another, different shaped white hard as a rock, piece was inside, very creepy. Again, I am so thankful that he caught it in time before he broke a tooth. They surely are not nuts, inside these pieces. They seem to be mummified. Ok, so there you have it in a nutshell.

Just bought this bag at .winter on Oct 15, 2019. Opened bag to put in fall candy dish. Almost all have white covering most of bag. I threw the whole bag out. Not sure I will ever buy this again. Bought 2 bags Maple Nut Goodies at Eveleth Country Foods Eveleth Mn. They r as hard as rocks. The expiration date 1/13/2020. They r my favorite candies as they were my grandmothers and now my granddaughters. These are so hard no one can eat. I have photo if u need me to send. Please make this good. I'm not happy. Recently purchased a bag of Brach's Classic Candy Corn 11 oz. Candy is melted together in balls and broken up in smaller pieces. Purchased from Dollar General in Bull Shoals AR. The expiration date is 06/06/2020. The numbers under the bar code is [protected]. Not only were we VERY disappointed in the quality and condition of the candy inside the bag but that it is also a product of Mexico. Obviously the quality control is not under control.
