They illegally locked me out of my property, threw all of my stuff to the curb, besides the artwork, tools, and furnishings they decided they wanted to keep for themselves. I moved into the property in November, I tried to turn the gas on. The gas company said they couldn't turn it on due to a gas leak. It took them 3 MONTHS to finally fix it. I spent December, January, and February in a home with no heat. Me, my dog, and my cat would cuddle up in front of the space heater, which did nothing in that drafty house with 12 foot ceilings. They threatened to evict me if I didnt stop complaining about the leak. GOD AWFUL company.
Horrible company
I am a homeowner and this company has been ripping
me off since they started managing my house. The cost of their repairs are
outrageous. Don't bother leaving messages, they never return them.
Whether you are a homeowner or potential renter, walk away from them.
I am sure you I can find better companies in town to bring our business to.just waiting until the lease is over, fire them and then simply forget about them. they are so unprofessional, and it's VERY stressful to deal with them. No one knows how to use the phone at office!
If you think you picked a good company you are wrong! They do not show the properties they give out codes. You dont know who is in your hous!
rented a home only this past February, mind you the house is nothing to write home about, but I figured I could give it some tlc and all would be good. Well the hot water heater was giving me a hard time barely lasting for one shower and there are 4 of us in the home. So 2 hours after I sent in a maintenance request about the hot water heater I received an email letter telling me that me and my family, 2 kids and 2 adults, have 60 days to vacate, with a remark in the letter sating that they hope I find a home with unlimited amounts of hot water.
