Boston Market Original chicken meal

Earlier today I saw an ad on tv to get a Boston Mkt. meal for $7.50. I decided to go get one. When I drove thru Boston Market in Clifton Heights, PA earlier today I was disappointed first because the girl said she didn't know anything about that price. I decided to get the meal anyway so that I wouldn't have to cook. Then they were out of cornbread, mashed potatoes and two other vegetables that I ordered. The garlic new potatoes I ended up with weren't cooked all the way so I couldn't eat them. The gravy I got tasted strange so I couldn't eat that. Also, as I watched thru the window waiting for my meal the girl with an accent who said she was manager knocked over a column of soda cups onto the floor then picked them up and put them back with the others that were waiting to be used. I live on social security so when I buy food out it is a special for me. Part of the reason I decided to go to B.Mkt was the $7.50 ad, also so that I didn't have to cook for a day and also because I like the meal, cornbread and all. When I got home and found the potatoes were uncooked I had enough and called the store. I spoke with the lady with an accent (island accent?) who said she was the mgr. she said "I'll talk to you later" and hung up. I was confused so I called back. This time she laid the phone down walked away and never came back. I heard her talking with a male coworker while I waited on the phone. eventually she hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and a guy answered and talked over me the whole time asking me questions then not letting me answer them. Then he hung up on me. I am angry and frustrated and thinking about posting about this over my media. All I wanted was a good meal which I didn't get and the respect of the server and mgr. BAD!

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action towards the manager and whoever the coworker was she was talking to. A replacement meal. And a coupon to get my next meal for $7.50.

Boston Market 1/2 chicken meal

I ordered a half chicken meal to go when I got home and opened the container, I found only 2 drumsticks and something that resembled a thigh, also potatoes were not fully cooked. When a chicken is cut in half it consists of a breast, wing. Thigh and drumstick. Mine had no breast or wing, two drumsticks and something that may have been a piece of a thigh.

Boston Market Store jenkintown pa old York road and welsh road

Women there rude and Refused to open to sell me ribs from case while selling to pre orders. All doors locked with posted hours opening at 11 am. I drove there so that I can purchase rack of ribs ahead of Father's Day. If you post hours Nd reads open of google maps the. Your store should be open. I am disabled and had to get someone there to drive me.

Boston Market Filthy store

This restaurant is filthy disgusting from parking lot to kitchen
Drink dispenser drinks are not in any way fit for human consumption
The whole entire place needs reported closed and not open until they can meet proper criteria
The doors and windows haven't been cleaned in years the floors to the crevices of the baseboards are packed with filth and dirt it's so disgusting the dining room was so filthy the tables haven't been wiped down and God only knows how long.
There was a bucket On table in the kitchen along with some other items that was improper and dirty the employees do not care they have a lazy attitude.
I want to call the health department it's not bad or worse

Desired outcome: Close store and CLEAN and repair

Boston Market Customer service

On May 22, 2021, I went to Boston Market at the location of 5200 Baum Boulevard Pittsburgh, Pa. It was approximately 4 PM. The store was not busy at all. My daughter and I went to order and the cashier (black girl with dreadlocks with different colors) who was very rude took my order as if it was a problem that we were in the establishment. Whenever asked if a particular item (chocolate cake) was available she said "no" real snappy. My fourteen-year-old daughter said, "Daddy I feel like she is mad at us because she works here, she shouldn't work here if she does not like her job." And the rudeness continued with every customer that came through the door. This female went to the back, we watched her heat our chicken from the chicken sandwich up and started texting on her phone. She had no gloves on, no mask not even an apron. We were not even asked if we needed a drink, I went out to my car and brought our drinks from outside in. She ruined my experience. We drove an hour to visit this establishment to be disappointed with rude customer service and cold food.

Boston Market Missing item from order

Now, I don't live right down the street from my Boston Market, so I was hoping by placing my order online for curbside pickup it would be double-checked before giving the order to the customer.
Why, I drive all the way home to have dinner with my family to find out we are missing the mac and cheese. Now it's been a long stressful week of work I don't feel like having to drive all the way back to Boston market for the missing item, I just hope in the future employees can double-check the orders before handing to customers and telling them that's everything. And for the icing on the cake, I called the store to tell them and was put on hold for so long I just gave up. Please train your people on what true customer service is...

Boston Market Closing time

May 20 at the location of Bell Road and 3rd Street Phoenix Arizona. I waited in line for about five minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me ordering. It is now 829 pm. I get to place my order and she's like we're closed. I was like what time do you close she's like 830. I said it's only 829. She's like it's 830 at our office so we're closed. I felt she was rude. It would of been different if I just pulled up.

Boston Market Customer Service or lack there of

I entered the Boston Market at Centerville and NW Hwy in Garland, TX, to a completely empty restaurant with the exception of the two women working. The place was a ghost town. My husband let me out of the car on the side where any other fast food restaurant would have a drive-thru. Was I greated with a, "Hello, welcome to Boston Market!"? No, I was immediately accosted by the girl behind the counter informing me that I could not park there. I said, " I'm not parked there. My husband is in the driver seat of a running car that can easily be moved should the need arise." She said, "It doesn't matter, he can't park there. Again let me say, this place was a ghost town. The two meals I had intended to order would have likely been half of the days revenue. But because the person behind the counter was also apparently assigned parking control duties, we left and went elsewhere. It was unfortunate because I'd been craving meatloaf for a couple of days and was looking really forward to a good home cooked meal. Instead I left with a bad taste in my mouth for Boston Market that will probably keep me from ever going back there again. Someone should probably retrain these ladies on the importance of the taking care of the customer, especially when they are your only customer.

Desired outcome: I would like to see some effort made to retain my business.

Boston Market Service

I'm writing to complain about the Boston Market at 29940 Southfield Rd. Southfield, MI 48076. The service here is beyond horrible. I know things have changed with the pandemic, but this place has had crappy service for years.

Last week I went there about 2 in the afternoon, the door was locked and a hand scribbled note read that they were taking online orders only. Today I went back about 6pm, again the door was locked and this time the note on the door was done by computer and read that due to staff shortages we are taking only orders online.

As I stated earlier this particular store has always had horrible service, but the locked door, and the signs are too much. Please contact me so I can go into even more detail about this

Boston Market Prime rib

On 5/9/21 my boyfriend purchased a prime rib dinner. When he got home he saw the prime rib was mostly fat, it was not fit to even give to my pet. He called Boston Market #0510, the person that answered the phone was very rude asking my boyfriend what do you want me to do. Not getting a good result my Boyfriend asked to speak with manager. My Boyfriend was put on hold for more that 20 minutes he finally hung up. For $24.99 that he spent he could've gone to a nicer restaurant. He goes often to Boston Market, however with this experience he will not go again or tell his family to go. He is requesting a full refund. His name is George Ruiz [protected]

Boston Market Unethical behaviour

I am sorry to reach out to you on these circumstances but I am contacting you on behalf of my fiancée she is an employee of the store #0213. The store's General Manager name is Ms. Andera. My fiancée is a new hire she only been with the company for a week as a cashier, while their she has been yelled at by customers about their orders missing items. Her manager is right there with her but she expects her to take the orders and fixed their foods using the same gloves that is unsanitary. How can you expect your cashier to touch money and food with the same gloves. She is constantly being tell by Andrea and Ms. Lucy a manager from another store that she is doing it wrong. Sad thing is her Manager Ms. Andrea told her that Ms. Lucy does everything by the book because her store is slow and that she doesn't do everything by Boston Market standards because her store is to busy.

She doesn't get no break at all when she is working neither does anybody that works on the second shift. My fiancée is Diabetic the Manager knew this before hiring her and she made no accommodations whatsoever for her. telling her she only has two minutes to eat something. She has no reason to used we are under staff for no excuse because as a Manager you are suppose to hire, train, manage your staff and she can't do none of them. She is a bad example. She told my fiancée that she has to come in to work on Saturday when it was her day off and when I ask her if she is on schedule she said yes but that was a lie I have send a copy of the schedule and doctor/s note in this message for you to see as well. I also have text messages as proof as well to. Would you send an employee is a message are you coming to work today when its their day off or would you ask can you come in to help today for a few hours. I drop off a Doctor note from the hospital on Saturday (May 8, 2021) stating my fiancée would miss work until today (May 10, 2021). The manager on duty send a picture of it since the printer in the store doesn't work. Her manager has not once ask if she is okay or nothing but yet she took her off the schedule and still has not contact to her stating why. Boston Market Your employee

I went to your location in Allen Park, MI. I was in the drive thru for over 10 mins. I understand the inside was closed and I understand its Mother's Day. But your girl was very rude, I couldn't understand her over the speaker, so I repeated what I wanted, in a rude voice she said I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME! Very rude when I went around the corner of building she was waving me to go get out of the line and go, I stayed in line got to the window, I waited another 5 mins she opened the window what did I do? She said what was my problem, I did turn video on before I got to window so it's all recorded, this other lady saw that I had video on, she started yelling then started videoing me and stared texting someone, I ask if I could talk to manager she just closed the window on me, so I just drove off, I have eaten at your establishment for years, I've seen others get abused from your workers. I got to thinking that if these ladies have such a chip on their shoulders, this food was for my mom but I threw the dinner away thinking they might have tainted it. So in my mind I'm never going back to your establishment again. I have owned my own business for the last 22 years after seeing and being in that situation if my employees did that I would clean house, I know nothing will come of this but I wanted to tell you my concerns.

Boston Market Horrible service / cold food

Yesterday May 8th my husband and I were at your 18 Westage Dr, Fishkill, NY 12524 restaurant for lunch. We were greeted by two rude employees. I went to take a lemon blueberry cookie from the display by the unattended register and was yelled at from someone in the back of the kitchen "Do not touch those". Within a few mins a young woman appeared at the register. Talking in her headset and then talking to us which was back and forth thru out taking our order. When my husband asked if they still offered the manager special she said she knew nothing about it, very rudely. My husband said let's go. I convinced him regretfully to stay. I finished placing the order of a 1/2 chicken with 2 sides of roasted vegetables, a carver chicken sandwich with soup, 2 fountain drinks, and the lemon blueberry cookie. We were thrown our beverage cups. We proceeded to fill our drink cups. My husband chose unsweetened tea from the multiple tea dispenser, to find unsweetened tea was sweetened. We took a seat at a nearby table to wait 10 mins for our food in the customer vacant restaurant. Our food when they threw it at us in a plastic bag was then found to be cold and minute of your chicken on both orders. My carver sandwich had more lettuce on it then chicken. When I requested pepper was told they only have salt. My cold soup came with out the usual oyster crackers, when I went back to register to request them the employee then had to wander through the kitchen to find them. It was a horrible pre Mother's Day lunch to say the least!
Your lemon blueberry cookie was the best thing of our meal!

Boston Market chicken pot pie4

i went to pick up a chicken pot pie they told me they had none ready it would take ten minutes so waited in my car and went back in ten minutes and got one. i get home, open it up and its barely cooked, the doughs is raw in the middles. i called the store and got hung up on also i did not get a corn bread attached will be a picture of the pie and the receipt. There was no resolution as they hung up on me twice. I was over 30 minutes away so it would have taken me an hour to go and exchange it. I think something should be done as how can you send someone home with uncooked food, not a very good representation of the company.

Boston Market Product & Service

I went there at 12:00pm. To get their special for the day. 4/20 Chicken Pot Pie. The manager told me to come back in 30 mins & more would be ready. Well I came back in 48 minutes & their was a customer sitting down eating a pot pie. This customer wasn't there the first time I came. I wait 4 minutes until someone came up front to assist me. I had to yell for service & the customer eating the pot pie went back there & told someone they had a customer out front. The manager comes out to tell me they are just now putting the pot pie in to be cooked. Which I would have to wait another 17 minutes. This is horrible customer service. They need a fresh team of workers. Manager included. This place needs an overall new team. It's always something with this location. I go there for my elderly mother once a week or else I would drive out to the one on Brice Road.

Boston Market Service and food availability

The Boston Market in Melbourne Florida really needs some work. They are way understaffed it takes forever to get served then when you finally get to order they are out of something. The way they process order is so disorganized it's hard to watch. The employees try very hard and work their butts off, the production flow need worked on. They constantly run out of fish when they have Cod Dinners. Two weeks in a row I ordered Prime Rib dinner online but when I went to pick them up I was told Corporate did not send them any Prime Rib. Very frustrating when you arrive at a scheduled pickup time and you still sitting in line 20 minutes later. I love their food but I won't be beck.

I ordered 3 meals and the taste was terrible
Should take care of handle temperature because the food tastes bitter like about to spoil

Boston Market Food

I went to 4607 W Braker Ln Unit 100 Austin, TX 78759 United States store and got quarter chicken with Mac cheese garlic potatoes and also meat loaf and mashed potatoes and corn. My food was cold, the chicken and meatloaf was way smaller than usual. My chicken was not cooked. The whole meal was disappointing and nasty. I will never go to any Boston market ever again. I always love Boston market, but this was nasty inside plus they had fly's flying around the food. I sow a roach when I was leaving and I already knew the food is about to be nasty. My staff was rude and kept on trying to rush me when I was ordering mine you no one was at the store but me. I will never go to any Boston market again. I wasted my $18 for a nasty uncooked unseason food.

I placed an order for a apple pie and a two piece meat meal, didn't get my apple pie, the sweet potato casserole tastes like paste, the meatloaf taste like it was 3 days old, the mashed potatoes was hard

Ordered door dash from Boston almost spend 24 dollars with 4 dollar tip included receive half of my meal only lady didn't try to credit me for anything being manager stated she just walk in one thing is I dnt care for the food but it wasn't for me it was a gift for someone else they were looking for mostly two items that were missing one thing the corn bread I love there corn bread how can u forget that then I said oh well you have corn nope not even that they had a empty spot missing corn almost 16 dollars meal half the [censored] missing hell no I'll go back there she could of offer anything two sides next time I do order are even any credit no didn't take no consideration since it wasn't her food but that's ok Karen you can keep that [censored] no need to look at camera for [censored]
