Boston Market Order #[protected]

on 12/4 we order two main entrees from store DORAL

One was a large Turky entree with mash and creamed spinach

the other meal was 3 pc dark chicken with cream spinach and dill potatotoes no gravies were included with the meal

i am not sure what made us sick but i personally had 6-7 diarrhea several immodiums later and still had an upset stomach the next day.

this is not the first time one of our employees get food poison from this store.

we have in the past order for the whole office large order and found that the chicken is not fully cooked this can cause food poisoning .

i am just letting you know that store needs to be investigated.

i have spoken to several friends that have experienced the same from this store.

Hello,
I ordered Thanksgiving Meal the first week of November for pickup on Nov 26th, 2020. Thanksgiving Day
I took the suggestion on your website to avoid 10am to 12noon pickup as it was expected to be high volume.
I arrived at my scheduled time to find a line that was around the building.
I waited over one hour, and had to call my granddaughter to relieve me, as I am 70 years old, and standing that long, especially in chilly damp weather, causes me great discomfort.
My granddaughter arrived and took my place outside in line--then waited an additional hour before our meal was ready to be picked up. In the interim, no one apologized or explained what the hold up was. The dressing was dry and in general the food was not up to par. 2 hours waiting outside is unacceptable.
I understand Covid 19 may have caused delays, but not to that length of time. It was as if they were not at all prepared for the orders!
I expected to hear something after the fact, but I have received no communication for this gross inconvenience. Have you sent any emails of apology, or refunds or anything that suggests taking responsibility for this fiasco?
$156.67 was the cost of my order. Complete waste of money.
Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Boston Market Email ad that wasn't honored

I received an email from boston market stating that day only purchase $20 in food and receive $10 off my next order. I complied. I showed the clerk my email and he entered my phone number. I specifically asked if this location participated as this was my very first visit to boston market. He assured me it was included.
My "points" for my visit went into my account, but my $10 reward did not. I have called, emailed, facebook messaged, filed online complaints, but no one answers or returns my messages. This is frustrating!
I would like to have this resolved as I enjoyed my meal and would frequent this restaurant. However, there are many restaurants out there vying for my business. If false advertising, or not following through on rewards is a habit of boston market, I will go someplace else.

Boston Market Thanksgiving refund not given & they ran out of food

We had ordered thanksgiving dinner a little over a week in advance I got to the coral way location in Coral Gables Florida I got there about 1 hour before my set pick up time me and my kids had to stand in line for 4 hours my kids left crying I was facing no food for thanksgiving and at that point everything was already closed we did not even get a apology the customers that were before us had also said they had been waiting for a couple of hours and the truck was closed the restaurant had no food left this is so disappointing but worst thing was they did not give refund I am still waiting so no refund no food no apology horrible while the ceo and executives had a beautiful thanksgiving dinner with their families i'm sure

Boston Market Frozen dinner: sweet and sour chicken

I purchased a frozen Sweet and Sour Chicken. I thought that the sauce and vegetable rice was very tasty. However, the main reason to purchase this dinner was chicken. The chicken had the consistency of a marshmallow. How did the chicken pass quality control?

Boston Market Food quality, safety, expired food being sold

I went in and got a whole dark parm and herb chicken. The chicken looked like it had been there all day. I Removed the skin and the chicken was verily recognizable, it was dark, hard as a rock gross. This is the worst food I've ever been served, ever.
I just want my money back - I will never go to a Boston Market again.
They are going to kill someone
This is the location on e main st, Bexley Ohio
I've left a message on the customer service web site. I tried calling the customer service phone number, and it directed me to the customer service web site.
I have yet to hear anything, from anyone.

Boston Market Thanksgiving online order not processed, but I was charged

When arrived long line/2 hour+ wait for Thanksgiving online orders. I cancelled, no food, still chg'd $54.26 - chk'd w/bank
Contacted bo via online contact email and called store more than once. Called 303-317-6900 and told no chg until food picked up - not true - my card was charged, chk'd w/ bank and no one to take my complaint seriously or resolve trouble. I want refund asap (same as you took my money) - $54.26 refund asap and no more delay - bo took my money and now I cannot get any service or response — - can't believe a national corporation does business this way! No thanksgiving food available at 630pm (when cancelled order 2+ hours after supposed to be ready) on the night before thanksgiving during the covid red restrictions - because your aurora store took too many orders and and did not know how to accommodate customers - and now you're advertising the same ‘service' for christmas. Bo has some major problems to solve. I want my refund asap - the same way you took my money. Btw, your 303-317-6909 number needs to know your policies and processes before sending my on a wild goose chase to my bank and then getting cut off when I called back. I did not get my order, supposedly cancelled - need refund asap - times are tough

Boston Market Catering order on November 26, 2020

Boston Market Thanksgiving dinner

Regarding Order #964514755322 - Full Thanksgiving Dinner for 12
When I unpacked the box at home I realized the spinach dip with crackers was left out entirely, without any adjustment to the charge on my credit card. Also, i'm handicapped, so I had the dinner placed into the back of our van by one of the helpers, where it was laid flat and very stable. Therefore I didn't notice that the gravy had spilled, sometime before it got to my van and was all over the bottom of the box, until I was home. We are left with about half as much gravy as I paid for. This is very disappointing and I expect to receive credit for one carton of gravy and the spinach dip with crackers.

Boston Market About the workers

Came here on thanksgiving day and they were so asty no one had gloves on she lady in the front said they don't have to wear gloves while serving food I had no understanding of this with covid 19 going on. No one had on hair nets and it was hair all over the food while moving around, the boss had no gloves on and she wiped her sweat off her head and when I said something to her she said well it was with the back of my hand I still not understanding.

Boston Market Order never delivered

I placed an online order for a Thanksgiving dinner. I received a confirmation and order number. My credit card was charged. The meal was never delivered. It took forever for me to reach someone from the only customer service number I could find. After @15 minutes of just trying to give my email address to the representative, I was told there was no record of my order. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and then given the number of a store to call. When I called this store, again it was difficult for the representative to understand the situation, but to her credit she did try to help. She also had no record of my order and I was given another store phone number to call. I called that number repeatedly and no one answered. I called the original store back and she said she would have someone call to issue me a refund. Hours have passed and no call! This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. And the worst part of this whole issue is that my son and daughter-in-law do not have Thanksgiving dinner. It is too late to order from anywhere else.

Boston Market Poor service, rude management

This happened on sunday 11/15/2020. Went into boston market 23 w. Main st., east islip, ny 11730. I ordered 2 turkey dinners. First they did not have the regular dinner plates, they told me they had to put the turkey in these very small plates. When it came to the sides they put it in very small containers that you would get a side of gravy in. They only had 3 different sides to offer. I asked the server if I could have the cranberry source as a side and she said yes. When it came time to pay they told me I would have to pay extra for the cranberry source, I told the cashier that it was taking the place of a side being that they had very little to choose from. With that a very rude young girl comes out of the back and tells me I must pay extra. I told her that they didn't have much to choose from and the server told me I could have the cranberry source in place of a side, she told me she didn't care what she said and I would have pick from what they had. I asked to see the manager, she said she was the manager. I was shocked that a person as rude as she was in charge. This person that they have managing this store cost them a customer for a $2.00 item. I'm sure as long as they keep her in charge I wont be the last one that will never go back there

Boston Market Turkey dinner delivered by grubhub

My order came at 4:30 instead of 5:30
The bag was drop off at my front door {the person did not even ring the bell or knock on the door:
I open ed the bag and turkey gravy was all over the bag with the the was off.
The turkey was in small card box.
Th steam veg was not steam instead it was like mush
The creamed spinach was turning sour.
The muffin was stale

Boston Market Inappropriate song

Absolutely astounded that your staff deemed it as appropriate to play the f*ck the police song in your New Jersey establishment during some police eating their meal. It has been aired on Tiktok. I'm shocked and dissapointed. Not only was that blatantly rude to these officers but is it an adults only place, asking as I wouldn't want my kids jamjng to trash like that. I think you need to do a whole lot better.

Boston Market Closed store during operation hours lost my buy 1 get 1 free

I arrived 15 minutes before closing at 8:46 pm at your Miami lakes store. Your new hours for Covid 19 posted online is 9 pm. Well I go to the door, your employees are cooking inside. Then I knock and show them my buy 1 get 1 free. Well Kevin comes up and tells me we have no food to sell you, I said ok can you honor my coupon for next week, write something on the paper. He said I can't do anything, I told him well I will have to contact corporate, your suppose to be open. Well he swing his arms at me gesturing get out of here and locked the door. It appears there is no manager on duty. I understand there should always be a manager until closing.

Can you honor my coupon next Saturday?

Boston Market Employees and their appearances

I like boston market and used to go there regularly; however, on the last two visits I have been appalled at the appearance of the employees behind the counter. One had hair piled on his head; I asked him how long his hair was, he replied "about three feet"! It did not appear that it had been washed recently. The other employee that was preparing my order appeared not well groomed or clean. I do not understand hiring people in a restaurant who do not at least appear clean. I will not return until these employees are no longer working there!

Boston Market Prime rib dinner

I went to Boston Market on 5/17/2020 for the Prime Rib Dinner while I order this with a side of new dill potatoes and Caesar salad, they then asked me if i wanted it pink or brown and i requested pink, then they aked me i want to 2 for one deal and i got a order of the ribs. when i got home to enjoy my dinner the prime rib was burnt under the bottom dont know if it was over cooked or if that was a piece left over they were trying to rewarm and get rid of . But i was not happy. This should have never happen, This was store number 3260.

I feel like i should be due a refund or some compensation.

Boston Market Creamed spinach was sour and had an unchewable stem or branch in it. Macaroni and cheese taste like it was made with powered cheese.

Good Evening,

I went to Boston Market on Central Avenue in East Orange for my dinner. May 1st 2020 @ 4:39 PM. I purchased half ribs and 1/4 white meat chicken macaroni and cheese, creamed spinach. I purchased another order also of baby back ribs corn, Caesar side salad. When I arrived home to have my dinner the macaroni and cheese was awful looking and artificial tasting. Cream spinach was sour and dry. They both appeared to be sitting for awhile over heat. I don't appreciate spending $18.00 for a meal I did not enjoy.
Please make sure when you serve food its eatable. The meat was okay but I wanted a meal not just meat the sides where not eatable and I don't appreciate stale food which should have been thrown out if it wasn't purchased at a certain time.

Boston Market service

i was at teh Boston Market on Friday Feb 28 lunch time. i went through the drive through. the person working the drive through rushed me through my order to the point that i got the wrong item. i had 2 kids in my car and iwas not going back in the store to get the correct item. the person was rude and just kept asking me is that it. the mac and cheese was over cooked . i would like a partial refund for my food.

Boston Market Employees attitude and customer service skills

Every single time I have to speak with a manager and I shouldn't have to constantly go thru that.
