Boston Market ribs and side orders

Ordered 2 1/2 racks of ribs with 4 side dishes... The ribs were dry and the garlic potatoes were hard and the brussell sprouts had a funny taste... Made about a $23 purchase on 2, 14.20 at the east hanover, nj store... Been a 30 year customer and a long time customer at that store with no problem... Very disappointed so I felt I needed to let you know, what can you do to resolve this problem

Boston Market prime rib

On Friday, February 14, 2012 my fiance and I went to Boston market To get a prime rib dinner in the past to prime rib dinner has been excellent to us so we figure we go there and get a prime rib dinner when we arrive the guy the cook that was cooking food with black glasses look like he did not wanna be there and he did not wanna cook food When we received a meal and brought it home it wasn't cooked well at all the quality of the prime rib was terrible it seem like it was just a slab on meet. Boston Market drug deal in parking lot with managers

On Friday February 14th, 2020 @ approximately 4:00 p. m My children and I went to Boston Market to eat as we usually do on Fridays. Upon leaving the restaurant I observed 2 employees wearing Red Shirts in the parking lot (the female employee has red hair and the male employee has short hair and appears to be Hispanic) I also observed another female walking across the parking lot towards them. This female appeared to be a drug addict. She handed them a plastic baggie and they handed her money. This was clearly a drug deal. I am Very offended by this mainly because my children seen it and was asking questions about it. And the fact that we love Boston Market and to see and know the employees are drug addicts makes me sick. I would really like some kind of compensation for my children seeing such acts being done by what are supposed to be professional people.

Boston Market staff / service

Hello,
After having picked up my sister and my nephews from work and school as well as post-extracurricular activities, we set out approximately 10 miles from our current destination to dine together at the closest Boston Markest restaurant, which is the location listed above. Upon our arrival at 9:20pm (with a noted closing time of 10:00pm as indicated on the site, front door, etc.), the staff were actively cleaning up. There were approximately 4-5 customers still inside who were anxiously trying to consume their food, or get it packed up whereas to vacate the restaurant since they felt like they were being "pushed out". As we exited the car, a staff member yelled from the door, "We only have ribs." To my sister and I's surpise, we asked if we could just come in and see what was being offered instead of yelling back and forth in a parking lot at night. The staff member reluctantly agreed to let us in and we were met with sharp eyes, fierce tones and a totally unfriendly atmosphere. What we could not understand is why everything was totally shut down including all stations, the warmers, drink machines, etc. if the closing time was 40 minutes away. As a service worker, I can understand getting a jump start on things; however, this was totally unacceptable. As the employee behind the counter mopped, she rudely informed us that there was nothing for us to get, despite us staring at a few sides in the warmer (which was off at this point), making the food look old and cold. We said we were just looking and considering our choices since we contemplated getting some sides, and obtaining meat from somewhere else; however, the staff continued to be rude. We inquired as to why the front door was locked, the side door was locked and why all the food and machines were shut down, and we were met with blank stares and silence. I am totally disappointed in the lack of customer service at this branch and will never return again- in fact, I am considering boycotting the whole franchise and encouraging others to the same. I just read an article noting that many of the Boston Market locations will be closing in 2020 and I hope this is one of them. Let me get back to the story...as we exited the store, we continued to notice the staff mopping, putting chairs on tables while people were sitting relatively close, breaking down the soda machine while guests were still present, taking up all the rugs, etc. It was not a pleasant or friendly place to dine. One woman noted that she was just no longer comfortable and asked for some assistance with obtaining items to go. As we were exiting, we saw 2 young ladies trying to enter the front door, which was locked. The staff proceeded to stare at them, without offering any rhyme or reason as to why the door was locked, at a now 9:25pm, again with a closing time of 10:00pm. The young girls were not offered any interaction, conversation, explanation- NOTHING! They checked their cell phones to be sure they had the correct location and closing time- my sister and I informed them of what was happening and they too were appalled.

In closing, for someone who has frequented this chain for quite sometime, this is truly a saddening experience and I never have a filed a formal complaint at this level for any chain or organization; however, I though this needed to be documented.

Boston Market manager

Went into the Shirley Boston market was asking manager a question about uber eats menu and if it's the same menu as the stores menu has and he said he didn't know so I ask another employee and the manager says while I'm talking to the other employee that no it's not the same menu and I'm like didn't I just ask you about this and he starts getting a little nasty so I say forget it I'll just order my food and he says good have a good a nice day being sarcastic and I say please dont be a smart [censored] and again he says have a nice day in a smart [censored] way so I pay and he starts laughing and says have a nice day your not allowed in this store anymore to get food so it pissed me off and we start going back and forth so again I start to walk out and he says I'm calling the cops and starts coming after me at the door as I walk out the moral of me sending this is the guy shouldn't be nasty to customers asking questions so now I'm not allowed to get food for my family at your Shirley Boston market store

Boston Market turkey dinner for 3 plus 6 extra corn muffins

On Friday 2/7/2020 I placed my order as stated above. When we arrived at home and ready to eat our food I noticed chunks of turkey with grizzle throughout. I kind of lost my appetite. In looking around I noticed the establishment was kind of short staffed and had to repeat my order three times because they were preparing my dinner with a chicken dinner for three. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of turkey for the price you charge. While waiting for my order to go a man ordered a chicken pot pie and received a senior discount Why didn't I? We are 72 years young seniors and my husband is a 100% disabled American Veteran. Boston Market 60-18 metropolitan Avenue, Ridgewood, N.Y.11385. Boston Market product and service

Out of chicken, most sides at 9:20 on a Friday night. Served us togo rather than eat in. Pretty much acted like already closed. Didnt greet us sevred potatoes without gravy and meet loaf no topping sauce, with scornbread or even asking if i would like one.

All have more energy being loud behind counter now customers are leaving than they showed any customer who when they were being served...

Very disappointing!

Boston Market the food was terrible

1-2-20, I bought some food at boston market, as I go into the restaurant they had signs about the prime rib which sounded great, I ordered the prime rib meal and another meal, ribs and white chicken, when I got home which is only less then 3 minutes away, I wasnt happy that they didnt asked me if I wanted horseradish, then as I ate the prime rib it was cold and chewy, and didnt have much flavor either, the ribs were good but the chicken was kinda dry, the side dishes were ok, I eat at boston market every so often and it was a big let down on how the food was, my girlfriend only like the ribs, I had to throw the prime rib away and some of the chicken, the next day I did the survey and figured since I gave them a bad review they would have contacted me, but nobody did so im e-mailing you, im not sure if I will try boston market again and I spent $35.32 on a crappy meal

Boston Market missing points

I tried redeeming my points for a free rotisserie chicken using their app. The points were taken out of my Account but no confirmation about my order was given. Nothing! I called the local Boston Market to ask if they got my order. They said no and to contact Corporate about it. Their CS number is a joke! In fact, their entire CS is a joke! No help at all and lacks basic CS skills! I'm very disappointed with all this!

Boston Market customer service and rewards program

Boston market has the worse customer service there is... The phone numbers listed for their corporate offices are a joke... It is actually a voice mail that you the customer has to leave a message... No one ever calls you back... You can never get a live person to deal with the customer service problems you convey to them... The restaurant always makes mistakes in the order for delivery; and, the only way to correct this, is to actually go to the restaurant... If you wanted delivery, why would you want to have to go to the restaurant and drive there to correct the restaurant's mistake... When you join the rewards program, upon purchase, you acquire points for free meals... Well, you don't always get the points you have earned upon purchase... I have been waiting over a month for two meals that were never accounted for...in fact, the boston market system, removed 160 points, by mistake, and a woman by the name of shannon, who left a great deal to be desired, told me that there was nothing they could do and nothing they would do... Nor would they compensate for boston market's mistakes, not even a coupon in lieu of losing all those points and never getting the earned points on the two meals... Boston market keeps their customers at bay and arm's length... The customer has to live with the mistakes that boston market makes... If boston market can't reinstate my points and give me my missing points, they could have given a coupon for a free meal, which the points represent... Why have a rewards program... And then you have to deal with the mistakes the restaurant makes, when they put your order together... The corporate office in colorado and the local restaurant #1007, in hallandale, florida need a going over when it comes to public relations dealing with customers... You can't even reach corporate with they system they have... You leave a message as indicated and that is as far as it goes... Boston market does not interact with customers whatsoever... The miami herald at one time had a column called action line... It is too bad that action line isn't around anymore, because they put heat under these type of businesses and got results... Boston market just ignores their customers...

Boston Market the customer service I received today was horrible and unacceptable

12/3/2019 time this occurred was 3:25-3:30 pm. I went to a local Boston Market to order some sides only. The cook in the back making the food kept giving me and my younger son weird evil looks as if he was a racist and hating on us for no apparent reason. The other worker who took my order tried to chest my out of my money and say I never paid when clearly I did and when he realized he was wrong never apologized to me. He wasn't pleasant either. The entire place needs to shut down . The reason there never busy is because of the service provided. I will never go back but I would like the corporate office to get involved and hire new people who are welcoming and not mistreating anyone do to the looks or race. It's sad that people treat others like this for no reason at all when all I wanted was to enjoy a good meal at Boston Market. It would be great to hear back from the corporate office about my complaint or the store manager.

Boston Market bad potato found in pot pie

On 12-1-19, we went to eat in the BOSTON MARKET restaurant on Hwy 100, in Milw. WI. I had a chicken pot pie that had only 3 pieces of potato in it, and one was completely black. I told the manager and he did nothing about it. I showed him, asked him if he would eat that, and he said 'No'. I asked for a refund and he denied me. The pie was overcooked as well. We will not be going back and I intend to put this complaint on the internet also, BECAUSE I was not allowed to speak to someone on the phone for my refund. This is a quality control issue and should never have happened.

Boston Market thanksgiving meal for 30 on made or delivered

We ordered thanksgiving dinner for 30 people to be delivered between 1:45 and 2:00 on thanksgiving. Our order number was [protected]. By 2:30 the food was not delivered. We called numerous times and no one answered the phone. Picture the scene, we have 30 people waiting at my mom's house for thanksgiving dinner with no food and no answer. After no response, my sister and I drove to the boston market on devon ave.in park ridge. What we encountered was mass chaos. Our order was not only not delivered, it was not even made and they didn't have enough food to cover orders. They closed and locked the doors. We left boston market with 30 waiting for thanksgiving dinner and no food from boston market. The store provided no answer, no satisfaction and no dinner. Completely ruined our holiday. I want to know what is going to be done about this to compensate for the total lack for us as a customer. I expect a phone call, an answer and some compensation for this. Boston Market portion size

We went to this store 10/30/19. We have noticed the portions of the sides has been shrinking, and trays that the sides are served from are always close to being empty, and they have scrape the bottom in order to fill the order. I ordered the prime rib, and this has also been shrinking, so much so that I could get the same thickness sliced at a deli. This very disturbing because it it tantamount to false advertising, you expect to get what the posters look like, and what get is nothing like it. We will probably tell our friends, including on those on social media not to waste their money and look elsewhere. We won't be back.

Boston Market subpar food order

Date of Incident was 11/5/19. 4:30 pm. Store number 576.
Food was sub-standard. Chicken dinners were awful. Chicken was dried out, potatoes were hard and the corn bread was obviously old.
I have never had a problem with this location so I was extremely disappointed.
I used a BOGO free dinner coupon, so it was only 12.38.
I would like a refund or coupon to resolve this issue.

Boston Market service

After placing an online order and being told that it would be delivered between 11:45 and 11:55. After checking Applebee's website, it showed that it was still being processed at 12:20. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager who was very belligerent and wanted to blame grub hub. The grub hub driver showed me his phone and I verified that he had just received the order 10 minutes prior. The sad part is that this store is less than 10 minutes from my office

Boston Market very bad service from worker in this location

Hello, My name is Ioulia. I'm delivery driver for Door Dash. I write all this because I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from your worker in the store located 1075 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO last night Nov -1-2019, 8.37 pm. I went to pick up an order from the same place and no one paid attention to me being there, but when another woman who was a customer came in, she was immediately served. I asked why they serve the next customer when I'm before and she told me I'm not a customer. This response angered me a lot but I waited patiently for them to prepare my order, which took them a long time. The same worker hung around deliberately to slow me down as much as possible. They even wrote on the board that the order was ready on time and I was still waiting. It was very difficult to get the job done on time. I asked for her name, but she turned her back on me and didn't want to tell me. She had blond hair and was working on the evening of November 1st, so you know who she is. I was very much affected by the service attitude and this is not the first time. This store is probably the only one I enter without desire. We always wait a long time. They just told me why, because we are not customers. My question is: Do you agree with this? How will you solve this problem? what measures will you take against the person who made fun of me? Boston Market my meal

I eat here all the time tonite I ordered a meal for 4 with turkey the turkey was under cooked tasted terrible the turkey is always moist and flavorful not tonite I got the last scoop of mac and cheese which was cold I dont know what the problem was tonite but it wasn't good like it always is it. Everyone there was nice but the food wasnt very disappointed
