Boston Market turkey/ mod

Friday September 27th at 9:30 pm I walked into Boston Market in Highland Indiana . I ordered two turkeys dinners to go. I paid and left. I get to the car to get a quick bite and continue my journey until I bit into the turkey and the texture was alarming. I went back into the restaurant to let her kno that something was right with the turkey. The manager took it out the bag and opened the dish and we both at the same time saw that the turkey was still bleeding. OMG! I damn near lost my mind . I asked for my money back and while I'm upset and waiting for a refund the guy who cut the meat said that he gave me the best they had . Oh that pissed me off even more . That meal transferred to two people so I'm wondering how didn't anyone catch that before I ate it. The manager acted like it wa any fault and gave me my money so I could get out her store .

Boston Market prime rib

We arrived Friday night at 5:30 looking forward to the prime rib dinner. We were told the only prime rib left was well done. We wanted medium to medium rare. You advertise the prime rib becomes available at 5:00pm. I find it hard to believe that this was all they had left. Very disappointing. We were told the medium to medium rare wasalready sold out. Hard to believe in a half hour it was gone. . Did they only have one roast that day.

Boston Market meatloaf

I visited Boston Market, Pleasant Run Road, Desoto, TX. I went through the drive thru and ordered meatloaf with corn and mashed potatoes. The meatloaf was suspect. It looked rubbery, taste funny and it had an unwanted smell. I called to that location and a young lady identified herself as Dinah, manager. I explained this to her and her first question was, did you go through the drive through or did I come into the restaurant. I do not see why this was important. She informed me she did not know what I was speaking about. Very uncaring. I dont gave money to throw away. This meal was $9.19... I am very disappointed.

Boston Market chicken

Very disappointed by the quality of food and customer service . Today I placed an order via door dash. Not only did the driver have to wait over 40 minutes because they ran out of chicken but when the food finally arrived I received undercooked chicken . What made me more upset was that my 10 month old son was eating from this meal. However, I called the restaurant and asked for a manager. The first woman who answered the phone claimed she was a manager and put me on hold for about 3 minutes. Then the phone was answered by another aggrevated female who claimed to be a manager as well. She offered to contact someone who could give me my refund but I offered to drive over there in order to exchange my food for food that was actually cooked. This manager was rude and very sarcastic to the point that we got into a verbal altercation on the phone. You would think an apology would be the first thing issued on a matter that can make your costumers sick. This person was very unprofessional and I just can't see how they have someone like this running their establishment . It is not okay for people to be treated this way after receiving such poor quality food.

Boston Market rice and green beans

So many of your customers enjoyed the rice and green beans. I do not understand why you would take away your best sellers. I am gluten intolerate and many of us frequent your establishment you should be catering to us not sending us away. Even my husband that does not have gluten sensitive is upset by no rice. While at your store I heard another couple complaining about the same things. You need to listen to your customers and bring back the favorites

Boston Market prime rib dinner

Boston Market Prime Rib Dinner should rightly be called Boston Market PRIME FAT DINNER.
There are globs of FAT all over the Prime Rib.
You are paying for FAT which you cannot and should not eat!
To actually see what we are speaking of go to:
www.bostonmarketsucks.com
If you should decide to go there and order it anyway DO NOT order the "LARGE" size dinner.
They charge you more and you only get ONE THIN SLICE more than the "regular-sized" dinner! It's a RIP-OFF!
Want to see the Prime Fat dinner?

Boston Market service product

I went here and I ask for a half dark. They told me the only had white meat. Two customers behind me ordered a whole chicken which included dark meat. They lied and said they only had white. As a customer I find this unacceptable of saying they didnt have something when they clearly did. I find it rather infuriating that they claimed to not have something they had.

Boston Market dinner menu

There was a time when I catered my holiday dinners through Boston Market when My health would not allow me to cook. I stopped after three years because of customer service. We continue to patronize the Boston Market Restaurant in Crestwood however the management is questionable the customer service is changing and the food was put in the bowl for my two dogs. We were there on Tuesday and purchased four chicken dinners and one meat loaf for the family. My chicken was under cooked and a little slimy. I tossed it into a skillet and cut it up for my two very large dogs. We went back on Friday so I decided to get the Prime Rib. It wasn't quite 5:00 p.m. and the woman told me that the piece with all the fat was all that was left. I did not check my order until we got home. We had not one but two Prime Rib Dinners with enough Fat to cut off and make biscuits. Horrible. for $16.99 a plate you would think that had more pride in their service. Again..I cut it up and gave it to my Pit Bull and my Rottweiler They enjoyed it but sometimes I have to swat them with a newspaper for eating out of the trash bag. Did I say Trash. This was the worst Prime Rib I have ever had

Boston Market chicken

I purchased 2 dinners for my children yesterday evening July 28, 2019. The dinners both had baked chicken, sweet potatoes and mac&cheese. About 1-2 hrs after consumption, both of my daughter's started experiencing abdominal cramping. Then in the middle of the night they both had diarrhea and vomiting which lasted until today July 29, 2019. They are still not feeling well and I'm very upset about this

Boston Market poor customer service for online order

Date: 7/18/19 order#[protected] order total: $ 22.40
I have always been a fan of boston market restaurant when it was located in winston-salem, nc & when I moved to raleigh, nc. However, the poor and nasty customer service that I received at the location in greensboro, nc has literally turned by stomach. I placed and paid for my order online for two 1/2 roasted chickens, sweet potato casserole, cream spinach and one side of mash potatoes and gravy w/the standard cornbread. I arrived to the location provided by name & representative was unable to locate my order nor did it show on the online order screen. I presented by receipt showing that I paid for the 2 meals & advised the young man of what I ordered. He advised me he would prepare my meal, there was a line at the counter & he started to help sere the line - mistake #1... I ordered online so that I would not half to wait.. This is part of the convenience of ordering online. The representative came back to me a second time asking me what did I order, again I advised, he back to prepare our food & then jumped back to the line to help serve the customers - mistake #2... Why are you keeping a paid customer waiting? The representative comes back to me a 3rd time & stated you wanted mac n cheese and string beans right? Hell no is what I thought in my mind; but I said very slowly, I do not believe you are listening to me & stated for a 3rd time my online order. He completes preparing the meal & placing them in the bag; I asked that he allow me to review what was in the containers & he proceeds to shove the bag in my direction - big mistake #3... Disrespectful, rude, poor customer service & I was livid... But I remained calmed, looked through my order & waited on the corn muffins. The representative places 2 corn muffins in the bag and shoves that across the counter in my directions and goes back to assisting on the line - mistake #4... He could not possibly think the was demonstrating excellent customer service on behalf of boston market? I do not know if this employee does not realize that he is an ambassador for boston market & his behavior reflected piss poorly on yesterday. My 81 year old aunty has never even had boston market & I wanted to bring her some delicious nourishing & hot food without the bull crap that I endured at the greensboro, nc location. I am seeking to have both of our meals reimbursed for the disrespectful demeanor that your representative played.

Boston Market unavailable advertise food product

We have patronized this business for decades and the service has definitely declined. We've visited a few times every month and have yet to purchase the Prime Rib entree. EVERYTIME we've requested this item it's either a long wait, not available or sold out. This appears to be a management issue with poor forecasting. The other restaurants in the area never run out of food as they're in the FOOD business. This is very disappointing! BOSTON MARKET NEEDS TO DO BETTER IN SERVICING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Boston Market atmosphere in the restaurant

Since you put the new manager in charge the home atmosphere has changed terribly. It is not pleasant to dine in there anymore, when he talks to you it is not friendly, always has a mean look on his face, if he takes your order he looks mean and just terrible. It has nothing to do with the fact that he is black, their is a young black server, she waited on us and she smiled and very friendly, I told her that I could tell she was a very nice person and she said I know you and your wife are also. I asked her how she was and she said not to well, I said what's wrong and she said Boston Market (manager), the rest of the employees are just light the manger. This happened last night 04/21/2019, but it has happened every time we have been in there. I promise you, we will not be going there anymore, we live in Funkstown, MD [protected] @ PO Box 396. There is another Boston Market in Frederick, MD. if we decide to eat again at Boston Market it will be in Frederick, MD. approximately 30 miles away.
We love Boston Market, but in Hagerstown, MD. I wish someone could stop in and just see what I am talking about, WE WILL NOT BE BACK, four times is enough!

Boston Market taste of food

The corn that we ordered with our prime rib dinners had way too much pepper. So much that it left a horrible taste in our mouth. We had to dispose of the corm. We lost our appetite. This was in November 2018 complaint online twice with no response as of yet.

Some of the season had spilled over to the prime rib, once we realized that on the next day we afraid to eat it. It was a waste of our money. We haven't been back since.

Boston Market unethical behavior

On the 20th of November I ordered some side dishes and corn bread for my Thanksgiving meal, it was my first time using boston market. I was told after calling and asking which was a better way of ordering for their particular store that calling the day before and placing the order was better. So I called on the 21st and encountered horrible communication skills, the person cursed because they couldn't find a pen and proceeded to speak to other co-workers without saying a word to me, so I hung up. I called back again and the person on the line was irritable with bad communication skills. I ordered corn bread and was not told it was not included in the holiday meal. On Thanksgiving day the place was a madhouse waiting forever for my food. I receive my order and its wrong, so they fixed it with the proper sides. However I did not look in the bag which I assumed had cornbread. I got home and the food was almost frozen and it took a long time to get it hot in the microwave while all my other food was getting cold. I opened the bags and there was rolls, not corn bread even though the receipt said cornbread not rolls. I went back to the Market to speak to a manager about the mixup and he told me they don't serve corn bread for the holiday meal and the rolls come with the meal and I was not getting any money back. I said to him, you need to hear me out before you jump to this conclusion and dismiss me . I explained I never ordered a holiday meal before and no one told me I could not get corn bread and if this is the case then why am I charged for a dozen cornbread and its rung up on the receipt as cornbread? He said I was still not getting any money back . I was shocked by the way I was treated and couldn't believe a business clearly charged me for a item I did not get and just wanted to dismiss me. I asked him for the corporate office phone number, he told go look it up I'm busy and there is nothing anyone can do for you. The charge was only $5.09 for the cornbread my sides were $61.63. but when you wait in line for hours expect to get what you ordered and your disappointed with the entire order just to be dismissed by a rude manager it really takes away all desire to ever eat at your establishment again. Your store does not appreciate your clients. This manager told me his name is Imani. He should not be dealing with people .

Boston Market management at woodbridge #646

At drive-thru on November 10, 2018; ordering kids meal and asked for apples as side. Informed by cashier that apples not available. The Opening Manager interjected on headset to ask if sign was outside. I told her no and wouldn't have asked if there was notice of sign. Opening manager proceeded to interject & interrupt my ordering by repeating, "Wow", several times. Next, adamant to inform that she was a manager and was just asking a question. I reiterated enough with the nonsense and wanted to place my order. Manager interrupted the cashier again stating to have some respect. This manager doesn't understand that respect is given when earned and just because you're management doesn't mean entitlement. Things escalated, screaming ensued, cursory words exchange and informed that I would not be serviced. This situation could have been avoided if opening manager had done her due diligence and checked the outside menu board to update any changes. No reason to ask a customer about a sign in the middle of ordering; simply apologize for the inconvenience and follow on with service. Absolute deplorable and disgusting behavior should be addressed and she should be terminated.

Boston Market worst management ever!!!

Store number 1959 is a disaster. Management is terrible, most of the employees are terrible. Only good time to go there is in the morning. Anytime after 5 you will see employees fooling around, not paying attention to customer, they are rude and slow. Food is cold by the time you get it. The GM has no control over his employees, they do what they please. He is also rude! They are constantly "running out" of food, containers, change, on time employees . Time for someone to get in there and take charge. Sad for the few great employees they do have but this company is not going to get far.

Boston Market chicken carver sandwich

This information has already been submitted through the Boston Market Survey; however, I want assurance this information reached the Corporate Office.
8/14/2018 I bought a chicken carver sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes. While eating the sandwich at home, a chicken bone chipped my tooth. Upon further investigation, I found another bone with spurs. I have a Dental appointment tomorrow to determine how much damage was caused and how much it will be to repair. I would appreciate someone from Corporate contacting me at [protected] to discuss the evidence and photos I have provided. I have eaten at this store many times; however, this is the first and last time I will ever eat a chicken carver sandwich.
