BOSS Revolution Blocking of my boss money account.

I am registered with Boss money and have been sending money to Nigeria through Boss money. I recently changed my ATM card with my bank, M&T Bank for security reasons. I tried sending money to Nigeria with codes on the new card and my account was blocked.
Please, unblock my account so that I can continue sending money through it.

BOSS Revolution International calls

I made an 18-minute international call through the Boss Revolution application with a balance that I had and this company consumed the balance that I had and made the call through my cell line generating a charge of 54 dollars with my telephone company, I call to customer service and a supervisor named Stephanie Caballero tells me to send her the evidence and the call record and I send it to her, then she writes me an email saying I have to make a claim to T-Mobile, the most absurd thing.. I never dialed directly from my phone, I dialed from the Boss Revolución application, if my balance ended during the call that application should have cut the call due to insufficient funds and not pass it to my telephone company

BOSS Revolution Unauthorized credit card charges

if you use this company's app to make international's calls, do not select the auto recharge option because they'll keep charging your card regardless of how many times you make a call.
their customer service is also terrible, you'll be on hold for 40mins before you get a response. Their chat service is very unhelpful, the agent keeps copying and pasting standard messages to you because he/she has no idea what to do.

BOSS Revolution the worst company ever! international money transfer

I just recently made a money transfer. I followed a regular process to complete my transaction via their Boss Revolution Application. After 6 hours, a representative was calling for transaction verification. I was like, why in the world would you be calling me at this hour after keying my transaction long ago? My concern is that, if Boss Revolution claimed they have a "secured" platform, why would they subject their customers to extreme scrutiny? They should have clearly state on their apps they must subject all transactions to manual verification that will take almost a day just to jump start the process. If they notice any bug or vulnerability in their apps, they should discontinue any form of business transaction to fix the problem. They can't be subjecting their customers to unnecessary so-called verifications at the expense of the customer. Build a true secured platform not making us feel like it's secured why it's not!

BOSS Revolution unlimited call bundle

Your unlimited call bundle as advertised on your website allows calls to 54 countries which includes Nigeria.
I bought this bundle and cannot make a call with it.
Upon calling your customer care, I was told that this bundle does not provide calls to Nigeria which is contrary to what is advertised on your website.
Can you explain to me why this is so please?

BOSS Revolution international call

I want to opt out of Boss Revolution, In fact I have already deleted my app and I need my account balance to be refunded to my card on filed.

However, The customer care irresponsible person that I spoke wit this morning on my way to work claimed that I yelled at her after she disrespected me and treated me as if am stupid and never made international calls before.

I tried multiple times since after the incident to call customer service and have them refund my money since I am not going to use Boss ever in life again. It looks like no one is willing to pick my call.

Again I need my money back in my card on-file ASAP.m

BOSS Revolution international money transfer

Someone whose opinion I trust, referred me to this company for inexpensive money transfer to Nigeria. So lemme give a summary of my experience with this company so far.

1. First transfer of $300. It was held up due to this being my First Time. The next day they called me and (to my surprise) 3-wayed my bank, probably thinking they'd catch me in fraud or something. We went through the entire verification process, both for BossRevolution and my bank, the money transfer was completed. The guy who had called me said this was just for the first time, that subsequent transactions will go at normal speed without hold-ups.

2. A couple of weeks later, second transfer for $2, 999 (their max allowed). Their Verification and Compliance sub-system kicked in, and before the transaction could proceed, I had to fill out 2 PDF forms, sign them, scan them, and email them to BossRevolution Compliance Department, along with my state ID. I did all of that. The next day, the money transfer was completed.

3. A couple of weeks later, I tried a third transfer, for the same amount as the previous one. Their Verification and Compliance sub-system kicked in... but THIS time, they wanted MY BANK STATEMENT or PAY STUBS, along with the usual Compliance and Verification Forms, before the transaction could proceed. Despite my hesitancy about this new level of Privacy Invasion, I did all of that (I was short on time).

They came back with a few NIT-PICKS about how I filled out both the the Compliance and Verification forms wrong (even though it's a simple 1-page 10-field form, and I am not horribly inept at basic computer tasks), and how my bank account statements were not showing the previous 2 BossRevolution transactions (even though I HIGHLIGHTED them CLEARLY in the image I sent, and called it out in the email).

A nice lady by the name of Gabriella called me to explain to me exactly what was needed. After we talked, I did as she asked... fixed and re-sent the documents, and the full consolidated bank statement. Even though they didn't ask, I ALSO included my flight reservation (supporting my need to send money back home), and a screenshot of my bank's website dashboard, showing that I have two accounts, and that the bank provides only CONSOLIDATED statements. Again, I'd already explained all of this in previous emails, so I was basically repeating myself.

Within 15 minutes, they cancelled my transaction, saying that I didn't provide enough bank statements.

From all indications, they were always going to cancel the transaction, regardless. I think all this is because of the destination country (Nigeria). It seems we can never escape the stigma and stereotype, and that's a shame. However, one would think that a USA-based company would set aside the biases, and follow the Law. But no, probably inspired by the blatantly racist rhetoric coming out of the White House, BossRevolution decided to unjustly flush this customer down the toilet. I've learned my lesson, switched to TransferWise.com (a superior experience so far) and said my piece. People beware.

BOSS Revolution money transfer online

I went through verification process with Boss Revolution and my bank. I am an American citizen. I regularly need to send money to my babalawo. The guy didn't know what that was and seemed bigoted about it.

Now I cannot use the app and my information is on their system.

What's the deal? I'm not a terrorist nor wicked person and my spiritual practices are my own business.

BOSS Revolution received text and call from this company

I received a text message on my phone from 663-342 saying:

"Boss Revolution: Welcome! Your security code is ****. To make calls download app ? bossrevapp.us or dial 716-271-1616. Info/Terms at www.bossrevolution.com"

Some minutes later, I received a call from +800 676 8312 about this "app". Was looking too "scam like" for me. I ended the call and blocked the #. After looking on Google about other people having this kind of call / text, today, April 23, I understood that it was indeed a scam.

El sistema de verificacion Para tranferencias de dinero, es lo mas estupido y ridiculo que tienen, aparte de tu social security, licencia y. 2 documentos mas que ellos piden, talon de checke y estado de cuenta bancaria, no les basto para liberar mi dinero, y lo peor es que no te llaman, para decir el estado de tu tranferencia pasan los dias y te das cuenta que por correo electronico te mandan a decir que tu tranferencia sera cancelada por falta de evidencia de donde probienen los fondos, si enoja porque este departamento no tiene un numero donde uno pueda hablar con un supervisor y quejarce de sus ignorancias, no recomiendo este servicio para transferencias altas, es una perdida de tiemp.

After using boss revolution for over 2 years, boss revolution desactivated my account for no valuable reasons, I have made a purchase online of $15 dollars with my debit card and I used 7 or 8 dollars by international calls, the next day I tried to make another calls they asked for my pin, I provide my pin and they said I have to call the customer services, I called them and they only told me my account has been suspended and I cannot no more use my phone number with boss revolution, I have to change my phone number, to get a new phone number, I am a honest person and never have problems with the law, I spent a lot of money by using this company to call my family and friends orverseas. I won't advise someone to use it

I bought a $5 credit I made 1 call to Nigeria of less than 2mins . Next day my balance was 12cents I call to complain and was told I made calls to Uganda. The representative told me it woukd be investigated in 2 business days, I called after 2days and nothing was done I was told to give some more time I called on three different ocassions amd was told the case would be expedited, 3rd week I called and the representative was very rude and he insisted I made calls to Uganda and the calls were made from my number and there was nothing he could do. Dont know anyone in Uganda let alone calling. Money was never refunded. Will never patronize Boss revolution.

I made a couple of transfers and my transactions remained on pending, I had to cancel, happened 3 times in a row, I made a recent transfer 2days ago and same thing, I called several, sent an email, yet no update, I called today nd asked for a refund and also expressed my disappointment, the customer service representative was was so rude, he said "if you stop using boss revolution, the business still wont crumble" you all need to know that without us (the customers), you are nothing, there's no boss's revolution without the customers, I am yet to get my refund too

BOSS Revolution fraud, and identity theft and scam

Out of the blue never having heard of BOSS revolution, I noted on my bank statement that BOSS revolution fraudulently accessed my bank debit card and removed three transactions. One for $403.99, one for $503.99 and a third for $566.00. This was all done fraudulently.
I have now spent more than 2 hours in interrupted phone calls trying to get this money returned, but Boss Revolution is I think a scam company that is involved with fraudulent activity and identity theft and stealing money from private citizens' bank accounts. How the company got my debit card numbers is unknown, but using software like FraudFox will brute force attack a number and can within a few seconds give them the card details. . Give BOSS revolution a wide birth, and don't have anything to do with this company. I have notified the FBI of this fraud. Trying to get this money returned to my account is like getting blood out of a stone.

I have never used this service and just found out they took three transactions out of my credit card. I have never heard of them until I found these unauthorized transactions. I now have had to get a new card and the credit card company is investigating these charges . Meanwhile the funds are gone.

BOSS Revolution international mobile top up

I used the service to top up my mum's phone credit in Nigeria. I wanted to top up with $5 instead they withdrew $15 at a very low rate. I called customer service. They were the worst ever. All three of the hung up on me. They were very rude and unprofessional. I will never use boss revolution again. It's just ridiculous having to deal with such service.

BOSS Revolution declined international money transfer

I am Samuel Oyewusi from Columbia, Missouri. I tried to do international money transfer through Boss Revolution app but the transaction was declined about six times. This is the first time to use the app for international money transfer. The charges for the first service is free. Kindly advise on what happened and needed to be done for successful transaction. I have sent money to my Baba for spiritual services several times. They even had me do account verification with my bank. Then they didn't release the funds and I had to cancel the transaction. Mind you, I told them that the work had already been performed and I needed to pay him. Like what the actual fk?
The guy asked me who this person was to me and I said my Babalawo. He said what is a babalawo. I said what? Look it up its a priest. He said priest of what? It was also some Indian sounding guy. I told him it's discrimination to Inquisition me over my spiritual practices. Now i cannot use the account. It's been deactivated. Meanwhile I they have my card information on file.
I am not a terrorist or anything near it. OMG. This is so discriminatory. And illegal.

BANNED FROM USING BOSS TRANSFER
On May 2018, a friend told me about Boss Transfer money and I used it for a couple of times then for no reason, my transfers do not go thru. Then they asked me to try in 24hrs because something was wrong with their system and a lot of people were affected. The next 4 days, I tried unsuccessfully as it says transaction failed please try again later. Then I called customer service and I was told I can no longer use their service on line. The only way to use it was to go to a physical location, and this is coming from verification. And on top of that, I was told this is confidential and CANNOT BE COMMUNICATED TO ME
So for whatever reason, I am kind of banned to use their on line services, but nobody can tell me why. I have my debit card linked to my account, used it 3 times and all went fine, then this

Day of incident- 10/17/2017
My name is Isabel Tamayo and my phone number is [protected].

I reloaded my account with only $ 5 dollars and I did not realize that I spoke for 36 minutes, I never realized that my account was automatically recharged by itself. Now I am suffering a charge of 35 dollars, which I cannot afford. I call customer service and a lady with no desire to attend and very unprofessional did not passed the phone to her supervisor as I was asking. Over all the bad experience she hung up the phone to me without having finished to speak. I need answers from someone professional. I need a refund or at least a discount for not been notified when the amount of money I'm recharging with reach its end.

The internacional number I call and dial all the time only rings and it's not going true for the pass 3 weeks now, .

I had called up and made a report waited 24 hours and it still the same, I called for a second time Today and the costumer representative told me to try in 24 hours again and if it doesn't work to call back again, can you please help me with my report a.s.a.p, thank you.

BOSS REVOLUTION IS A DISASTER!

1) My calls get interrupted ( telling me how much i have in my account and disconnected my conversation) severally and need to start from beginning each time.
2)The App never worked. I was provided with a number to dial first before dialing the international number I wish to call...technically you need to write out every number you wish to cal...are you kidding me at this age of tech?

3) You can feel the struggling customer service personnel..they are aware the service is bad but cannot help it.

There is need for complete overhaul or close the business.
