I would like all personal correspondence and emails between myself and Boris Mannsfeld removed from your website. There is personal and slanderous information about myself and personal family contacts listed here that he posted. I am the purchaser and the consumer, and Boris Mannsfeld is the real estate broker. This is totally unprofessional to have this posted here, and I am filing a complaint with the real estate commission. He has tried to defraud others, and that information is listed on the board. James Gallo signed a purchase agreement to buy a lot. He made a partial earnest money deposit and then never closed. Boris mannsfeld & Associates provided him with many extensions in order for him to make the final payment yet he continued to not perform according to the signed legal binding purchase agreement. SO eventually the contract was terminated by the seller and James Gallo lost his earnest money according to the terms of the purchase agreement. So he then threatened with litigation and tried to blackmail Boris mannsfeld to pya him the money else he would sue and fill complaints on this website. Well...he never sued because he had no case and he did file a fraudulent and absolutely untrue complaint on this complaint board. SO we posted a response on this winsome with all the evidence that proved he was a fraud and his complaint was false. Now he is complaining again. James is a person that does not feel obligated to complete his legal obligations, take no responsibility for his actions, pushed blame on others and is simply a BAD vindictive bullying person who threatens and blackmails to try and get his way like a little insecure lying bully in a school yard. SO sad!
