Wrong estimation of distance provided in the invoice.. ; If the vehicle cannot reach Munnar without permit and it requires a distance of 650 kms instead of 510 then it should have been specified in your estimate. ; Poor Customer service - the driver did not relate himself to Bookcab and said he was independent operator and people at Bookcab donot know ground realities of trips ; No resolution provided by helpdesk ; Manager not available for discussion ; No response on 3 emails sent ; This experience is extremely frustrating and spoilt entire holiday plan. I had to come back home with family and cancel my hotel booking ; Now they are not refunding the advance of INR 2650 and have forfeited as cancellation charges.. this is daylight loot ;
my trip refund is pending from more than 25 days.
I had booked a cab with BookCab.in and for the trip, there was 15115/- Rs was pending. As per the customer care and mail confirmation they requested that it will be refunded to your credit card in 4 working days. After waiting for a week I requested them to check. They told there is a problem with Payment gateway, So I requested them to proceed for the NEFT I shared the details and it's been around 10 Days "No Refund" yet. Now customer care not even replying properly and ignoring over the call. I am not even getting called back. Their manager who promised to help me not even replying over the mail and providing an update over the call.
I don't know will I get my money or not.

I had booked a cab from Pune to Bijapur( Karnataka) .After booking I was told that there will be additional charges for Road Tax permit in Karnataka- I refused and asked for cancellation.They then agreed to honour the contract where I will not be paying the road permit taxes which was not a part of original contract.
However to my shock on entering Karnataka state, I was asked to shell out additional Rs 1924/- for Road Permit tax.I had no option but to pay - After the trip I took up the issue and after repeated follow up, I got the following email

However after almost 20 days I still have not received any refund- and worst thing is that they are not responding to multiple emails. It seems the intention is not to pay at all.

Worst taxi service
The worst experience I ever had in my life. I booked a tempo travel with BookCab (http://www.bookcab.in/) from Chandigarh to Rishikesh for a group of friends and pick up time was 12am(e.i. midnight).
The company told I will get the driver's details by 10PM, however I didn't get any detail about the driver and when I called the customer care they told the driver is not ready to go Rishikesh(I mean what the heck) how can you simply say this idiotic thing. We were 6 boys and 5 girls, waiting for the tempo traveler at 12am and the company says we can't take you there and cut the call.
Don't ever go for the company I would prefer to go for a local Taxi service agency. I am going to drag these idiots to the court now.
Regarding fraud , misbehave and took extra charges from me and threatened me of the consequences of not being paid
I hired cab from bukcab from mumbai airport to vasai and to pune. The Estimation cost of rs 3883.00 was given to me on mail. but, the driver misbehaved me and threatened me on the way and unnecessarily took 6250.00 from me which was more than the invoice value and even denied from taking me to vasai. the company misguided me and gave wrong estimation cost. this company is fraud, they cheated us and i will suggest please donot travel from bookcab ever because they are fraud and can harm you on your journey.
can u explain how come u give 6500 rs when u have intitally agreed for 3800? how come u easliy take that money out of ur pocket & gave to driver? does he forcefully take it form yo or robbed you? I am not able to understand.
you could take him to nearby police station forst?
