We don't know much about how Boohoo.com handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Boohoo.com and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Boohoo.com Never received my items. Horrible experience!!

I made a order early in December last year, only to get an email from the company that their orders are being held in customs. After a little more than a month or so, I received another email stating that I will get a refund and still get my order.
I received a new tracking number and wasn't able to track it. After some time it said " delivered"but I never received it. So I was not in fact compensated in any way for what is their fault.
I also paid for express delivery on another offer around that time and received it more than two weeks later. They are unfair and I will never buy from them again.

Boohoo.com Product

I paid for express shipping and my items came 2 weeks later. Not to mention one of the items was so musty I can't believe they would pack it to sell. They obviously gave me used clothing and attempted to cover it up with stinky perfume. Never order from this company you will regret it! I even contacted them via email requested for a supervisor to call me. They ask for a time for the supervisor to call me, I gave it to them, still no call. They don't care about their customers only prodviding damaged clothes (again musty clothing ) and canned email responses.

Boohoo.com Never received my package & boohoo has not answered a single email concerning this issue

I ordered a package around Black Friday and was told to expect my package around December 9th. It's now December 21st and I haven't received my package or any updates about its status. Until a few hours ago the tracking website still said the expected arrival date of my package was December 9th. Now they have no record of my order when I try to track it. I've reached out to Boohoo 3 times with nothing more than a generic message & what I perceived as a threat if I inquired about my package again. After a week had passed since I wrote my first message, I wrote BooHoo a second time. Just as my first message went unanswered, my second message provided no input or update on what was going on with my package. It was well after the 48 hour mark when I wrote Boohoo for a third time... This time I did receive an email. However no information that was relevant to the situation was included in the email. I perceived their response as a threat if I were to write them again asking about my package. I was told not to write another email bc it would just push me further down the query. The exact words were as such:
"We’re on it so please don’t send more than one email as it might push you further down the queue, and that’s the last thing we want!"
I normally never order from a store that doesn't have a customer service number & this experience has validated that thought process. They were Christmas gifts so it definitely isn't an ideal situation but I believe I'm going to have to file a fraud charge w my bank against this purchase. I can only assume they have no intention of delivering my package or responding to any of my inquiries about it.

Boohoo.com Terrible!

I saw a lot of terrible reviews about Boohoo, but still decided to give them a chance. I have purchased a lovely dress from Boohoo and could not wait to get it. Three weeks passed and I thought that it was taking too long so I contacted Boohoo customer service and asked what was going on. Their rep said that my order was on its way and after I asked they gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately it was not working. Then I asked for a refund but they claimed that was not possible and asked me to be more patient. Still waiting for my order! I'm never buying anything from Boohoo again!

Boohoo.com Terrible experience

These people are liars! Purchased some clothing from Boohoo and when my package finally arrived quality of the clothing was extremely cheap and there were also several small damages. I contacted their customer support and they said that I have to pay for the return shipping. Then I went to their website and spent some time reading their return policy and it stated that all returns are free and that there was supposed to be a return label in the package. I checked the package again, but there was no label. Contacted Boohoo support and he said that they cannot accept my return without the return label! So, basically I lost my money.

Boohoo.com Unacceptable

I purchased a jacket from Boohoo but the jacket I received was too big for me, so I decided to return it in order to get a smaller one. When I contacted customer support they said that there will be no returns and no exchanges. They offered me a refund. That was pretty strange. Anyways, I returned the item and even paid for the return shipping. Which was ridiculous that I had pay to return something that I did not want. I contacted them a couple of times and all they said was that it's normal for returns to take this long. Several weeks later I received a message from them stating that they never received the jacket, so they cannot offer me a refund. Don't order from this site. They make returns absolutely impossible.

Boohoo.com Worst store ever

I had a coupon code for free shipping plus 25% off! So I decided to order something from Boohoo. I received a payment confirmation email and realized they gave me only $5 discount. I immediately contacted Boohoo customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do. So I asked them to cancel, but they refused and told that my order had been shipped. The only option they gave me was to return the items, pay for return shipping, and reorder. Absolutely ridiculous! This solution is unacceptable, because it sounds like a scam to me.

Boohoo.com Worst store ever

This is seriously the worst company I've ever! Products on their site look great, but in reality items are very poorly made. I was disappointed with my order so I had to return everything I ordered. I buy most of my clothes and accessories online and I never experienced something like that! Even worse is their absolutely disgusting customer service. Actually I doubt they even have a customer support. I had to contact them because I had some issues with the return package. At first they ignored me, but I finally received a message from them the reply was very rude and impolite. I will never buy from Boohoo again and highly recommend to stay from this company!

Boohoo.com Poor customer service!

I ordered five cute looking dresses from Boohoo with and paid extra for my items would e delivered within few days. Later they contacted me and told there was a problem with my post code, but it seemed strange. I also ordered some things from others sites using the same address and post code. And there were with no problems. I asked them about the problem, but they didn’t reply anything about it. Three weeks later my order still was not delivered. I sent them many emails, but their email system is so slow. Then I found their account on Twitter! But I was shocked, because it was full of negative comments about their customer service. Later I received an email from them stating they have no idea where my order was. And each time they said the same thing. I also left a negative review about them on Twitter and I will continue doing that!

Boohoo.com They overcharged me and haven't provided any info

Scam, scam, scam. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans from the website www.boohoo.co.uk. I needed to pay $356.89, but these jerks charged me for $420. For what? I have no idea, as well as I couldn’t get any replies from them. The seller provided wrong email address and no phone number. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

Boohoo.com Delivery to old address

I placed an order for clothing to come to my only address which I have been at for over 6 months. Boohoo sent a confirmation email saying it'd be delivered to an old address they had on file. They also charged to the old address for my card payment!
I emailed them several times and tried calling all day. I then had an email saying the parcel had been deilvered - to the old address on file. They have refused in any way to help sayibng they received no emails and that its has delivered to the old address as thats where the last order was set for even though i had changed my address in the account section! They have now taken £154.99 of my money and refuse to retrieve the parcel (which is doubtful to be received) They said it was down to me to retrieve the parcel.
Where do I stand as obviously I have not signed for it either?

Boohoo.com Bad-quality shoes and no communication with the seller

Don’t order from the website www.boohoo.com. I ordered 2 pairs of heels from them, but the quality was so poor that one pair broke after a week, and the second pair arrived with broken heel. I contacted the customer services for 4 times, but they didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. The worst services ever. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Boohoo.com Shipping delay

Hello! I made order from Boohoo Clothing Company website already two month ago and I didn’t get the package still. I am losing my patience. I don’t even remember how many times I tried to contact them and to find out the reason of delay. Please help me!

Your 10% discount codes are fake. I spent time putting things in basket only to find you don’t honour offers made. I took photo evidence that your code does not remove the amount of discount offer it is a great farce. I will be cancelling the annual delivery pass and will not be making order again.
