Bob Evans - Bob Evans Dine In

I had met my sister at Bob Evans for breakfast at restaurant #571 here in South Euclid, Ohio on 7/21/2022 at 10 am for her 71st Birthday. Upon arriving we were told there was a 15 minute wait which turned into 30 minutes, the place was not full, the tables where people had been sitting was piled with dirty dishes. We got coffee right away that was not hot, more than 15 minutes passed before someone took our order. I had asked for shelled eggs because I wanted scrambled eggs with cheese, when we finally got out food, the eggs looked like they had been chopped, did not look like 2 eggs but one, my french toast was given to another person who had just been sitted, so I wound up taking mine home. Service was very poor presentation of food on my plate was horrible.

Bob Evans - Customer service and food order

July 3 around 7:15ish I used a gift card at your South Euclid location from Charles T. Szalay Director of Operations - Area #93 Akron Ohio for a previous racist incident at your Beachwood location. I was expecting a $25 gift card but received a $15 gift card instead. I ordered 2 bowls of grits and 2 orders of bacon for my grandson and myself before going to work. One of your servers, Morgan, prepared our order in a timely manner and was very professional. However, when I got to work I was met with runny and lumpy grits. How does a restaurant of your caliber allow food like that to leave the store. I called and spoke with Morgan who identified herself as the one who served me the runny and lumpy grits. We had a brief conversation of how foul that was to do so then I explained to her that I was at work and would like to exchange this for something else. She told me to bring the grits up there when I got off work and I can do an exchange and she will let the manager know.

The grits came to $7.98 and I exchanged it for a child's hamburger meal which came to $5.29. I thought I could do an even exchange for the grits so I put up a bag of skittles and peanut m&m's on the counter to make it $7.29. I was told I would have to pay for both the skittles and m&m's because they didn't do even exchanges. WHAT? Since when and why not?

The manager told the cashier to just give me one but not both which had confused. Y'all shorted me on my gift card value, y'all shorted me on my breakfast by serving me runny and lumpy grits then you shorted my grandbaby on his candy because y'all don't do even exchanges. SIGHS. Bob Evans GET IT TOGETHER!

Desired outcome: Nothing because you can't seem to get things right SIGHS

Bob Evans - ordered a rise and shine for delivery, it was inedible.

I ordered a Rise and Shine to be delivered, eggs over easy with hash browns, bacon and wheat toast. It was so bad I couldn't even eat it, the only thing I thought I could be edible was the toast. I got ONE egg and it was so undercooked it was basically liquid and what little hash browns I got were so undercooked the potatos were still hard. It was the worst meal I've ever had delivered and I had to throw the while thing out. I'll never be ordering from this or any other Bob Evans again
