Why did you discontinue your Raspberry Vinegarette Salad Dressing? I always got it on my Pecan Cranberry Chicken Salad because it was light flavorful, tasteful addition to the salad. I don't like the heavy creamy dressings or the oil/vinegar ones with no taste. I cancelled my order when I found out that you don't have it anymore.
Please offer it again so I can enjoy my weekly summer salad addiction.

Hello I am an employee at Bob Evans and am a little concerned about how well our location is doing. I am a hostess in Lancaster Ohio 43130 Bob evens, I have had several coustomers Complain to me about how the managers run things and servers not tending to their tables like they should. Food over cooked or undercooked. We have had scream matches between employee and manager to where customers heard it in the dining room. I actually have had several instances where customers walked out with their children because of uncalled for language, cursing, waiting for their sever to come over to their table after waiting 20 minutes. There other employees there that have a few complaints as well. If someone could please send someone in that would be awesome. Thank you for your time.

I recently visited bob Evans West chestnut street Washington Pa. As I was waiting for someone in front of restaurant a elderly gentleman tripped and fell onto your sidewalk. Due to the fact he couldn't see the end of the wheelchair access area and the increase in the curb height. Luckily he wasn't seriously hurt from the fall. As if that wasn't enough of a experience. Our food sat under the heat lamps for 15 minutes while waitress handled other tables and others stood around doing nothing.

My chicken pot pie had no juice at all. It was just the crust and some chicken. My wife and I eat there about twice a month, and I always get the chicken pot pie. I love your chicken pot pies! VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wife got the 1/2 sandwich ham and cheese with chicken noodle soup and there was no broth. Absolutely no broth at all, just noodles? I don't know what happened today, the server was very nice and my wife doesn't like to complain but our lunch was very disappointing. I will say our blueberry crepes were very good though. If that's how you are serving the dinners now you can count us out. Very unhappy, unsatisfied, disappointed guests. Food quality awful, customer service very nice. The waitress took our drink order. And husband ordered coffee .they poured his coffee .he had to ask for cream. And she came with my drink.still no cream .she said sorry I'll go get it.and then goes to the next table and started getting there order. Really.we had to go get our own.then order came out. They told us only had half of chicken ready! My husband was ready to walk out .but we didn't..we fished are dinner early and had to wait .wait for check so we went up to checkout .and asked. I had an absolutely perfect meal two weeks ago of fried chicken (dark) mashed potatoes and gravy with carrots and dinner rolls. Last night I ordered the same meal around 7:45 and was extremely disappointed. The only thing good about the meal was the potatoes and gravy. The chicken was over cooked so the meat, even for dark, was dry and too crunchy for skin. The carrots were old because I could see the dry lines on them but even then were under cooked. They brought me a small, and I mean child size small, bowl of carrots to try again...they were worse than the first. I took photos because I figured no one would believe me. And then the drink. My husband I both ordered strawberry lemonade which clearly shows in your photos that you can see the strawberry color or red in the drink. Both of our drinks came like cloudy water with a hint of a lemonade flavor. No strawberry. I asked about having another squirt of strawberry flavoring I and was told it already comes mixed. It was terrible. Should have never been served like that. No manager ever came over to talk to us. Was very disappointed. I worked at Bob Evans before and I would have never served that meal or drink. Will think twice about returning. Thank you for your time.

We are regular dinner customers of the Bob Evans restaurant on Leffel Lane in Springfield, Ohio, mainly because we live close to that particular site. We are amazed by the number of times that we have ordered something, and they were out of it. It seems as though over the last year, they are cutting their ordering way too short. They have been out of meat loaf, pot pies, sausage gravy, Wildfire sauce, ice cream, strawberries for the chicken salad plate, and hamburger buns. These are basics on the menu, and it would seem that they should always be available. We would appreciate it if you could check into this, and correct it. I would think that their dinner business would increase if their regular menu items were available. Thank you.

I came with family for birthday dinner and this was the worse experience at Bob Evans ever. Our dinner came out in batches. One side of table got there food and the other side of table did not get ours till 10 mins later. Also my chicken did not come out together so she brought me one breast and she said I will bring the other 2 pieces in 10 mins. My mash potatoes was cold cause I wanted to wait for my meal to eat together. My husband food was ice cold. Hash browns were not done gravy was cold taste burnt and biscuits were hard as a rock. Terrible I say. And to top it off when she brought me my other piece of chicken my sisters piece too was completely Raul. I couldn't believe it. My whole check should of been comp. Manager was not compliant at all. She honestly did not care. I had a check of 86.00 and she only took off chicken come on it was Raul. If I need to go and talk to some one higher please let me know. We were at Bob Evans for breakfast 2 weeks ago in a Sunday. Ordered our food got it found hair in my eggs.My granddaughter found hair in her food too.I said something but she didn't . I told waitress she didn't do anything about it. I was very upset . This happened in New Castle Pa. location .Please get a hold of me. My number is+[protected] my name is Mary Klamer

Ordered Senior Turkey and Dressing at the Marion B.E. about 3pm on 6/8/19 [SR #95] ... got 2 little pieces of turkey the size of a playing card ... waited 22 minutes from the order, to serving ... we were told by the Awesome Wait Staff that only 1 window was open and the other didn't open until 4pm ... it was 2:50 when we walked in, 3:25 when we were served. Not the lovely woman's fault who served us ... she was great.
When I saw the 'turkey' I asked for a manager.
Told him the meat was a joke, even for a senior, he said it was supposed to be 2 or 2.6 oz. [ he didn't know ] and then said he had no contact with corporate in regards to the serving sizes or complaints ... I said ' well that must be the way it is ' ... and then he mocked me ...' yep, just the way it is '
It was my son's Birthday, or I would have escalated that conversation immediately.
Big dude needs people skills, and curb the arrogance. He's in a 'people' business.

Having to jump thru your hoops to submit this complaint is unnecessary ... just let us submit them.

I was by myself enjoying breakfast at the bar. I watched the girls bust their [censored] and work as a team helping run food. I was quite impressed. They were busy no doubt. The guy in the back getting the food out was irritated throwing a tantrum. He was dressed as he was in management. I am in disbelief that he was treating the employees like that. At one point told a young girl it wasn't "match.com" as she asked to correct an order. He was disrespectful, rude and you could tell he hated his job and life.

I am an entrepreneur and if I had a local restaurant I would have told all those girls to come work for me and get away from that toxic atmosphere. I dont know how such personalities have made it this far within your corporation but its appalling.

It was the Oregon Ohio location. At 9:50am June 5, 2019. I asked for the guys name, I believe it is Jared. Thankfully I was the only one sitting that close to his break out behavior.

Ordered bacon and monterey jack omelet
Bacon was shredded (cheap) brand
Hashbrowns-totally burnt to a cremation!
English muffin-cremated with the hasbrowns!
*it was a double funeral!*
My moms breakfast was the same!
My cousins breakfast was the same!

I would not have served this to my customers! I would have rejected it at the pick up window!

I assumed the bob evans chain had respect for what they served their customers?

I noticed there were a large amount of empty tables, maybe you should invest in paying a good shift manger to do quality control in this establishment or better yet, call in your ceo to work just like undercover boss?

Make the changes soon or the tourist industry will destroy your name by making complaints that from what we experienced are viable.
Take respect in what you feed the public! please!

Janice is the absolute worst host ever. I have never met anyone so rude.
Got to counter to pay and she charged us for the wrong bill. My husband went back in and never got help. I called and complained to Richard, the manager on duty, and he asked me to come back in later in the day to resolve, I did not. This Bob's has gone downhill. Rude staff. Expensive and not even worth it food. Just overall a mess.

No biscuits for biscuits and gravy, all of the food was cold, eggs, pancakes sausage links, all of this was a family meal and just disgusting. Biscuits and gravy no biscuits, wow and I gave the store a chance to fix this and they refused, I live half a mile away, this is the second time I ordered a family meal with issues. When I talked to the manager and they refused to fix it and then I said we would never order from Bob Evans again he said ok as if he does not care for customers.

Waitress/ Hostess very rude & unfriendly. She keep rolling her eyes & sighing at me. She should not be dealing with the public. I ordered Diet Pepsi was told they are out of it. Really? How can you be a restaurant and be out of soda 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
It was sooo cold inside there that I had to wear my coat the whole time I was dining there
I will not be returning, you lost a local, loyal customer 😡😡

My husband and I went to breakfast on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at the Bob Evans Restaurant located on Route 13 in Bensalem, PA. I ordered pancakes and sausage and he had eggs, hash browns and toast. His hash brown potatoes were barely cooked and the toast was just saturated in butter. The pancakes that I had had an funny taste to them. I have been sick to my stomach ever since Sunday.

My husband and I have always enjoyed Bob Evans but will definitely not go back there again, especially for breakfast. Everything is too harried and rushed all the time. It is really a shame that food cannot be prepared more carefully and done to perfection as if you were cooking at home for your own family.

My wife, myself and my Daughter visited the Bob Evans in Avon Ohio store #482. There weren't very many people in the place but we had to wait to be seated the waitress asked if we were ready we said no then it took her for ever to come back she took our order. Customers came in after us and got there food before us Two other people were waiting along time also for just a Salad when our food did come it was cold plus we had to ask Brooke our waitress to bring more to drink slow poor service.

The waitress was nice enough to make a "FRESH" pot of the worst coffee in the city of St Petersburg, FL! When I drove up there was one car in the lot. That should have been a clue that the resturant was the pits. This is one of those sites that needs the Undercover Boss to show-up. I have been in St. Pete's for more than two weeks and whenever I drove by...the place was empty. Now I know why! Not only do they serve the worst coffee on earth...the food leaves a lot to be desired. I should have followed my instinct and went to IHOP! Better coffee and food!

Ordered food. With three friends. Got our drinks okay, asked for honey to go with my tea. Never got my honey... When she ca me to get our order, I ask for honey again and hot sauce when she brought our meals... Never got honey... Water in tea getting cold... I went to my truck and got my own honey which the manager saw me walk in with it. Got our meals... No hot sauce, ask her again for hot sauce... Never got any, didn't have that in the truck so I went to the counter and asked and another waitress handed me a bottle. My buddy asked for jelly when he ordered and again when she brought the meals, never got any and I had to go to the counter and ask for that. Another friend ordered toast and she came to check on us and saw he had none after his meal was almost gone and he said don't worry about it... They brought it after he was done eating... They never came to fill the coffee cups up, 2 at our table, and I had to go ask them to bring some coffee back for my friends and again, they were about done eating at this time... Told the waitress they should discount our meals for the inconvenience and she said the manager wouldn't do that? And to top it off, I went to take a leak in their restroom and while relieving myself, something dripped off the ceiling down my neck... Looked up to see a small hole in the ceiling and moister gathering getting to drip again? Never will go back to the $hi+hole ever again... I'm from wv and my buddies are not, and I was completely embarrassed... Most places in wv give great service and are super friendly... I don't think they'll come to state agin for next year's fishing trip after 25 years straight of fishing near seneca rocks because the way they were treated in elkins bob evans. They're talking the smokey mountains now...
