Bob Evans sausage and cheese. biscuits

I purchased said product about a week ago when I opened box the cheese was everywhere but on biscuit the biscuits were completely covered in ice crystals had to try to knock off ice and put cheese back on sausage and for rift dollars I was very disappointed I have always purchased this product and will probably buy them again just wanted you to know this is first time has been dispointed

Bob Evans bob evans fully cooked sausage links

I purchased a pack of fully cooked bob evans sausage links from the grocery store near me. The pack stated 12 links however, when opening the package there were only 6 links inside. I needed the 12 as I was serving four people. The 6 links were sealed in a pack so I assume I was missing a whole pack. I buy Bob evans products all the time from the store and restaurants. Bob Evans food and service at #20049

Usually go to Bob Evans at Brunswick, Ohio. The experience in Brunswick is always excellent.
However, went to Medina location #20049 today, 9/04/2017. Wife and I ordered a salad...nothing else. Had to wait 30 minutes to get served. The salad was a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was very cold on the salad, and tasted somewhat like ammonia. I couldn't finish the meal. Our server was excellent. We chose not to bother the server with our complaints. The facilities were clean. Over 50% of the restaurant was empty (to get a head start on cleaning in the evening?) on one side of the facility. It was about 5:30 p.m. Everyone was being seated and crowded around the corner by the rest rooms. This little cove held about six booths and we were all wondering why we were stuffed into the space. Two couples left without ordering because they sat there for too long a time. When I went to pay, the young lady asked if everything was good. I replied that I have no comment and that it was not good. She made no reply, took my money, gave me change and said nothing further.
The Medina facility is not our location of choice, but we stopped to save time on our journey. This is the 7th time in a row that the food and kitchen service was unacceptable. I usually do not put my complaints into writing, but I wanted you to know that you need to do a quality control check to make sure the employees are complying with your standards.
I expect nothing in return for this complaint.

Bob Evans management

My family and I recently went to bob Evans in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Store number 223.After about 20 minutes of waiting for our server Alexander to ask us for our drink order we were already getting upset. After another 10 minutes we finally received our drinks and asked for our food order . It then took another 25 minutes to receive our salads. Then once the salad came we had no dressing. When you have waited over 40 minutes for a drink and salad it was just horrifying looking at a salad you have waited over 20 minutes for and not able to eat it. Then lastly we waited another 25 minutes for our food. The whole time we waited for our drinks salads bread and food the manager Mike stood behind the counter talking to the servers laughing and staring at us . Never came to our table to ask if we needed anything not sorry or anything for the HORRIBLE service . I'm not looking for a free meal nor is anyone else in my family who went through this terrible experience . I just want to see bob Evans get smart and hire REAL managers and stop wasting your money on Mike in Fort Wayne! I will never come to bob Evans again after tonight . It's actually so bad I'm currently sitting in front of my beef pot roast as I write this to you! Please do something about this ! Thank you

Bob Evans mashed potatoes

You can block me on facebook if you want to, but that does not mean your potatoes still won't taste like pee. Cooked the potatoes as directed and they looked brown, for some reason I decided to smell them and they smelled like ammonia (pee). You really should allow your employees to use the restrooms on a regular basis, that way they might not be tempted to use your cooking vats.

Went cook original mashed potatoes there was orange color on the potatoes I like the potatoes but that was very disappointed when saw that in potatoes feels like my money got washed down the drain so what can yall do about this thanks

Went to open my mashed potatoes & cook them when I noticed something was off. Very disappointed to not be able to enjoy the mashed potatoes on the side tonight. The clear piece was completely missing from the top & the expo date was put into the actual mashed potatoes…. Not sure what happened here bob evans :(

Bob Evans food and portion size

I was excited to see you bring back meatloaf because it used to be one of my favorites. Moist and delicious.
8-31-17: I ordered the new meatloaf and it was awful. It was one thick piece of dry hamburger. Crusty on the outside. No onions, peppers or moistness like I remember from the past. The carrots were rubbery and tasteless. I am not usually a complainer, but when asked at check out how my meal was, I NICELY told them what I thought. They offered to let me talk to a manager, but I know it isn't the manager's fault. Since it has been taken over by a new company, the quality of a lot of the food has gone down hill. There are still many things I like and will keep returning to BE, but I am so disappointed.

Portion sizes have been reduced on many things. Two times I have gotten pie to take home to my husband and both times they were very tiny pieces and not cheap. At least half the size they used to be. Next time I will look at the size before leaving and insist on a decent size of pie.

Bob Evans food

Order bone in chicken breast given boneless brocoli was hard as rock and cold potatoes like paste and cold carrots with unmelted butter i think stuffing was like a rubber ball was gonna loaf of bread to look to been there weeks over all a total waste of 40 bucks couldve gone anywhere for hot and better food. Please look at getting this place in shape it sucks to many better places close to u

Bob Evans service

[protected] This morning I went to the Bob Evans on East Washington St. in Indianapolis, IN 46219. After entering I stood there for 3-4 minutes and the "hostess?" finally came over to me. She asked if it was only me, and I said yes. She got me a menu, and let me to a table. I asked if I could have a booth. There were clearly many CLEAN booths available... Her answer was "no". Nothing else...
I turned and started to walk out, but decided to ask for the manager. She left and returned saying: "the manager is unavailble". THEN I turned and left. This is the second CONCURRENT time this has happened! Employees were too busy socializing with each other to notice me. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to Bob Evans. I will also warn my family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors not to visit this place.
Furthermore, I am a webmaster and and will be putting up numerous websites warning folks I don't know to stay away. I have visited many Bob Evans restaurants with no trouble...

You didn't read the complaint. I didn't even GET to order. THERE IS NO ORDER # because the service was so bad that I left! I think I can see where this is headed. WHO keeps their damned order number? You have NO intention of doing anything about this. This is the SECOND concurrent time this has happened. Now, after this reply it is war. I am a webmaster and we are now at war...
I will see that not only will my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers don't go to Bob Evans anymore, but I have almost 5000 friends of Facebook and I will warn them and have them warn their friends, etc. In addition, I WILL find a phone number for your corporate offices.. I don't have time for back and forth chit chat. I made a complaint, and that's it!

Bob Evans bob evans chive and sour cream mashed potatoes

I purchased 2 packages of these mashed potatoes last week at Walmart.
Yesterday, I opened them and they were hard and had an odd flavor. I put them in the oven to warm and they came out grayish in color. Both packages were the same consistency. Expiration 9/24/2014 KCL1

It would be nice if you would send me coupons to replace these items. Thank you.

Bob Evans coupon

When does the Bob Evans in Richmond Indiana today we went to pay our bill and had a $6 off of a $30 bill or higher and the lady told me that they could not accept the coupon but she didn't know why so I went ahead and paid her bill which was $34 and I got my car and the coupon did not expire until the end of September. This is extremely frustrating and I'm not sure why you put coupons out if they cannot be found in your system and be accepted! I received these at the mail just yesterday as a flyer of about 6 different options of coupons for this restaurant. We love going there to eat but were extremely disappointed that your store would not accept the coupon and offered no explination.

Bob Evans meatloaf dinner and dinner rolls

Visited the Bob Evans in Auburn, In. for the last time today. Ordered the meatloaf dinner. Was excited to see this item back on the menu but would have been better to leave it off. Carrots were not cooked and were not allowed to substitute . No gravy on the potatoes and never received gravy after asking for some. Dinner rolls were hard and over baked. Agree with other reviews suggesting young servers need better customer service training. Also don't want to listen to their constant chatting about other employees or their personal problems.

Bob Evans spoiled family size original mashed potatoes

Dear Sir/Madam:

On Tuesday, August 15, I purchased a Family size Original Mashed Potatoes and Macaroni and Cheese from our North Manchester Indiana New Market Grocery Store. I purchase the products on a regular basis because they are quick and delicious for a quick dinner! However, this package tasted like they were spoiled. The printing on the package said USE by 09/19/2017 7202NPL3 and UPC Code is [protected]. I would appreciate it if you would send me a coupon or voucher to get a replacement? Thank you.

We buy these mashed potatoes on a regular basis from our local Walmart. A couple months ago we brought ,they were spoiled and disgusting. We went back a couple weeks later bought them again . Those were also ruined. Since then we have decided not to buy these, wasting our money and ruin food.

Bob Evans mashed potatoes

My son and I love your mashed potatoes. We purchased 2 packages a few days ago from our local Target in Milford, CT. Since my son had his wisdom teeth out earlier this week, he has been living on soft foods and the mashed potatoes were perfect. The first package was fine, however, when I tried the 2nd package last night, it tasted funny. It almost had a moldy taste.
I checked the expiration date and it said 8-16-17. I ended up throwing it
out. I was completely surprised at this, since I have never had a problem
in the past with any of your products. We also love your macaroni and cheese and purchase it often. I can send you a copy of my receipt if necessary . I also saved the outer cardboard covering if you need any information from that.

Bob Evans carry out order

I have frequented the BE #571 South Euclid restaurant many times, and they just cannot seem to get it right time after time. Last week my family ordered onions with our hash browns and received more onions than potatoes? Today, I ordered the Classic Breakfast and requested softly scrambled eggs and actually specified it 3-times during the phone call and they were overcooked. They also did not taste like fresh cracked eggs, but liquid eggs. I am totally done with this location. Additionally, they were out of plastic utensils and small carrying bags, so lucky I was coming to work where I had a fork/knife/napkins, but I also had only 3-small items that were placed in a huge shopping bag. I would like to know that if I request food prepared a certain way, and it is reasonable, it be done as such, not the way the cook just happens to make it. Client or order #50002. Server was Mia. Just really frustrated and unhappy with the lack of efficient service.

Bob Evans original mashed potatoes

I bought Bob Evans Original mashed potatoes on 8/5/17. I live a half-mile from the Kroger store in Rushville Indiana so the product never got warm, I took it directly home and put it directly into the refrigerator.

I microwaved them today per instructions. The potatoes emit an unpleasant smell and a foul-metallic taste. I threw 'em out. You might want to do a recall. My box: "USE BY 09/12/2017 7195 NPL 3"

We've used this product many times and have been totally pleased with it as well as any other Bob Evans product we've purchased. I still have the box it came in.

Bob Evans service

We came in with a party of 6 only two other occupied tables. We waited 20 mins for a drink order to be taken and an additional 35 mins for the coffee to arrive after we reminded the server. The service was horrible and when we travel again this will not be a place we come back to. If we had not been visiting with family we probably would have just left. Food was good but the service should match.

Bob Evans poor customer service and food

Not sure where to start
The sad part is this is your RioGrande store.
Customer service:
1. Hostess was beside herself when 8 people showed up at 8:00 PM and wanted to sit together. Tried to seat us in (4) two seats
2. Sever got zero support from the cook to the manager.
3. We had to track down a different server to get 3 coffees.
Food:
1. the server ask if we wanted all at once or as it come out and with 4 kids I agreed to serve as it is prepared
2. The 6 and 7 meals (chicken) came out together and one of the chicken breath was horrible.
3. The 8th chicken never made it. The sever told me it would be 12-15 minutes.
4. We started our departure at this point. We tracked down the manager to get both meals removed. The bad chicken the the meal we never received.

I have been eating at Bob Evans for 25 years.
I have been buying you stock for 20 years.

I am down with both.

Bob Evans carry out quality/accuracy

This is not the first time I have had an issue with his same location where our order was incorrect. This last carry out was on July 13th 2017 and our order total was $31.92. One of our items ordered was chicken pot pie, and when we got it home it was pot roast. My own order had an order of hotcakes which were the worst I have ever seen from a restaurant. It looked like they put hem in with the good side up so you wouldn't see, but the under side was burnt. There was no utensils, no syrup. My hash browns looked like they were just tossed in the skillet really quick and were not even cooked along with my bacon. I literally got a skillet out at home and put the eggs, hashbrowns and bacon back on the stove to cook them. It is very frustrating that you call in a food order to avoid cooking that night and have to settle for a wrong item and rebook others. I will say that the girl that took my order sounded young and giggly like she was having a conversation with someone else and I had her repeat my order. I am attaching pics of those horrible hotcakes. I wish I would have taken pics of the raw potatoes as well.

Bob Evans terrible service

We went to our hometown location in Tiffin Ohio. Waited ten minutes for our seat which is fine but was then sat in between two large parties with children and the noise level was just unpleasant. Once we ordered we waited over 30 minutes and then only received cold banana bread and no silverware or butter. Fifteen minutes later our waitress returns to tell us they're out of what we ordered. I told her we would like to leave and we we're upset with the service. She returned to tell us her manager said we could just go and not pay for our one cup of coffee. As someone who works in restaurants the manager should have come at least apologized for our experience. So we left hungry and unsure we will ever return to this location.

Bob Evans cambridge ohio bob evans restaurant

Last night was our fourth and final unsatisfactory visit to Bob Evans. What has happened to the wonderful restaurant we once enjoyed? The trusty caring waitresses have been replaced with a bunch of whispering giggling girls who appear to lack training in giving good service. We fell for this four times and won't be back until things change. Within these four visits, we have been totally ignored by a waitress, told that a new cook was there and didnt' get our food done, received terrible food on another visit...barely fit to eat, told our water glasses would be refilled...they weren't...a waitress disappeared and didn't give us our check..we had to get it at the main counter...you name it, just about anything that could occur has taken place at this Bob Evans. It appears to be a management problem but we aren't sure. We won't be back until we receive word from you that things have changed. We used to eat there a couple times each week. This kind of service is causing you to lose business.
