BMW customer relations case open last 7 digits VIN

Dropped off to service [protected]@0800

SERVICE ADVISOR: Joel, gave me the #above, after I asked to speak to a manager he refused and even after asking if there could be a second Tech to Look at my car, Joel refused and keep saying to call BMW Cust Relations.

Upper Radiator Hose - $1406.87

Part Cost$ -195.70 + $15.00

Part# [protected] - [protected]

Repair needed: Leak started from the hose (not covered), the water pump leaking (covered) and turbo cooling line leaking (covered).

All parts associated with the radiator, leaking parts no way to tell the leaking part.

-Shop Foreman recommendation

No Wear and Tear.

Service Manager - Chris Deietrich refused to offer any resolution other than saying unfortunately we cannot help you.

Local Area Team - None

(7/25) Amir - in the customer relation time created a corporate record. Ref#last 7 of vin - called to complain and disgruntled.

Amir said they have nothing to do with CPO OR warranty coverage, can only tell me when my coverage expires… suggested I speak to SVC MNGr!

LF27591- last 7 of Vin

Isiah - answered and said no managers available @18:14

General Manager - Tracey Mormon - LVM @1815

My argument is: Car is not 4yrs/60,000 miles. So the hose is a factory defect! It’s a leak! water pump pulley failure (actually sort of a disintegration) that grenaded into a hose causing a coolant leak.

Watched the Tech Video: he recommended replacing the Hose with connecting pipes! Also said he can do the job all together to save on labor!

Joel did not mention the above AT ALL!

Desired outcome: 1. Cover the Radiator Hose repair under warranty due to manufacturer/leaks. Lemon law Cali2. Loyalty to trade the vehicle and get a 2023 BMW, offer to Repair covered items, waive Diag Fee $230.00 not to charging $1,406.00 in labor
