I went to Bluunis KL Festival City Mall on 19th Mac 2015 for my eyebrow embroidery. I didnt check when i came out that day because i was feeling so pain during and after the session. when i got home i found out my eye brows are not balance both sides and also both of them are different shapes! I am so sad! Paid so much money but got very bad result from the well-known beauty saloon. I have called to mid valley branch to request to transfer my file here. She told me to wait one month! I am so sad and feeling so bad now,

Please help me to get justice. I almost lost my eye's sights as a result of the unprofessional and irresponsible beautician when i seeked treatment to beautify my eyeliner @ Bluunis (IOI MALL Outlet) on 26th Oct 2013. On that faithful day, i felt sharp pain in my eyes after the second eyeliner treatment (the first was completed with no issue) was done by the so call professional beuatician, "ms. cabbie wong". However, she assured me that this pain is normal and it will go-off after a ferw hours. How stupid of me to believe such remarks and went back home. Not only the pain did not go-off, it got worse and i have to seek immediate medical treatment at Pantai Hospital Ampang. The eye specialist at the hospital confirmed that it was a case of overdose anethestic and if I did not seek immediate medical treatment, I may as well lose my eye's sights. Gosh! this is really serious.
After the medical treatment, I filled my claim with Bluunis to get back the medical bill incurred but as you may have guessed it, my case was rejected on the ground that "if nothing happened on the first session, something could not possibly have gone wrong on the second session." This is really absurd and flimsy excuse given just to "wash their hands clean"
Realizing that I will not get justice from them, I decided to file my case with the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC) on 03 Nov 2013 (my case no is CONBRA35). Initially, there was response from Bluunis (calling me to withdraw the case) but as time goes by, my case seems to be forgotten and ignored. Follow-ups with the NCCC were also futile as I were just told to be patience and wait. It is almost 3 months now since that faithful day and I really hope justice can at least seem to be served. Thank you.
