I've been charged 3 times for months feb-April and I've only recieved 1 bluum box so far. Tracking number 92612927005009000000987523 Bluum box
Was never even delivered. No idea why I'm being charged for a 3rd month when i still haven't received the second months bluum box. $102.00 later taken from my bank account, you could say I'm pretty pissed to say the least.
Can't cancel
I have signed up for Bluum service and for several months I have been getting their boxes. My child did not like things they sent us so I decided to cancel. That wasn't actually the only problem. Sometimes they've sent us clothing and every time there was a sizing issue.
I contacted customer service many times and never received a response. Asked them to cancel my subscription but they continued charging me! The only reply I got from them was a message stating another box was sent to me!
I went online and left a negative feedback on their Facebook page which was deleted right away! Then I contacted my bank and blocked Bluum.
Stay away from these scam artists!

I got real rubbish
I bought some items for my child from www.bluum.com. I really advise all parents to buy some stuff for kids in stores. I received real crap, and my kid refused to play with this stuff. I wanted to return the whole order back to the seller, but he of course wasn’t happy and told me that he wouldn’t accept used items. He told me that he wouldn’t reply to my emails anymore. So, please be aware and better don’t buy from this website.
