Blue Travel Partner Services — Unreliable and unaccountable travel company
We booked a roundtrip shuttle and scape park excursion through Blue Travel via Expedia. I have never had worse service. There was no issue getting from the airport to our hotel as Blue is in the airport, but that's where the ease of working with this company ends.
It took 4 hours of an afternoon consumed with emails and phone calls to verify our pick up shuttle to Scape park. They then showed up 45 minutes late. When we arrived at the Scape Park, they had then misregistered us as "half day" instead of our paid for "full day". Fortunately, the Scape Park admin were able to correct this.
Then we did another session hours long of phone and email tag with them for our return shuttle to the airport. After finally securing a time of 5:30 pm, the shuttle completely failed to show up. Our hotel called us a taxi and we had to spend an additional $30US,
Now after numerous emails and phone calls to both Blue Travel and Expedia, both claim they are unable to reimburse us for our cab to the airport or refund us the money for our shuttle to the airport (which never even arrived).
Never ever book through these partnered companies. There service is unacceptable and you can book all of the same services through other, more reliable, companies.
