This company website has been around since at least 2019. They advertise that they are reputable portuguese water dog breeders, but they are not. I have talked to numerous families who have lost their money to these people and think they are getting a puppy. They have even went so far as to have families drive to other states to pick up a puppy but there is no puppy to pick up and the families are driving to locations that have nothing there or to a warehouse. Their true location has yet to be discovered and they seem to be someone who has set up a scam online to deceive buyers and take people's money. They are not real breeders and I have had conversations with breeders who claim that this website has stolen pictures of their puppies and dogs to fraudulently post claiming the dogs belong to them. This has been going on so frequently and for so long I finally filed a complaint with the government hoping they will investigate these people and shut them down. But beware if that does happen, they will likely pop up as someone else and then we won't know who they are until they rip off money from people for a while

I had the same exact experience and lost $850. The man had a strong foreign accent and sounded very far away, like an overseas call. This Blue Pearl Portuguese Water Dog place initially sounded legitimate but sadly they rush you to pay with a cash application like Pay Pal or Zelle and once you send the money they pretend to schedule a transfer of the puppy. They send a face transportation invoice from Premium Pet Logistics, who at the very last minute tell you they need another $1500 for insurance or the airline won’t ship the dog. The shipping company is part of the scam and is operated by www.blue pearl PWDS.com. These people are totally fake Scammers. Scum scammers!

Horrible people! This is a FAKE scam site that claims to sell Portuguese Water Dog puppies. They also use a FAKE shipping company called Premium Pet Logistics, which is part of their scam. Do NOT send any money especially cash transfers from Zelle or Pay Pal etc. Scam!
Blue Pearl Portuguese Water Dog is a total SCAM site! Please don’t send them any money. There are no dogs at all.
