After buying 3 cell phones and subsequently returning all 3 due to firmware issues/ wi-fi issues/ rebooting by itself and others. I attempted to reach out to this local company here in Doral Florida. After speaking to their Corporate Office I was never forwarded to anyone that could resolve these issues-but told to go on line. When on line- they had a drop down menu- so I sent 5 e-mails to sales/support. Finally after 2 months of attempting to reach someone- a Mrs. Rose Logo their Senior Resolution Specialist called. She accused me of falsehoods- stated had no record of my calls- my e-mails- and denied anything I attempted to display to her. This company has made millions in South America whereas here in the USA they are unknown. Nice product- if only it would work. I have spent 2 months- time-mileage-gas-phone calls- e-mails- been called a liar- and told there is no record of any attempts to communicate with Blu Products Inc. In closing- for $200- I can buy a Motorola X with 4g and 16 gbs- or an Asus with the same- excellent well known phones- and a great customer service team. Rather than deal with Rose Lugo- who has failed to take any ownership for her companies lack of productivity. Folks save your money- avoid this firm-it is awful.

i know ! and not only that but i seriously suspect customers are spied on and phones are totally controlled. Customer gets nothing & they gather bunches of data. its a rip off on the American public !
doubt if anybody cares.
i switched to a new phone after 3 different crap blu phones that are a total hassle on a daily basis, struggling with dark screens getting progressively darkerand blurry camera images. features on camera dont work .. its just a bunch of hype to get people to buy but get very little in return. lies ... lies & more lies. only useful for making/receiving phone calls. you can get a $49 phone to do that !
