On May 16, 2021, I purchased a Black+Decker BPACT12WT Portable Air Conditioner new from Amazon.com for $399.99. This air conditioner comes with a 1 year warranty, as specified in the user's manual. In December 2021, I reached out to the number specified [protected]) to explain that the unit's thermostat was not functioning correctly. I was told to provide proof of purchase (which I did), and that I would receive a return shipping label to send back the unit and have it replaced. The ticket number for my issue is 1496.

I never received the return label. I have called back numerous times, and they always tell me that they'll look into the problem and get back to me within a couple days, but I never hear back. I've repeatedly confirmed my contact information with the company at this point, and I continually monitor my email inbox and spam folders, but I haven't received any label or other communication.

This is a piece of junk! I have only used this mixer 3 times and it broke! There is a loose part inside the mixer.

I read all of the Amazon reviews and I have to agree with every single complaint.

I won prize from you and for some reason you have decided not to send me that prize. The face book team told me that i did not send the email required but i sent this 10 times. and the screen shots that i sent clearly show they were all read.
I explained that my Facebook name was slightly different to that on my driving licence but actually the name i use on Facebook does show on the licence. and the name on the licence is the one i used on the form.
I have been ignored on face book spoken to rather rudely at times and i feel I have been discriminated against. Can you please explain why you don't feel I deserve my prize.? Is it because I am a women? Because i was an abused women and i don't use my full name on Facebook? I saw nothing in the terms and conditions to say women or abused women couldn't enter?
I really did think better of your company.
As you have ignored every email i have sent i am sure you will ignore this one but at least i will have a screen shoot for my next move.

I bought it yesterday. It has only weak suction. The dust from the bin is blown back into the room. This is not from overfilling. This was the first use. I checked to see that the filter was properly fitted. It is. It is fully charged.
Another problem is the lack of a reduced size nozzle for increased power and better fit of corners. Please send all replies by email because we are traveling and will not get mail for at least a month.

It takes forever to charge and it will not hold a charge for very long.
Put a full charge on the battery but only works for 2 minutes max life

I bought a coffee maker and I'm finding coffee grinds in the bottom of my pot as the dripping water is collapsing the filters the model number is Design meets Flavour 12 cup Coffee Maker. Is there a defect in this model

I bought a coffee pot about 9 months ago and it leaks from the bottom. I had the same kind before and it lasted years, so I bought the new one. After I make a pot of coffee there is a puddle of coffee under the whole coffee pot. It is not water that is under it either. I would like to get this coffee pot replaced with a new one. I do like your products and would like to continue to use them.

We bought a new 12 cup coffee maker at big lots on fridy june 18th. Got home did all the prewask and ran wter thru 1st cycle. Made coffe and went to a cup of coffee and coffee went everywhere. Upon inspection we noticed that the spout was not taper like it should be.Spo we had and old black and decker pot we had just retired about about 2 years of use. That pot poured right. Coparing the 2 you can see the differncei love the pot and black and decker products

So sad, to purchase this Black and Decker hand held vac. Always great products, just with this hand held power switch and closing button lock, this device is not operable. Purchased at Walmart ( Greenville Pa. ) and discarded my purchase cash register slip. Why not, Black and Decker, was always a great product. I have been using this Leaf Hog for just a few months and I it now does not shut off when I push the ON/OFF switch to the off position. I have to unplug the AC line to shut the blower off. I have also experienced where if it does shut off when I set the blower unit on the ground it turns on again, which it seems to me is a very unsafe. Did I miss an alert from B&D on this issue?

I'm so angry I could literally strangle someone! The Price Pfister junk pile of faucets are a scam on the public. These faucets are sub-quality and continue to break, causing astronomical damage. They don't last more than a year without something failing. I spent near $300 on this faucet and have nearly replaced the entire unit's internal plastic pieces one at a time over the course of 3 years, since it was new! The only thing they offer me now is an $80 replacement faucet or to keep sending me parts. I'm done with this scam and will be starting a class action lawsuit! REMEMBER MY NAME! SEE YOU SOON!

We have a problem with our coffee maker, the lighted panel on the front of the machine is very dim and hard to read also the coffee pot is hard to pour from and not drip thank you I await your response. The problem started around mid november and has only become an issue when we happen to see the cleaning light flashing. A return would be impractical cost wise replacement would be great

bought a new portable vacuum cleaner and the wall mount was missing. I contacting Customer Service (which by the way is the absolute worst I have ever seen, or deal with). I was inform I was right, should have had one and I could buy a replacement part. Asking for the one I had payed for and not received, suddenly it didn't come with one. Black. +Decker has forgotten their most important component is their customer. I will never buy another item with Black +Decker on it

04/22/19 After having read many positive comments online about Black & Decker ('B&D') trimmer (Model LST136), I ordered from Home Depot. About 4 months into gently using at the "low" speed, my arm was feeling the flow of electric current as if there was not enough layers of barrier between the motor and the human skin. Then 6 months into using it and the last month before put to hibernating in a new storage building, it was making my arm extremely uncomfortable due to not only feel of current flow but also violent vibration. It came with 2-year warranty with 2 options on good reason: either take it to authorized service center or bring back to the seller for exchange. It no longer qualified for the latter. Human being never answered at B&D. Tape recorder gave me info on 3 centers - all located outside the state I live in. Understanding that the world is fighting against COVID-19, as home owner I have to cut the grass that grows so rapidly in April but I find it's impossible to talk to a human customer service. Home Deport, sold me 2-year warranty on it, says they can't help and keeps turning me over to Black & Decker which never responds. I may have to throw this less-than-a year old trimmer away. It's just waste of money to buy B&D product these days.

I see online that many people are struggling with same problem.

Like many of this model of blender currently reviewed on Amazon, mine made a big noise just before half of the plastic gear teeth on the underside of the blade tore off. Very bad experience with black & dacker service providers they didnt even check my item they just [censored] and return after a week same as i given didnt replace any part. Even didnt open for repair or check to see which part is faulty. Soo disappointed with black & decker you can see your warranty statment about parts replacmet they said we will not replace any parts you have to perches even the device is used only 6 months.
