Hello. Madedeliver niyo ba yung parcel ko today? Kasi yesterday i received a text message that it will be deliver. So I waited yesterday. But no one came. Then I checked the tracking logistic on shoppee and it was marked as "Consignee not available" and clearly no one came to deliver the parcel. I was home the whole day because yesterday was my rest day. We have CCTV to prove that no one came. My tracking number is PH1932485866880. Reply ASAP thank you.

I have been waiting for my parcel since Saturday . but i received nothing and it always says consignee not available .. its been 2 day delay .. so when am i going to expect my delivery ? they have been texting me that a delivery is on its way yet i received nothing, and no one advised me that my delivery has been cancelled or will be delayed .c'mon poor customer service . im so disappointed

Mag rereklamo lang po ako sa delivery boy na si Tormes Anthony, kahapon pa ako nag a antay ng order ko pero nag reschedule sya ng delivery, tapos ngayon nakita ko nlng sa shoppe na Consignee not available, samantalang wala nman pumunta dito para mag deliver. Pangalawa nya na itong beses na hindi deniliver ang order ko.. From China pa po yung order ko na items, ang tagal ko inantay tapos hnd nman pala Idedeliver..

To my surprise the item was tagged as consignee not available at 13:19 as to no one from black arrow had contacted me. They just sent me a text message that my item will be delivered by today. But the driver/rider SOBORNIZO JULLIAN JR have not called me or whatsoever. I badly needed the item that is why i am at home and never left. How come they just tagged the item as consignee not available immediately without any contact from the buyer? It is really frustrating.

Complain ko lang po yung delivery man na si Dominguez Romy na supposed to be magdedeliver ng shopee parcel from China today. Hindi naman po nagpunta sa house kaya nagtataka ako pano nya nilagay doon sa system na Consignee not Available at 1533 today. Nasa bahay lang po ako dahil expected ko po talagang merong babalik dahil meron na pong nagpunta kahapon pero wala ako sa house kaya I really made sure na nasa bahay ako the whole day today. Kaya nakakashock makita na not available ako samantalang hinintay ko sya ng buong araw :( Isa pa rin pong nakakashock na response ang nareceive ko from your customer service agent named Au na nareach na daw po ang max. no. of attempts ng delivery kaya mag reorder na lang daw ulit. Nag cocomplain ako sa kanila na hindi naman totoong dumating ang delivery man tapos sinagot ako na nareach na ang max attempts ng delivery, pwede po ba paki check lang pareho yung delivery man at si Au. The shipment came from China tapos sabihan ako na mag reorder na lang daw. Ilan po ba ang max attempts ng delivery at yung tunay na delivery po, hindi yung basta na lang sinabing consignee not available. Please paki clarify po dahil kailangan ko pong mareceive yung parcel dahil fully paid na po yon at from China pa po yon galing. Appreciate po lahat ng assistance na mapoprovide ninyo. Yung order ko po. Nasa san fernando parin ilang araw na. Im waiting for them na ideliver na pero hanggang ngayon wala parin. Sept 19 pa nasa la union pero di parin dinedeliver sa naguilian. I hope it will be delivered now. Baka mapanis na yung food na inorder ko pero di parin dinedeliver. Sana maactionan agad. Ngayon lang ako nadisappoiny sa service ng black atrow. Usually naman kapag dunating na sa la union, dinedeliver na agad sa naguilian e.

did not receive any text from the rider at all and he was a no show too. Imagine my shock when in my shoppee acct that I was
tagged consignee not available. Like what the... Pickup was rescheduled on the 21st. I I waited and wasted my day waiting yet again since the rider was a no show again. No rider
and driver texted me and they did not pick
up the parcel again . Guess what they tagged in my shoppee account? Pickup delayed due to weather / local conditions. I want you guys to know that it was sunny day in cebu and we had fine weather in the evening. Like seriously?! How come your riders are lying to the customers and to shoppee?

Buyer chose black arrow as the courier for the item they ordered via my online shop. The buyer asked when it would be delivered, status of the delivery stated "on delivery by perez marcelo". The buyer waited and eventually sent me another message saying that they waited the whole day. The delivery status now says "consignee not available". The buyer had been sending me messages since morning of the delivery so it's highly unlikely that they were not available. This is not the first time that black arrow has failed my buyers in delivering their orders but they also made false updates such as this one; putting the blame on the buyer for not being available when in fact they have been waiting all day for the delivery. Please assist. Thank you

Would like to file a complaint against Arcilla Lloyd Francis Mazardo-DRS1355695, driver asked me if I was home, I responded I won't be available until 12 noon, he did not respond back or say anything. I waited the entire afternoon at home only to find out he changed my status in shoppee to "consignee not available" - that is not true, this is the 2nd time this happened and this is the 2nd time I've reported the same concern. What is black arrow doing about the service they provide?

I tracked my package and it reached Baguio last September 11. I am expecting to receive it the same day or maybe the next day as it already arrived here. It's the fifth day now and it is still showing arrived Baguio. It was the first item I ordered among all my of my orders and some orders from China even came before it. It even came from domestic location.

So Black Arrow texted me about the delivery of my item. I waited for it, they even provides a name of the delivery man in Shopee. At first it said "Consignee unavailable" so I let it pass because I know they will deliver the item again. Maybe I temporarily out when they came so I thought it was my fault. The second time they provided a different name so I waited for a whole day now and no one arrived. I saw the update saying "Delivery refused by consignee" and I thought how will I be able to refuse it when they didn't even go to my address in the first place?

Good day. I am supposed to received my parcel yesterday, the delivery mn contacted me that he will deliver my order but until now I didn't receive my parcel. I track my parcel just a while ago on shopee and it says yesterday that "consignee not available ". That's not true because I am available since yesterday, and i'm still waiting until now to receive my order/parcel

Hello Good Morning! I have a complaint regarding your parcel delivery. When the rider message me for coordination, I told him to deliver it in a different address since I am not at home. He agreed and told me that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow instead of today by other rider. But then, I was called by someone back home that my parcel came. It is just so frustrating that he agreed and did not follow what we agreed on.. Hoping for a quick response and resolution.

You are not reliable! You are a big liar! How come the status of my package became "consignee not available"? I have waited the whole day in the house just to receive that package for it is out for delivery... But crap! Your delivery personnel stated that I was not available? Just wow! ToGo & J&T are way way better than yours! Youre worst! This is not the first time!

pangalawang beses na tong order ko sa shoppee at kayo ang courier yung una nakalagay consignee not available pero hinde naman dineliver wala namang nagpuntang delivery driver dito tapos ngayon ganto na naman ni walang nagtetext na idedeliver ang parcel napakapanget naman ng serbisyo niyo. Mabuti pa ninja van kahit maulan nagdedeliver ... Binabyaaran nmn kayo..tagal inantay ng order na yan..

I've waited whole day in my house for th delivery of my phone. We're on the 2nd floor in an apartment. There's no notification that my package already went in on my address. How come they put there that no consignee, they really did not try to find me tho. They can shout and ask for assistance from my neighbor to look for me. So frustrated about it. I received my order today from shopee via black arrow (own packaging) with the tracking number PH195769829895H. They told me that the guardhouse of our subdivision was collecting 50 pesos for the delivery. When we said that we would go to the guardhouse to solve the fee, they hurriedly escape saying that they will eat lunch. When we arrived at the guardhouse, the guard said that it is not true, they aren't collecting fees and that there are no receipt from them like they usually do. We have CCTV in our subdivision and it is clearly there that there are no interaction between the guard and them. I hope this fraud will not happen again

I am seller from shopee. Super delay na ng deliver ng parcel sa bumili. Naglalagay sila ng consignee not available pero hindi naman talaga nila dinedeliver kasi nagkocomplain na yung bumibili sa shop ko na paano magiging consignee not available even text wala naman siyang natatanggap. And pati yung rider na pumipick up ng parcel. Sobrang bastos makipagusap

Order no. 19082104506d3bs which ive waited and very excited of my long awaited sd cards from overseas...1st photo shows how the rider placed consignee not available (2times for 2 delivery dramatic attempts) without even asking me about my location, but I did texted myself my location but still waited the first day and the second day with same style without attemting to deliver anything which was very obvios and intentional done by your rider, on my messages that im the only one communicating. Renante caballero nahine the rider from your untrusted, insufficient, lazy riders, liers, incompetent riders and maybe staffs because of telerating employees like this, but maybe the officials of bae as well because of riders performance were just copied from the staffs I guess...

I am a seller of shopee. There was an order placed AUGUST 9. They picked it up last AUGUST 10. It has been rescheduled 3 times. They told me the first time, it was rescheduled because it was already 7pm an the rider will not be able to deliver it. The second time, they said that they have given the parcel to a wrong rider that does not cover the area. They said it will be prioritized and now it is still for reschedule. My buyer is not happy anymore because of the delay. It is now AUGUST 22 !
