Bakit naman po ganun ung black arrow express. Umorder ako sa shopee this apr. 17 then nagtetext sakin ung black arrow express na idedeliver na daw ung item ko. So nag expect ako na dadating na. I wait it the whole day. Nag ready nako pera. Nag antay ako sa labas kahit mainit at tirik amg araw. Tapos lalabas sa info ko consignee unknown? Ano ba yun. Tamad ba mag deliver o tumaqwag o mag tanong. ? Sorry for word po ah. Ang mag dedeliber po sakin dapat today ay si RINGO BALATBAT. KAHAPON PO SI JERVIE TAN FERNANDEZ.

Black Arrow Delivery, i am so dissapointed by their service, they don't fullfil and comply on their alloted delivery dates resulted to numerous complains on their delivery services and the personnel who was incharged in the delivery.
And on the next day the delivery guy arrived but to my disappointment he insisted me to go down to pick up my order to him, first in the history I've experienced this kind of service from the courier. Next time i am hesitant and never again order any items if the logistics in charge on the shipping is black arrow.

Compared to other delivery service companies Black Arrow is the worst. Twice in the past week we expected cod deliveries from Shopee but they never arrived and the Black Arrow delivery rep claims he delivered and someone paid the cod charges P185 and P623. Can their delivery reps even read ? Why are they claiming delivery when they are not going to the correct address or delivering to the correct person ? Are we supposed to believe people at the wrong address are paying the cod charges ? So far Black Arrow is zero for two in the delivery department. Call me not impressed with their service. Useless and incompetent is the best way to describe Black Arrow Express.

I have just received a text message this morning at 9:50 AM from this mobile number: +639338222583 stating "Apr 17: BlackArrow Express will deliver your Shopee CB-SLS item today.[Ref: BEX1239599010338]" but as of this time (6:49 PM), I have not receive my package yet. I cancelled all my appointments for today just to wait and receive my package. I've tried to contact the said mobile number but didn't reply on my messages and didn't take, worst cancelling my calls. May I know what time tonight will I receive my package?

April 16, i received a text from black arrow that theyll be delivering my package. So i waited the whole day but there was nothing. I checked the tracking and to my surprise, it says that Im unavailable. What!? I was in my place the whole time, looking outside every once in a while. Tsk.
Now April 17, they texted me again but it was this morning and now it is afternoon and still now news about it. I have receive a my ninjavan package but still nothing from black arrow. Wow. Round of applause for black arrow how incompetent they are.

I would like to complaint about your delivery man name Jonnel Laglagan, I receive a notification today April 16 2019 to deliver my parcel TR# 19040416009FJ64, I waited the entire day to pick up my expected order but he never showed up and upon checkin BAE tracker my parcel is up for reschedule, it's an acceptable! I've been encountered this issue over and over again by your delivery man, I decided to do this feedback because I have been block by shopee for my COD orders and all of that is due to your poor service! Your delivery man is not doing their job! they should do their job, I don't want anyone to fired but I just need them to be honest with their JOB. Please take an action with my concern today, I am expecting that my parcel will be deliver tomorrow and your delivery guy would show up and be honest on his JOB. Thank you

yesterday I received a message from black arrow informing me that a parcel is on its way. I waited all day but no delivery came. I didint even get a call from the delivery so I checked shopee and it says "consignee not available". This is very disappointing considering i just got a package last monday and the fact that i am always in our house because i just gave birth. I would still like to get my order though. Ive been waiting for it but i just dont know if your staff is just lazy! Please attached photo for reference on the guy that should deliver it. I hope you can do somethjng about it. Thanks

Nakakainis talaga yung courier na to sa shopee! 2 araw nagtext sakin na idedeliver kahapon yung item ko tapos ang reason ng driver ay nasiraan ng motor tapos ngayong araw naman ay consignee not available! Nakakabwisit eh maghapon lang ako dito sa bahay, ni walang tawag or doorbell akong narinig sakanila! Next time di ko na pipiliin yung black arrow as my courier. Di nila ginagampanan mga trabaho nila! Nakakabwisit talaga sila!

Hi. My product was supposed to be delivered friday(March 15) morning bcos they texted me that the delivery man is on his way. I replied that I'm available until 12 30 in the afternoon bcos I have to attend class. I waited and the delivery man texted me that he wasn't able to deliver it on time and told me that he will come the next day earlier(March 16). But up until now I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Read something online that balck arrow always listing consignee not available in shopee and then won't deliver it even though the cosignee is around. I hope you will help me in getting my order. The parcel I have been expecting to arrive was in transit to BAE Dumaguete since march 11. But it seems like it has not left BAE sorting center in Parañaque. It is now March 16 and I will be needing the contents of the parcel in March 18. It would be a waste buying something that I couldnt use just because it was delivered so late. PH1993288243782

I ordered from Shopee on March 8. Now on March 12, the delivery man named Eric Miguel Bernales, as stated in the order tracker that it is already in the process of delivery.
On the same date March 12, in the shopee tracker it said that consignee not available. I was shocked that this was marked as not available when the delivery guy did not even send me a message and failed to contact me.
On March 13, status was on delivery process again by the same delivery guy but still there was no communication from him.
On march 14, my order was marked RTS return to sender since the delivery failed due to maximum number of delivery attempts.

I sent an email to Black arrow express and they said they can't re deliver the item any more since it was already returned to the sender. How come when I tracked the order, it was still in the sorting centre on March 14?! Poor customer service and poor communication to customers!

I waited for my order for more than a week and this is what I get?

Is there anyway that I can get my money back, I 've ordered from shoppee, and the delivery charged the receiver Php 684.00 for my delivery which only cost Php 314.00. I have many items to be delivered and so I only left money to my father for him to receive everything that will arrive, the delivery arrived yesterday March 7, 2019. Delivery number: 190303135307RU4

I ordered chocolates and gummy jars in shopee i've been waiting for my parcel february 21, 2019 kasi dumating yong parcel in bae iligan city by february 20, 2019 so sabi sa update on delivery by abenis marlon gremio - drs984391 so naghintay ako the whole day nasa bahay lang ako pero walang dumating na courier so I check the updates again then nagtaka ako bakit delivery refused e wala namang dumating na courier samin so pinuntahan namin sa office ng bae iligan city branch tinanong namin ang sabi ng courier nagtxt daw xa walang reply so sabi ko pagkaba hindi nagreply yong client hindi nyo na ededeliver yong parcel pano pagwalang load yong client or walang signal yong cp nakapatay hindi na namin makukuha parcel namin? Then sabi naman ng courier guy hindi daw nakalagay sa address kung anong barangay sabi ko bakit ganun e kompleto address ko sa shopee so ang biniblame ng bae iligan its either yong seller ng shopee or yong bae manila branch na nagpick up ng parcel baka daw mali pagencode ng address hindi kinompleto so sabi ko dapat hindi delivery refused ang nakalagay sa shopee update kundi incomplete address or information. So nong kukunin ko na yong parcel sana ang kaso pagkakita ko butas butas na kasi nginatngat daw ng daga kasi nga pagkain hindi daw nila napansin anong laman samantalang may nakalagay naman sa label anong laman so ang sinisisi nanaman nila ang seller hindi daw binalot ng bubble wrap. Ang dali nilang maghugas ng kamay! Twice na ako nabiktima ng bae iligan branch last december nag order ako ng welding machine expected date parcel to arrived december 24, 2018 tinawagan ako ng courier december 27, 2018 sabi nadamage daw yong item kasi daw nahulog so sabi ko hindi ko tatanggapin yong item if damage pero nong tinawagan ko yong customer sinabi ko anong nangyari sa order nya ang sabi naman ng customer ko gusto nyang makita yong item baka hindi naman totally damage kasi hindi daw madaling masira yong welding machine kahit mahulog if gagana pa kukunin parin nya so tinawagan ko yong courier sabi ko pupunta yong customer ko sa office nyo kasi gusto nyang makita yong item sabi naman ng courier nako mam sira talaga pinadala ko na sa technician! So nagduda na kami kasi gabi na ako nainform ng courier na damage yong item then agad agad nasa technician na e few minutes lang yong gap after ko xa tawagan uli so pumunta yong customer ko sa bae office kinabukasan hinanap yong item sabi wala nadaw don so tinanong sila nong customer kong pulis bakit nyo binuksan yong parcel na hindi naman sa inyo then if damage dapat nasa office lang yong item sinabihan sila na pwedeng kasuhan dahil sa ginawa nila so natakot yong isang staff umamin na pinaginteresan daw yong item bininta sa iba ng masmahal compare sa presyo ng shopee so ang ginawa ng staff inofferan nila yong customer ko ng ibang welding machine na andon sa office nila masmahal kompara sa order namin kasi 2700 lang yong order namin tapos yong inoffer nila 3000 plus. So another victim client nanaman yong nagmamay ari ng welding machine na inoffer nila. Walang kwenta talaga bae iligan branch or kahit sa cdo bae pangit din feedback.

I ordered an item from Shopee. Checking constantly on the tracker logistics, someone named Raymond Mayuyo supposedly delivered my item last Feb15 but I did not receive any message or call about it. The following day, the consignee did not even message me either prior to delivery that it's being sent out.Now the item that I ordered is marked as RTS.

I had been waiting for days for my package to come. I was actually hoping it to be delivered this day (after multitudinous rescheduling brought by unknown predicaments by black arrow)
And now, I thought it will be delivered today, it turned out that black arrow stated that the consignee is not available even if I am here all day?
Maybe black arrow again has screwed it up all over again? Like seriously? After so much complaints that I have read online? They still haven't learned their lesson?
Shame on you black arrow. Shame on you.

Nag order ako ng item sa shopee, which is supposed to be delivered by the useless shipping carrier na "BlackArrow Express". The day the item status became to be delivered which is by again the useless carrier "BlackArrow Express" nag text sila oh yung delivery man ba yung nag text na darating sila sa araw na to which hinintay naman namin buong araw na galing pa kami work that day sa hanggang nka tulog nlng kami at nka gising around 6:30 pm na wala mn lng text or even missed call from the same number na nag text initially na may darating na item. I then texted kung nasaan na sha oh kung darating pba pero waang reply at all. Pag check ko nlng sa item status ko ulit sa shopee "delivery refused" na! Pambihira wlang kwenta talaga! The next day tinawagan ko yung number na nag text pero dini decline na at di nag reply! Napa na walang kwenta na shipping carrier to, oh baka nmn ung taong nagdeliver lng tlaga yung tanga oh hindi sumipot!

Ordered last Jan 13, items were shipped the next day. It reached BAE Batinio EC on Jan 17. Until now hindi pa rin nakarating yung parcel ko. 10 days na nakahold yung parcel ko doon. Ano bang balak nila sa parcel ko at hindi makarating rating sa amin dito sa San Pedro? Ang dami na namin nagrereklamo sa BAE Batinio EC office niyo na yan. Hindi pa rin magawan ng paraan!
