BJ's Wholesale Club Berkley Jensen baby wipes

We starting to buy these because of the value. We've been buying them for the last several years.

However, most recently we are getting wipes just shoved in the package, literally crumpled in the package like they were an afterthought. Also, they no longer feed the next wipe up. They used to be semi - thick and very comfortable to use. Now they are getting thinner and thinner and it is a complete pain to try to find the beginning end of the wipe that you are trying to get ahold of. And like I stated, when you pull one out, the next wipe gets started so you know to begin and end, well no longer.

We will not be purchasing these again in the future since the quality is greatly suffering.

Just so you know, we are adults and use them for everyday clean ups and spills. We do have grandchildren, but we will NOT RECOMMEND our children to use these for their children.

Desired outcome: Go back to the original QUALITY and have every one z folded in the package instead of just plopped into the package.

BJ's Wholesale Club Abbyson 3 pc reclining set

We are members of BJ,s club located in Burlington N.C. Our customer number [protected]. We are happy to be members of this club. We left another wholesale club to join BJ,s. However when we made a furniture purchase that included a 3 piece recliner set a couch, a loveseat, and a recliner it was missing arms on the couch. We made the online purchase in November 2021 (order number [protected]). When the items were delivered and set up by the delivery company. They made us aware that the recliner couch was missing two arms that fit on the left and right sides of the couch. We immediately called to let the company and spoke to Matthew to explain the problem. We asked him if we needed to return the set before the delivery company left. He stated, ‘no.’ He took the information and told us that someone would get in contact with us within 24 48 hours. We waited a few days and no one called us. We called back on 11/17/2021 and were informed that nothing was in the system but Noemi would properly escalate the case and we should get a response within 24-48 hours. We were given reference number 4934892. We called back on 11/23, 11/25, 12/2, 12/21. Each time we were told that it was being handled that wings would be sent or a replacement would be sent. While waiting on a follow-up call or email, we noticed that the couch recliner was not properly reclining as it gets stuck. Note, this is on the left side where one of the arms is missing. Throughout all of these calls made, no one has reached out to me by phone or email which we were also told we would receive On 1/10/22, we spoke to Arni and he went as far as to say did we check the compartment under the chair for the missing arm. The sofas were delivered and set up by a company hired by BJ’s and it was not our responsibility to look for missing parts. At that point, I requested for the entire set to be picked up. Since then, I responded to an email for feedback on my experience. Ironically, someone called to see if it had been resolved. After indicating that nothing had been done, she even told me someone would call us back. I have also joined the Insider Community. In addition, I reached out to my local store and spoke to Jocelyn (store manager) and she informed me that we could return to the store. Easier said than done as we would have to rent a truck and hire someone to assist with the return. As a loyal customer of BJ’s, this is not our responsibility.

As of today, 2/27/22, nothing has been done. We need some assistance with this matter. We are requesting that the set be picked up immediately and a full refund. In addition, we are requesting free membership as we have been reluctant to renew our membership (expired in January) because of this unresolved matter.

The above information was emailed on 2/27/22 to [protected]@bjs.com and no response. I was given that email address from my local store indicating that that person would handle the matter.

Unfortunately, as of today 3/8/2022, I have not heard from anyone. I have called the corporate office but it refers me back to this customer service line. This is the number I have been calling since November and no resolution. Please contact me ASAP [protected].

BJ's Wholesale Club Tire service

Placed an order on February 21, 2022 online four for Goodyear tires to be installed on February 25, 2022. I received a phone call a few hours before my scheduled appointment stating the tires are not available and they cannot give me an estimated time of arrival nor a tracking number for delivery, as FedEx is unpredictable with their shipments. I’ve made multiple phone calls to follow up with BJ’s customer service even visited the store and spoke with a manager and tire center rep, to find out when I can receive the tires for installation to no avail. Spoke with someone in customer service over the phone today was told that the order was placed based on stock available however it was truly not available in the store so she would have to give me a refund. Agreed to the refund based on the last contact with customer service and was placed on hold then I was transferred to an automated line, without any confirmation of whether my refund was processed. This is truly poor customer service. Order#[protected], membership#[protected]

BJ'S tire service center saratoga springs ny.

first of all they did not have the tires i originally ordered and know one said anything to me about it and i did not notice til i got in my car and started to drive off to work when i heard this severe rubbing sound it almost sounded like brakes rubbing so i stopped and got out of my car and looked at my wheels as thats ware the sound was coming from , i noticed that the wheel weights when they balanced my tires were installed on the inside of the rim, they were rubbing on my calipers, so i went to work and called them so i had to got back the next day and the guy guy tried to tell me the noise was from my new lug nuts,, which i told him that was not the problem so the [censored] takes my wheels off and supposably put the weights on right on to the outside of rims well the idiot leaves the front ones on the back of rims and only changed out the one in the rear tire saying in a couple of days the weights will wear in and stop grinding, so this [censored] who is playing with peoples tires may get someone killed cause now that the weights on the rims have wore down my tires are no longer balanced correctly cause when they wore down they do not weigh what they use to weigh so this rocket scientist tire guy screwed up my car i even gave this guy a tip originally cause i asked him to put my new lug nuts on which at the end of it when he took them off and never never put them back on, then tells me i can come back another day and he would put them on ,,, lmao this jerk thinks that i would actually let him ever touch my car again then he is a bigger [censored] then i think he is and when i went to have the tires originally put on the car i waited there just about 2 hours to get 4 tires put on a car and the next day when i went back for him to try to make it right i was there just about an hour and a half and now i have to bring my car to a real tire guy to re balance my tires the right way , I never had that problem at BJ'S in the past but i will be cautious if i ever buy tires there again, so people of saratoga ny be warned cause this guy will probably get someone killed , and maybe i will tally up all the time and money this guy cost me from the time i had to take off of work to get my tires fixed right and safe,

First time to purchased set of tires from Bj's at Fallschurch,VA about 2 yrs ago. I was dissapointed when they fixed the nail on my tires. It's not the same the way Costo fix my previous tires. Costco will fix this kind of road hazzard inside your tire. That is my first and last purchasing tire at Bj's. I will go back to Costo again they have professional technician.

BJ's Wholesale Club Return policy

Elder neighbor ordered dishes on-line. One plate broken. Called local store to request shipping label for return. Evening manager couldn't help. GM was not available then or next day. Whoever neighbor finally talked to refused shipping label and stated neighbor had to bring entire box to local store for refund/replacement. Neighbor is using a walker to get around so this was not an option.

Policy states: To return an eligible item purchased on BJs.com, you may return it in-Club or log into your online account and create a return.

Deplorable customer service and makes me very happy I do not have a membership.

Desired outcome: Ensure in store staff is aware of return policies as they apply to mail order and not stress out elder customers.

On 2/13/22 I bought 2 boxes of this milk with an expiration date in March, and when I was cooking this it was sour and smelly, I had to throw it down the sink this morning, and it's not the first time this has happened. they are 2 times with today, this is disgusting and theft that they do to the consumer by selling bad products, look for other companies that sell better eating products before they kill someone with this.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of the value of two cases of milk, I bought this at BJ"S Danvers MA

BJ's Wholesale Club Unauthorized credit card transaction

UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD PAYMENT REFUND

I Michelle Joiner did not authorize BJ's to charge $110 to my credit card for a renewal membership on 2/2/22. Initially on 2/2/22, I went to BJ store to request a refund; however, I was instructed to call 800 # and have 5 times since then to request my refund. Each time a representative said my money would be refunded within 7-10 days. I have not received my $110 refund, as promised to-date 2/18/22. This is a terrible ongoing customer experience having to speak with rep's and given excuses every time. Please Refund my money, as requested. I have been taken advantage of. No one emailed me, called me, to ask if I would like to keep membership. No one asked if I was a satisfied customer of BJ's, I thought customer service would be Important to your company. Make amends and Refund my money $110.00. My employer has thousands of employee's and I signed up through the corporate account. My employer needs to know BJ's does not care about customers and has taken advantage of me.

BJ's Wholesale Club Lack of customer service from this store-customer #[protected]

Hi,

I am a customer that recently was at your B.J.'s store on 02/11/[protected]@ your Seekonk, MA store. I want to tell you that your manager and other employees at the store treated me like a 2nd class individual; I truly felt that they did not want me there like I was bothersome when I had a concern. I was ringing up my purchase at the check out because I am very afraid of being charged 2x due to my family size; I usually spend $300-400 when I am there. Anyways, I attempted to buy 2 chicken breasts and was told in a nasty uncaring manner after ringing up all my stuff that I was only allowed 1 variety. I politely told your uncaring manager that I have a family of 5 and I cannot just buy one, and she said, "everyone has families," so... I canceled my purchase and drove to Costco, where I was treated like a person and not looked like I was stealing or trying to get over. It's hurtful to have people like this at your store who are willing to lose a customer just because of a lack of empathy, common sense, and courtesy. I do not know where this will go, but I wanted to write this letter to explain why people choose Costco vs B.J.'s; you need to train those in leadership better, so the rest follows.

Desired outcome: An apology; and re-trained individuals in leadership to think outside the box and treat customers with respect, employees will follow suit.

BJ's Wholesale Club Wild Brook Orchards Cashew Halves & Pieces Roasted Salted

I purchased the 26 oz bag of Cashews and it has a best buy date of 08/23/2022. When I opened the bag the nuts tastes spoiled and had a rancid oily taste. It was purchased January 31, 2022 and the bar code is [protected].

Desired outcome: replace bag of nuts with fresh tasting bag of cashews or refund money.

BJ's Wholesale Club Cashier 210696 BJ's Wholesale club 7007 SW 117th Ave Miami Fla phone [protected]

Good Morning,

I've been shopping at BJ's for many years and have never been treated so badly. All the employees in the past have been professional and have never ever used a rude attitude until cashier 210696 on 02/07/2021. She kept saying very sternly "Why did you press enter for the credit card application?" Over and over. I repeated over and over " I thought the debit machine was asking to confirm my email." She even went as far to go behind the plastic face divider to get in my face. I did not appreciate that at all, especially in a time of CV-19.

She also kept looking at her phone which caused my transaction to cancel while using my debit card. I even said to my husband "Why

does she keep staring at her cell phone. If a customer takes time to write about their customer experience, it must have been a very bad experience. I wish to remain enormous and do not want her to have my private information. The time of this transaction was 4:41 pm.

BJ's Wholesale Club Travel

Hi, I will try to make a long story as as short as possible.

My name is Elena Picarello

My family and I booked a cruise with BJS travel, 3 Cabins were reserved. Deposits were paid, final payments were due Jan 11th 2022.

After speaking with our agent we were informed that because the cruise line was reviewing our points that final payment would be extended on 2 of the cabins.

We made final payment on the 1 cabin and was waiting to be contacted about the other 2.

Unfortunately an error was made by the travel agent and 1 cabin was cancelled for non payment.

The agent misinformed us. 1 room was coded not both which is why it was cancelled. Because this cruise was scheduled for Presidents week it was fully booked and the agent could not rebook the cabin it was sold to another party.

This caused us much distress as the room cancelled was for an autistic adult and our 79 year old mother. Although our agent was very cordial she could not help our situation.

She said she would try to fix this but was not successful.

We were able to find another cabin after a few days and we were able to book. We did try and call the agent our calls were not returned promptly. Time was crucial to rebook.

Our new booking cost 200. more per person and we also lost our free gratuities. thats over 600 extra we have to pay we no mistake of our own.

I have contacted bjs travel and they offered us 25.00

I can't begin to say how disappointed I am with this result.

How can I ever recommend BJS to my friends and family again?

We have not been made whole in this matter.

We are not satisfied customers!

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response. I would love to be able to tell friends and colleagues that we were compensated in some way for our extra expense due to your agents error.

BJ's Wholesale Club keepos antipasto salad

I bought 2 keepos antipasto salads on 1/20/22. When I went to open one that night I noticed the mushrooms had mold growing on them, Checked 2nd one and it also had mold growing on them. Checked the expiration date bbi mar-25-2022.Took back to howell store and got my money back. They checked the ones on the shelf and one had mold on the mushrooms also. I have been buying 2 packs for years and now I'm wondering how much mold I've eating from this product. I tried to find Keepos E Mail address to complain to them but can't find it.

BJ's Wholesale Club Service

During my visit today to the store at 4201 Wholesale Club Dr., Baltimore, MD 21236 I felt very disappointed. There were two cashiers open all others were self checkout stations.
The first issue is that none of the self checkout stations had the gun to scan the products. I use that option because with the pain I live with in my shoulders lifting is difficult and unpleasant at the least.
Since there were no barcode guns, I went to the human cashier. There I was told I had to unload the items onto the belt... that again caused me to have to lift all of my products again... more pain.
I WALKED AWAY. I did stop and talk to the "floor ambassador" who confirmed I had to empty the cart onto the belt... well again, I walked away and told her to return my carted products to their shelves.
I then drove to Sam's and bought my products using the barcode gun.
Not only was this an inconvenience but in childishly storming out of your store, I left my leather gloves in the cart...
Please, if I have to do my own checkout MAKE IT WORK!

BJ's Wholesale Club Fraud

I received an fraud alert from my financial institution 1/1/22 at 08:01
For the amount of $ 55.00 for a membership renewal for BJ's wholesale club.
The fact that is I have never been a member nor have I signed up for a membership with BJ's.
I discovered while speaking with my financial institution this is not the first time that a charge has appeared on my card for a membership renewal I was charged last year 1/1/2020 for a renewal. I contacted BJ's customer service and was told that the information was taken from my bank card at I shopped as a guest and used to renew the person that I shopped with as their guest.
I informed the person whom I was a guest shopper with and was informed that she paid for her membership for 2020 . My concern is how it possible for this company to access my account to renew someone else membership? How many others have had unauthorized charges taken out of their account to pay a renewal fee for a membership that they never subscribe for?
Is this legal?

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund for the 2020 charge of $ 55 due to the time to dispute the changes with my financial institution has expired.

BJ's Wholesale Club Tire Department

The tire department at your Bj's locations need at least two people working; I purchased my tires from Bj's and for months have been trying to get an appointment to have the tires rotated. I have spoke to the manager on duty and still have not been able to get an appointment.

Desired outcome: Customer need a way to set an appointment on line if Bj's is not going to hire help in the tire department.

BJ's Wholesale Club COMPLAINT on a store operations - 0210

On the days that they have people working on the floor, the way
to while away the time on the clock is by harassing customers by taking
their cart away when the customer goes for a quick 2 minute bathroom run.
Gone only 2 minutes and my cart with items in it, simply disappears.
And it was not even put away in the hold area. I had left the cart away from the middle
of the isle, to a side.
Can the associates use their time on the floor for a more purposeful cause? -
Like helping the customers for a change?
Ps: it takes 45+ minutes for 3 people, including the manager, to report back to
me on the proceedings for status, without any intermittent communications.
Stand for 45+ minutes and wait to be given information on what is going on after
multiple inqueries.

BJ's Wholesale Club Propane fill service sucks!

I recently brought some tanks of propane to be filled at bjs.mt auburn, auburn maine ! What a run around and crooked fiascle ! The tanks were purchased brand new this past summer well your so called advanced equipment experts refused to fill them and tried to sell me new tanks for a lot more claiming my tanks were expired ! The first tank i took to them had a date stamped into the tank 10-17 and a small sticker from the retailer that i purchased it from dated 7 -21 ohh well see that 17 stamp its 5 years old we cant fill 5 year old tanks they have to be certified every year ! I said that makes zero sense and (maine state law agrees with me )it has a certification sticker none the less i said ok ill be right back. I came back with a tank stamped 11-20 and i had just bought that one a month earlier ! it had a white inspection tag nov 21 a black kid came out and said he couldnt fill the tank he claimed he couldnt read the 21 on the tag then he told me the tank looked like it was awful old you could clearly see 11 -20 stamped into the tank ! He sat there telling me it was a 10 not a 20 then he gives a totally different story and says it needs to be certified every 8 years and the certification sticker needs to be no more than 5 years old both their stories were contradicting one another he then says looks like your sticker was put on 10 years ago! even though the tank was a month old literally ! totally pissed cause i knew they were playing games attempting to screw me over there is no possible way they could be this incompetent i ended up having them filled at a local hardware store for 2.00 less than bjs fill offer of 13.00+/- change the guy at the hardware store told me all the actual laws and showed me the book ! tanks i brought to be filled were fine ! they were no more than 5 to 7 years old max ! State law takes them out of service at 12 years as your sign on the cage stated ! Your atrendants knew zero about the sign on your cage i asked they said it didnt apply to me, and i think the black guy said ohh thats just a reminder of when we need to change our holding tank out its for us not you! ? petros hardware minot ave auburn had zero issues filling them he then said yeah they are pushing to sell new equipment their managers are desperate for equipment sales even from dues paying members ! they were trying to scam you ! Yeah no kidding ! The inspection due date expires in 8 years not 5 like the first guy told me and i thought it was funny bjs has a sign right on the door stating no tanks older than 12 years old shall be filled ! Ohh that doesnt apply to you.. All of mine are around 3 years old ! If your looking to train them to steal the least you can do is have them keep the story straight ! One guy says 5 years the other every year then they cant even tell me a thing about the sign on the door that says no tanks over 12 years old shall be filled so my certifications were literally months old my tanks less than 3 years old but you are filling tanks up to 11 years old im assuming they have cert stickers like mine did ! Why are your pros saying that they dont fill 5 year old tanks then the black guy says 8 year old tanks then they say the 12 year law doesnt apply to me ? I got the laws read to me by another fill station thanks for wasting my time and lying to me ! I spent nearly 40k at bjs over the last 2 years ! I have receipts to prove it its scamming like this thats driving us to all go back to mom n pop operations like petros hardware and honestly everything i purchased from you from the 75 inch tvs to the 55 inch tvs to the apple i pads..the bulk paper towels and tp for my company i could have bought for far far less online and not had to lift a finger to bring it back to my house or shop it would have all been delivered but i felt committed to buy it from a place that employs local people ! Horrible maintenance (07302 branch) for a badly needed service for the Handicapped.
All Mobility Scooters for Handicapped are not working for Months!
Almost all scooters' keys are broken!
At one point they managed to have these scooters move despite the broken keys...only for a short while. Now all of their scooters are not working!
One of the managers claim that they are still waiting for parts!

BJ's Wholesale Club Tires

I went to get 2 tires put on and one of the studs was stripped so they didn't want to take off the lug nut. They said if they broke the stud I couldn't drive the car it would be unsafe with out all of my lug nuts. Then I asked if they could just fix it and they said no because they don't do that there. I said really you can change my tires, but can't fix the stud or nut? They said no because we are not a full service mechanic. Well they should be able to do this since the studs and lug nuts are needed to hold the tires on. I am now being incovienced because I have to go someplace and have this fixed and then go back to Bj's for my tire. So a 1 hour appointment is turning in to days of service. Not fair that I am being incovienced.
