I was in BJ's in Franklin Ma. today and I was going to purchase a christmas inflatable decoration. The sign in front of the the display stated the item was 159.99 and it was - 60.00. Got to the register and it rang up only -30.00. I questioned and showed the manager that the sign was in front of the item I was looking to purchase, he stated that the sign to the far right of the item was the correct sign and that the sign right in front of the item I wished to purchase was for a different item. When I told him that he should move the sign he said that the sign was right there. So I stated that I no longer wished to purchase the item he put it back and then right in front of me looking right at me changed the signs. That was so wrong to insult me in that manner. I believe that I should have received the discount, but instead I get insulted. Two others employees were also present, one who agreed with me while the other helped him insult me.

BJ's Wholesale Club - I am complaining about a rude employee
I am complaining about one of your employee who was very rude with an attitude. the incident happens at 2:44 pm with the cashier:414479 club 105 reg 15 trans3237. at bj's at franklin MA. I am one of your BJ's member and after I finished my shopping I came to pay. The lady when I told her that I wanted to do 2 transactions because my daughter wanted to use her EBT from school. she changed the attitude and started talking to us without respect and kept complaining about everything like we were annoying her. I had enough and told her that she was being rude for no reason because we were paying and not begging for free and she got mad. she told me that we should do the coupons online and she wasn't suppose to touch papers coupons. I told her that we already apologize for that there is no need to keep being rude. Than for the second transactions that I was paying with my credit card, she called her supervior to complain about the coupons, her boss asked her to do it, what she did with a lot of attitude when she left. I didn't want to make a scene because I was with my 2 teenagers girls with me and I always tell them to avoid big scene and be a christian. But I was very upset about the incident that why I am making this complain.
