BioUSA Inc unethical behavior

Let me relate my experience with biousa inc and the manager of the company's storefront in brea, ca. I am an online seller and biousa inc purchases diabetic test strips from me. On 9-1 I shipped via usps a box of accu-chek aviva test strips to biousa inc in brea, ca and the tracking info was supplied to the buyer.

Unfortunately, I erred when entering the tracking number, substituting a "0" for an "8". This error would end up costing me. On 9-12 I was notified that the buyer claimed that the strips were never delivered. I had little recourse as without the correct tracking number I could not dispute this claim. I reluctantly refunded the purchase amount on 9-15.
By luck I found the usps tracking receipt 2 days later. I contacted biousa inc via email on 9-17. I did not receive a response. The next day I called and explained the situation to the receptionist who put me on hold. After a few seconds she told me that the person who handled these issues would call me back. The next day I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was put through to cris release and after stating my purpose was told that in order for me to get my refund back, a refund garnered through deceitful means, I had to delete my negative reviews on facebook and other review sites. I requested payment first. The conversation did not end well. I began searching the internet for info on biousa inc and their alternate dba name, npr biomedical, and found facebook pages (3 at the time) and ebay accounts. Along with both came negative reviews. Not many but enough so that anyone could see the pattern. I found 10 people who had the same experience with biousa inc as I was having, all since 2016. Any delivery of supplies that won't scan due to the lack of a tracking no. Or with an incorrect tracking no. Are set aside and a claim is filed. Nine times out of ten the seller will either refund the buying price or not pursue the issue in order to clear up the claim and keep their seller rating intact. Npr needs to be investigated and the responsible parties punished to the fullest extent of the law.

BioUSA Inc near expiration date of test strips

Biousa in brea - california doesn't worth to be advertised by amazon.

I am very disappointed with biousa.com a company where nobody cares of customers. I found this company on amazon. I would never recommend this company to anybody even an animal sorry. I have placed an order for accu chek test strips and lancets with that company in october 2011; before I placed the order I called 3 times to make sure of the expiration date, I was told it is september-november 2012. I received the items with expiration of april 2012; I sent thousands of emails nobody cares to reply. I called thousands times and agents I talked to are very impolite talking in a rude manner, yelling on me, holding me on phone 7 to 10 mns until line cut off etc... I just want to have the items replaced or a refunded; I talked to jen several times. I talked to claudia gomez introducing herself as a supervisor, she is very rude and doesn't worth that place; I talked to her many times and all her promise was vain. nobody wants to give me an rma. an agent jeez or jen asked me to ship the order back for a refund of items + shipping fee (fee used to ship the item back which total is $116 + $8.76 = $125.48). I did and the package was received on november on 18 at 9: 01 in brea. every 2 to 3 days I have called for that refund. claudia said she has to talk to a man... and call back; never hear from her. I called her back 3 times, everytime she asked me to start again the story and held me on phone 10 minutes until the line cut off and I have to dialed again. friday december 9, I talked to jen, she said claudia is out of office and she cannot process the refund because system is down and it can take up to 3 weeks for repair even beyond, and more she doesn't know how much to refund me. beware! this is frustrating. is this company a serious company? how can you treat a very first time customer that way? be aware you can purchase out of date products with them. I am waiting for my money. my rating is 00. I just read on some websites bad reviews on that company mostly about near to be expired test strips.
