I Ahmed from Mumbai ordered today ie., 4th august 2017 for TESTO ULTRA for Rs.1450/- but when I gave my Debit Card Details I was shocked to see the debited amount of Rs.10005/-. I am unable to get in touch with them as there is no telephone number or proper email address. Please do not get cheated by this kind of online purchases. I wanted my money back immediately, if it does not come with 78 hrs I am going to file case against this BioTrim Labs. Kindly take immediate action to avoid inconvenience.

I paid full money for the above two items which were sent through shipment web site:https//asgtool.asendiahk.com with shipment no. ASL20170721IN67201 vide Order:221F858046C468C88 for TestoUltra & HGH.
but still not yet reached me & I also don't know where/ in which office it reached.
Please help me to retrieve my ordered & paid items at the earliest.

PureLife Cleanse (Order: #A4002DDA33 - 12 Jan 2017)
When I received the pills (After 12 weeks in stead of the 5-7w as promised - and only after I had to enquire about the delay) - I started using them according to instructions.
Nothing of what was promised in their amazing advertisements materialised though. Upon close inspection / checking on the ingredients of the pills - I actually found a VERY similar - yet vastly superior product in my possession already!
For which - I might add - I paid the measly sum of R60.00 at the local community market in Sedgefield - whereas for the PureLife Cleanse - I paid R1, 121.25!
Postage was charged as well - even though it was promised/suggested, was for free on your website.

For the amount I paid for the - so called - miracle weight loss/cleansing product that are basically supposed to leave your intestines as clean as a babies (my own words) - I could have bought close to 20x the amount of pills which is way more than a year's supply.
Their promise:

Which basically means - a glorified laxative. And in this case does not work. At that price - I really expected an effective quality product.

I am grateful though that they cancelled one part of my original order.

I ordered 1 product, but has to order and pay for to. Than a very high shipping cost came extra to it. That it took 3 weeks and I recieverd noting. After 7 complaints I've got the product, BUT i should pay the postman another € 14, 95 for taxes! They never told it. So i did not accept the shipping and asked my money back. They did refuge to do that because I cant prove that I've sended it back...
So i lost € 100, - and have no product. Well, those product I do not trust anymore because I cant trust this company.

Its extremely very sad and bad experience with biotrim lab as I purchased my product testo ultra 3packs{10300-0aac44} online payment has been done almost 3months before but yet I didn't receive my product.
Upon contacting I getting only no reply message.
I want to know why if you charged me and sending the product.
I will rise campaign on social sector against this blunder if I did not get my product for which I already paid.

I have placed an order on 5th July for the biotrim product TestoUltra for one pack, but the amount deducted from credit card is Rs .6095/- with out any acceptance from my end. I have not received any sort of communication afterwards. No invoice, no receipt nothing . Am not sure of getting the product .When i contacted them by the chat window provided in their website I was told that the order was placed for two packs and their delivery period is 2-3 weeks and need to wait till then. Please kindly see that I get my consignment and prevent the BiotrimLabs from doing such fraud business hereafter ..

I purchased a product of yours online in june 2016. I received the package only to realise that you were deducting a monthly fee of r99.95. I queried this deductions in january 2017. I was then informed that I am being charged a membership fee that I did not sign up for. I then asked for the membership to be canceled, (28 february 2017) and that no further monies were to be deducted from my account any longer. I was informed that the membership has been cancelled and that no further monies would be deducted, only to realise that it is still ongoing.

I have placed and paid for an order on the 10 May 2017, i have tracked the product for about a week, and all of a sudden tracking message tracking number unknown?
This is now almost 2 month and no product, no response when I mail no communication at all from Biotrim Labs, even tried to call them from South Africa but with no success.

I believe this is fraud and grand theft!

I ordered testo ultra from your company in april (14/04/2017). Payment for the product was taken from my credit card and the shipment was made on 16/04/2017. Shipment number: asl20170416de98za. I have been to my local post office a couple of times now and they cannot trace the order with this number. The south african post office also do not have this in their system. The wait has been too long. Give me something better to trace the package, e. G. Trace number, invoice, etc.

I am trying reaching you guys, even after several reminder just after the booking my item got shipped. PLEASE try to understand i need to cancel this oder and want the money to be refunded in my credit card account. I am in great trouble, i was not aware that 150$ is the price i will b paying. I cannot pay this much.. ... PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER.

Si voy al soporte de BioTrim Labs me ponen una contestación genérica que ya cansa, para que les reenvíe estos mismos datos que les mando a continuación. ¿Que es tanta la dificultad? Esta por 4ª o 5ª vez es la confirmación de mi orden. ¿Será suficiente?

I am from West Bengal, India. On 26.04.2017 I bought online "Testo Ultra" 01 bottle @Rs.1450/= but my credit card was debited by Rs.10, 005/= including an international charge of Rs.1305/=(15%) for price of 06 bottles. Another debit for Rs.695/= also made on the card a/c for another product which was shown as free product.I immediately on that very night forthwith after seeing the debit protested for that extra debit and requested them to refund the extra amount of 05 bottles as I ordered for 01 bottle. But they refused to entertain my request on the plea that the order has already been processed.This is nothing but complete cheating.
On the other hand despite lapses of 26 days I didn't receive the shipment. On tracking my order it was revealed that the shipment has been received and dispatched by SAN ASENDIA, the courier co.on 28.04.2017. But nothing more is visible on tracking and present status is unknown to me. I had ordered for the Pure cambogia ultra products online in February 2017. Despite several reminder emails and calls made I have been receiving the same reply that the goods have been shipped. When I ask for the tracking number they dont provide any. It has been over 3months now and till date I havent recieved anything. This company cheats innoccent people of their hard earned money.

I ordered Biotrim and paid for the order in January 2017, to date in 6th of May 2017 i have not received any product or refund from Biotrim after numerous emails. I have sent 10 emails demanding refund and nothing has come of it to date. The only reply i have received is that they are sorry. This is terrible service and the parcel hasn't been delivered and can't be tracked for some reason? I demand i refund as soon as possible and would like an explanation of what is going to happen?

I had order at 31/03/2017 for testoultra after reading a article it just rs 1450/- but after i oder it with my credit card it deducted rs 10005/- for 6 bottol i dont have any contact number of company in india one number given but it is nit in exist. after that one month not my oroduct getting by me or not my money i have touch in company only with emails but they cants giving me purchasing order number nor cash invoice and asking about my last 8 digit of credit card.
