Lies. First lie, what I had consumed that morning didn't process into sugar...everything you consume processes into sugar. Then she said that it has no protein in it. I let her know that the meal replacement shake had 30g of protein in it. Davida, Aimee, and Andrew are the personnel I spoke with. I would appreciate you not hiring [censored]-kicker technician...

Appointment was at 625pm. Arrived 15 minutes early to find 23 people in front of me. So after that HUGE wait, I've been sitting in the chair for an additional 15 minutes with no one saying anything to me at all. I'd walk out but then I am deferred. Seriously, this is not the first time that this has happened to me and it's getting really old. Something has to be done. It's bs

I was hoping for some clarification on policy. I am a 22 year old healthy male. I was in the Army. And I went to exercise this morning like usual and it was 30s tempere wise so my body wasn't prepared for it so I had some chest pains. So 4 hours after exercising I went to donate and I asked what my blood pressure was and mentioned I was doing strenuous work...

I went in today as a first time donor, I donated 690 ml of plasma, and I was not given compensation for it. I wasted my Sunday afternoon doing this because I needed the money today, all to be given a card that's already been registered to someone else. So I cannot get my compensation, and someone else received the money for my afternoon spent donating plasma.
unethical behavior
I had an appt to donate plasma at noon today. I am a manual register because of fingerprint issues. Anyway, when I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk and was not acknowledged when I was clearly seen. I was finally greeted by a very polite young man and he told me I needed to talk to a nurse about my prior protein check. When I went to the back...

This place is crap! They heard you like animals and have absolutely no empathy for how they treat you. I complained a manager named sarah and she was on the floor laughing and talking about me because I complained about how much blood was coming out if the puncture site. I got defered because the first time the staff forgot to hook my plasma bottle up and...

Hello, I'm trying to understand how you allow a donor to donate for 3 months without being compenated for their time as stated. Mr. Henry Price III, he first stated that his original card the strip no longer worked. A card was ordered, no card comes in. Corporate Office was called again, another card was ordered, to this day October 28, still no card. But mind you, he's still faithfully donating. Everyone keep saying there is nothing they can do. You keep saying that a card has been ordered and there is nothing you can do. Do you actually think that this is fair. He has been patient and understanding, and continuing to donate. 3 months is too long to donate and not receive payment. Can someone please help him. This is my husband and I don't think this is right. He donates at the Houston TX Richmond Center.
Thanks
they always say lab work is off, when I reach platinum status.
I've been donating for 2 years now. I'll reach platinum status and every single flipping time I do, they'll say that my protein is low. It's fine when I'm getting less pay but as soon as I go up in pay...BAM, something isn't normal on my blood work. After this happening SIX times, ONLY after reaching platinum status...I'm convinced it's intentional to knock me back down in pay. It's ridiculous! I'm not the only person they've pulled the same stunt on either. I've talked to several others, who have had the same exact issue once reaching platinum status. 😡
Bruises on arm due to employee sticking needle to deep in my arm
At the end of September I decided to donate plasma and the employee poked me way too deep in my arm and I ended up getting sick after that and vomited and felt very nauseous. When I went home my arm hurt but I didn't think anything of it until the next day I saw bruises on my arm. I couldn't even move my arm. For 2 weeks the bruises stayed on my arm and...

Long Time donor with Biolife. I must say that the West Fargo location treats their employees like absolute garbage. In the 2 hours I was there to donate, I watched the manager team pull aside SEVERAL employees and scold them in front of everybody. Not to mention that their "scolding" was the same word for word, as if they were reading off of a script. I've...

I checked in here at 10:50 am it is now 12pm and I still havent gotten a bed. Its ridiculous to sit here for almost 3 hrs to recieve 20 dollars my time is worth more than this and quite frankly I feel disrespected that they think its ok to just be short handed and waste my time... There should be extra incentive for taking this long. Ive done my part to make an appointment and show up on time but im being punished.
Staff member
I asked Alexis if she would change her gloves during my donation because she had iodine on them. She then got upset and said, "We don't change gloves after set up." Immediately after saying this, she snatches off her gloves and says "Fine!" My only concern was that she could potentially pass along germs to me from the previous person. Gloves should be...

I had an appointment scheduled for 650 I showed up at 657 for them to tell me I was late and they had no more openings for the day. Day before appointment was at 4 to hear I couldn't donate because my pulse was 1 point to high. I drive 35 mins 1 way twice now to be turned away. Today's was total bs and now I'm gonna lose my platinum status because of this and I was there in plenty of time for my appointment you have 10 mins lead way on both sides and I was turned away with 7.
Workers are so rude as well.
discrimination
Biolife made me give information about my mental illness to them from my doctor. Then after they had all of my personal information they declared that I wasn't a "good" candidate because of my Bi-polar disorder. Their actions I felt were unlawful. The date of this incident was 10/18/2019. I would like them to give me all of my information back and delete my account from their computer files.

I came into donate last week and I couldn't because of my iron low. I received a phone call later that night from a staff member that accused me of having my nose pierced she noticed it was red and she was very rude. She proceeded to tell me that I had five days to produce a photo with a stamped date on it otherwise I would be deferred for ever, I feel that...

Read full review of BioLife Plasma Servicescustomer service failure to apply coupon
My son Matthew Baker presented his coupon for his account in the front at the finger [censored] station. In front they told him to show person in back. He then showed them (I was right next to him and saw this personally). She said it should have been taken at front but she would get entered. It was then entered but won't apply until the next time he gives. They were very rude and tried to say he never showed the coupon until after getting hooked up which is untrue. When he called to figure out the issue they claimed he never showed the coupon. How can this issue be resolved? We are very disappointed in the unprofessionalism shown by the Findlay Biolife employees in this situation.

I went to my newly opened facility and waited for over 2 and a half hours to finally get seated with the nursing staff for assessment only to be told that since I have been diagnosed with no-polar disorder that I would be unable to donate today and that they would have to contact my psych Dr first to get his approval and then after they receive his approval...

I've e been a loyal donor for a couple of year until recently when I was deferred for my elevated heart rate. I have done everything that was asked of me. It took months of appointments and phone calls and was ultimately deferred due to my medication, propranolol. The doctor, w/o examination, told the nurses to tell me that this medication was not an...
