BioLife Plasma Services - unethical behavior

I had an appt to donate plasma at noon today. I am a manual register because of fingerprint issues. Anyway, when I walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk and was not acknowledged when I was clearly seen. I was finally greeted by a very polite young man and he told me I needed to talk to a nurse about my prior protein check. When I went to the back left office there where 2 ladies in there . The lady in the lab coat got up to let me sit down and the lady behind the desk in black asked for my name. When I told her she said your protein came back too low and you can come back on November 6th. I said "wasn't I supposed to get a phone call"? She said "well, we didn't have power for the first two hours this morning so I couldn't call anyone". Again it was noon when I came in and she seemed to have plenty of socielizing time available when I walked in. Hours she could have been calling. This is the second time this has happened to me with this lady. She had an excuse last time too. It's very inconvenient and takes valuable time out of my day especially on my day off to come in and be treated like my time is in valued. No apology or response at all. Just a shrug like Oh well. Although I enjoy most of the staff there I will be looking to see what other options I have. My son who is a manager at CSL said that I would have never been treated like that. Its a further drive but maybe my time will be valued and respected more. I hope someone cares enough to look into this matter.

BioLife Plasma Services - discrimination

Biolife made me give information about my mental illness to them from my doctor. Then after they had all of my personal information they declared that I wasn't a "good" candidate because of my Bi-polar disorder. Their actions I felt were unlawful. The date of this incident was 10/18/2019. I would like them to give me all of my information back and delete my account from their computer files.
