This place is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered furniture on 16 November 2012 and was told it would arrive and be painted and delivered not later than 10 December 2012. I paid when I ordered the furniture. I dealt with the so called manager named Sam. He promised me that the furniture would be at my residence not later than 10 December 2012. I explained to him that I had family coming in for the holidays and could not wait later than that date. He reassured me that it was not an issue. I waited patiently for the furniture and I did not receive the furniture or a call by 12 December 2012. I called the store and left a message but no one returned my call. I called again on 13 December 2012 at 1015 am to be told that they were busy and would returned my call in a couple of hours. I did not receive a return call so I called again to be told that they were still busy and would call me back in a few minutes. Still no call was received by 100 pm. I called again and this time Sam answered and told me he would have an answer and call me back in ten minutes. I received no call back so again I called back to be told they did not know about my furniture but they would find out and call me back. I never received a return call from this company to date. Long story short, I told them to refund my money on 13 December 2012. They chose not to do so and thirty calls (with no return calls) later I decided to drive to Knoxville and demand they put my money back on my card. When I came in and told them to put the money back on my card, Ann (secretary) told me she was busy. I have also talked with her no less than fifteen times again no return call. She explained to me that Sam told her not to refund the money because I needed to wait 12 weeks for the furniture delivery even though the 10th of December was promised. I really don't know which one to believe because Sam told me that Ann was not doing her job and he had told her repeatedly to refund the money. The bottom line is I will report this to the better business bureau and hopefully some people will read this prior to shopping with these thieves. I was told that Bill Cox (owner) also runs two other businesses. If he runs those businesses like this one I would highly recommend not to deal with him. I asked for his number and of course they did not have it.

On September 29, 2012 my husband & I purchased and paid in Full $491.62 a ten drawer pine dresser. We were told it should be in 3-4 weeks with a maximum of 12 weeks for special orders. Today is January 30, 2013! Everytime I call it's a different story ... Fired the previous employees it's in route just got a large enough order to finally ship blah blah blah! Now I'm stuck with no dresser a $500 loss and don't know who or how to get a refund ! These people are rude & careless crooks!

Has anyone who paid and not recieved there merchandise yet to receive a refund? Please let me know what to do I've waited 4 months!
