In January 2011 we ordered over $7000 of furniture for Bill Cox Unpainted Furniture. We were told to expect delivery typically within 6-8 weeks, with a maximum of 12 weeks. Several times, we tried to call them, but they never answered their phone nor returned messages. Their website showed a complaint with an answer that they have a big sign in their store saying that they have 12 weeks to deliver. It has now been 12 weeks for us, so I paid them a visit. They pointed to a NEW big sign that says their deliveries will now take longer than 12 weeks. However, this is NOT what they or we agreed to in writing last January. I reminded them of this, but they say they fired a lazy employee who screwed up a lot of orders and didn't answer the phone. That excuse didn't cut it with me as I have always done business with the same woman there. She could give us no estimated delivery date.
We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We will file a dispute with the credit card company tomorrow.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

I have been waiting 9 weeks for furniture that I ordered from this store it is still not in! I have called continuously to check on the status of my order and no one can give me a straight answer as to when it will arrive. My receipt says the order should arrive in 4 weeks and that was 5 weeks ago. The fine print of the receipt says it could take up to 12 weeks so I guess I will keep waiting and continue to deal with the rude staff. Safe yourself some time and frustration and don't shop at this place. Not honest people. Especially the staff member by the name of Rob.

I ordered a corner cabinet on [protected] for $200 and was told it would be delivered within 4-12 weeks. Since June, I have been told every lie imaginable. I was told that the item is on a truck and on it's way, then told that they didn't have an order large enough to be shipped yet, told that they tried to ship it via UPS and it broke. I have been given shipping confirmations over the phone and call back a week later to check on it and was told that it was a mistake. I have been hung up on and told they're too busy with other customers in the store to help me. They say they'll call me back and they never do. They screen their phone calls and won't answer if they recognize my phone number. If I call from a different number they answer right away. I was told that it would definitely be here between December 13-15. I went into the store on December 17 (after calling 12 times during the day and not once did anyone answer the phone) and was told that my order didn't get placed on the delivery truck. It will be shipped sometime after the 1st of the year but they can't tell me when. They absolutely will not give me a refund under any circumstance. They also changed their phone number and the new phone number is no where to be found anywhere. The only way I obtained it is because I went into the store in October and saw the new number written down at the front desk. I don't know what else to do!
