Big Bazaar: Non payment of refund
I am in Chennai, India. I made online purchases from Big Bazaar on May 12th. Some items were not delivered etc. Total refund due to me is Rs 247 which was due in two installments on May 24th and May 26th. No refund has been received and no communication as well.

I am a regular customer at big bazaar since last 10 to 12 years.
Previously at bardhaman branch then at durgapur.
This brand used to be the hearts of people for your stocks and customer service.
But today I really feel ashamed of big bazaar.
The incident begins like this,
Today my mom (shyamali samanta) went for shopping some of my sister's clothes (tops and pyjamas) at big bazaar durgapur (citycentre). She was trying to choose the best of available outfits. When just for the shake to receive a phone call, she was standing near a exit for better voice clarity.
A mid height man (5'5") wearing a specks, caught her and started telling her, that she is trying to steal the goods. They took her to a seperate room, and detained her for 20 minutes. Didn't even give her phone. After around 20 minutes, they gave her phone to call me (I am her son, saptarshi samanta).
She was carrying a brown coloured handbag and a shawl inside it for winter season.
The bag was also identified in the cctv before she was entering big bazaar, durgapur (near city center). Moreover the bag was having holes inside it, at it was quite old.
And the shawl, as it was worn previously did not have any tag.
Still they said, she stole the bag and the shawl.
At the humiliated her (can't even imagine the words they used to describe her), and charged both for the shawl and bag.
When I arrived (as she called me due to a short of a few rupees). I asked them to verify the cctv footage in front of me, which they didn't show and quarreled.
When I wanted to come tomorrow, to see the cctv footage, the didnt even give the bill. So that I cant not prove anything.
This kind of service was not expected from this reputed store.
I think this incident has to be brought to light, as it should not happen to some one other.

Worst staff service in big bazar in express avenue. Very very rude behaviour. Drag customer product in rudeway while billing counter due to shortage of brown bag. Unethical unprofessional staff service. Very arrogant rude behaviour unnecessary playing to return my original money. Worst service. No quick problem solving. I never expect this third rated service

I have already registered my complaint with care@futurepay.co.in on 2nd feb regarding very poor service offered. I was harassed terribly hence I lodged my complaint but surprisingly I did not receive any response either it means that company is not concerned for a satisfied customer. I sincerely request to look into my problem and respond. I shall be waiting for it eagerly.

priority counter 1 billing less than 5 products only
sir, I niraj niranjan has purachsed two item on today I have gone for billing priority counter 1 billing less than 5 products only for my item billing but that preferred counter is billing for more than 5 products . which very defeat the purpose of that particular counter I have to stand for more time when I asked the person billing the same he was not in a position to give appropriate reason. I would like to suggest to convert this counter normal counter instead of making a show piece.

at billing counter i was suggested to buy saucepan at Rs 199 of price 499 as discount offered to me on my purchase i paid all and i was given empty box of saucepan, which i discovered at home so very next morning 10:30 am i reached at big bazaar which opened on 12.00 noon, on complain to manager he instructed a girl how checked the entire stock and gave me the saucepan
after a long argument that also when it was clearly discovered that from the billing counter i was billed saucepan was there wihtout box and on all other counter it was with box
i have to travel 22 KMS by my car giving the parking charges for this issue and wasted 3 hours for this thief cheats

This is mere cheating with the customers.
Its not just about 2 rs but the amount they are earning from the customers with cheating. And when talking about the carry bag they charge it of so much cost at rs 19. Is this the way big bazaar is going to do business by cheating its customers.

Hi, This is Mohan Makharia and I am highly disappointed with the attitude of BIG BAZAAR (FUTURE GROUP).
I have purchased 6 No. ‘CHAMPION' Brand ‘VESTS' from Big Bazaar - Atria Mall on
Dt. 05/10/2019 for Rs. 897/- under Invoice No. [protected].
After the first wash the ‘VEST' have shrunk and when used it has expanded out of proportion.
I have made complaint to Customer Care and they referred the matter to Big Bazaar - Atria Mall but Big Bazaar - Atria Mall refused to cooperate and refused to refund the payment by taking back the defective and sub-Standard Product which they have sold by informing that ‘CHAMPION BRAND' is USA Brand and being manufactured by Future group under strict Quality Control.
This is very serious matter that such a large chain is selling Sub-Standard products and not even interested to attend to Customer complaint.
Please beware of such product such as ‘CHAMPION' brand ‘VEST' being marketed by Big Bazaar (Future Group).

The outlet of bog bazaar in dombivli east palava city, there is one employee name roshan (Maharashtrian) calls his relatives for take money and allowed them to take unlimited products without bill from there. Please check webcam securities that employee name roshan will fraud from big bazaar outlet in experia mall dombivli east..
His relative give cash to roshan and take full traali of products from there without bill.. Pleaseeeeeeeee check webcam thereee

Two months earlier I made profit club card in big bajar, mithanpura Muzaffarpur Bihar. While offering card I was assured that I will be given free parking facility of parking till 12 months on purchase through the profit card. Today when I went for purchase through card for rs 1200 I requested the billing person for adjustment of parking charge in my bill. He refused to adjust the parking charge stating that as per new instructions now such waiver is permitted for purchase of above 2500 rs.
My point is how can big bajar deny in fulfilling its promise which was made during offering card till the validity. If they are doing so is it not a fraud or cheating by big bajar with its customers making false promises to sell their card which they don't full fill. My contact number is [protected]. Staff name chandan have quite rude behavior and doesn't know how to treat customer... There were four billing counter all of them were working but there was no staff in 3 counter and in 1 counter staff name chandan He was just seating in the billing counter and doing nothing still then he order us to go to ground floor for billing? ? We started asking why but then he started arguing and charging. . What the... ? Is this the way to treat customer?

Since a long I had been a Regular customer of Big Bazaar, Around 12 to 15 k Every month I do purchase from Big Bazaar.
But Initially It was good and pleasure shopping with Big Bazaar Now its hell and think twice before going to Big bazaar Outlets.
Today I had finally decided not to go Big bazaar and even recommend others not to go to Big Bazaar because you are Looters and gang of Nuisance people.
I think since you became brand now you guys thing that we can do what ever you want and because people are coming and buying from you so you do whatever you want to do.
Your guys are not trained even dnt know how to talk or behave with the Customers, Your Manager just stand and ask you question rather than asking his Team, Stock not been taggged with badges and Yes Free bies God Know where these goes.
I had attached Bill of today's my last shopping with Big bazar, spoiled my day by your Team and badges on cloth was not even removed after paying and even when I came out from store your staff was laughing and more than that when I came out from the store the badge was not been removed from the cloth, what a humiliating.

This is to bring you that after making payment from future pay app still cash backs r not received.can you check and confirm why is so. The offer period is 10th auh to 15th aug 2019.
Your call centre is of no use as they lack process n product knowledge.

Today I visit in big bazaar bharuch for shopping of cloth.. When I go bill desk for payment of my shopping item. I give him my discount coupon (which I got from big bazar earlier when I shopping of voom liquid detergent) but he denied and say that this coupon not discounted because this time offer extended. There are no any communication messages any where in the big bazar. Already I stand in quee one hour.. Manager also not given positive reply.. He say to me u complain anywhere we don't care

I wss taken a packet of rasna from big bazaar last month. Ystrday night me and my husband hv takn a glass of rasna but after takng it suddenly my condition ws worsen n i vomate 9 times in 2hrs. It ws compltly showng dt the default ws in rasna, might b after exp they(big bazaar) label it again. Worst exp. On 12th May 2019 i done a shopping from Big Bazzar located in Oppulent Mall Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh of around 1300.00 Rs. Bill attached for your ready reference. I paid this amount from my future pay wallet. I supposed to get a cash back on certain items like bag, milk etc. But till date i did not get the cashback from the side of Bigbazaar . More ever i received mail form the side giving wronn information and not ready to accept their mistake. Kindly see this matter on priority and do the needful on priority basis.
