TripleClicks / Carson Services Total scam!

Yesterday they suspended my account. I might say there was no reason for this and it would be the truth, but I know why they did it.
You see, I won a big TV and they promised to deliver it within 8-9 business days, only I had to pay the delivery fee. I was so happy with this news, so I paid as much as they wanted.
9 business days went by, there was no tv, so I emailed them.
We emailed each other during a couple of days and they always found new and new excuses not to ship my TV (yes, it wasn't even shipped, as it turned out later). And yesterday they just blocked me and deleted all the information about me and my win. That' what they are. They are scammers. So never do business with them, don't risk your time and money, especially.

My name is Faizan Qayoom i joined tripleclicks before more than 2 years and i was working there as a eca owner . my eca name was Dynamic ltd on Nov, 19th i try to login my account but no access when i contact with support they reply me that i have violated their policy the first reply was this mention below Your account has been detected as violating one or more of the following policies: 1. Using the same payment option on several accounts. 2. Logging into multiple accounts. 3. Maintaining (collecting daily VP, etc., ) on several accounts. 4. Any type of fraud/collusion We do not allow this. Anyone that does not have a way to make payments, need to purchase TCurrency from a LocalPay Merchant. All participating ECAs are listed in a directory of LocalPay providers (http://www.tripleclicks.com/ECA/LocalPay/Directory.php at TripleClicks. Additionally, all products at TripleClicks that offer LocalPay as a payment option are specially flagged to let you know at checkout that you can pay directly. TripleClicks / Carson Services The customer services haven't resolved the problem with my account

I have created account on Carson Services Inc. I have used it within a year and there were no problems. But once I tried to log in and I couldn’t do it. I got the messages that I needed to provide ticket to support in order to resolve the problem. I submitted the ticket and the customer services still have done nothing. I emailed them couple of times, but they asked me to be more patient and that’s was all. I still couldn’t log in.

TripleClicks / Carson Services Bidsauce fraud

Purchased bids back in September 2010. Won 4 substantial gift cards in Sept and early Oct. Waited patiently for a couple of months before I started sending emails and making phone calls. They pretty much ignore all emails, but each and every time I call customer service (joke), they flat out lie about the problem and then lie about when I will be receiving my winnings. At the moment, their customer service phone number is not even going to them. In my experience, they are completely fradulent. I just want the money I paid them back, as they have not rendered the service they took my money for...

TripleClicks / Carson Services Misleading and Fraudulent Methods!

I can't believe I was lured into joining Bidsauce.com, but actually, I can — because of their misleading tactics.

I joined Bidsauce.com yesterday because I am a Mypoints.com member, and received an email from Mypoints about earning additional parts for signing up. When I clicked on the email, nowhere did it explain how Bidsauce worked. When I saw that Bidsauce was being compared to ebay, it interested me, as ebay has become a disappointment as of late. Also, I saw the reviews you included at the bottom from Wired, New York Times, BBC and other companies, which I later found out were all false and fabricated. Again, no explanation anywhere about how the site works, but a registration form only. So, I signed up thinking that I'd get to read about how this works on the next page. Instead, the next page was a form to purchase your bid boxes.

Now, only after I purchased the bidbox did I recognize the scam. Classic "Bait and Switch." It was even more apparent when I got to see it in action.

I called the customer service department this morning and the representative I spoke to denied that Bidsauce made claims it's compared to ebay or that it has anything to do with mypoints.com. (I have proof of the email as well as the misleading and false website to get you to join.) In addition to this, the representative told me that it's stated in the terms of service that all purchases are non-refundable, BUT the terms of service only comes up AFTER you purchase, not BEFORE, like it should. The customer needs to know all the details before they are tricked into registering.

I'm interested in pressing a class-action suit against them so that they don't continue to scam other people.

TripleClicks / Carson Services Took my money and did not recieve purchase until 6 months later!

In October of 2010 I purchased or "won" a gift card for $50.00. I paid for the card within a few days as well at the $6 plus for shipping and handling. After 3 month went by, I had still not received my gift card. I called in and I was given one excuse after another. I was even told that the only way I could sprak to a "manager" was via chat (instant messagging). I was promised that I was receive my gift card very soon. 2 more months go by and again, I had not received the gift card nor a coutersy call from their office. It was not until I threatened to take legal action, contact the BBB, and exhaust all other remedies was I promised that my guft card would arrive within 2 weeks. 1 months later it was sent to me. Horrible customer service, Horrible business! Do not purchase "bids." The money that you spend on bidding on a item, even if only it for $1.50, is 3 x what it would cost you to but the product in the first place. I spent $100 on bids for a $50 gift card and then had to pay another $6 for shipping and handling. Rip Off!

TripleClicks / Carson Services BidSauce is a Gigantic Rip Off

BidSauce is set up to make you believe that you are going to be able to bid on items for pennies. You are asked to provide your credit card information and that when you bid, the amount that you bid will be debited after you have won the bid. My card ended up being debited for $149.95. I bid what I thought would be about $.50 on a Red Lobster Card. As soon as I realized that my credit card had been debited for the $149.95, I called BidSauce and explained that I felt that I had been ripped off and that I wanted my money back. I was told that it would take four to six weeks for them to post the money back onto my credit card. I waited six weeks and never seen any money returned to my credit card. I again called BidSauce and this time I was informed that I had spend the $149.95 to purchase bids and that I hadn't won any items and that my money would not be returned to me. At this point, I got on line and discovered that I was one of a multitude of people that had been ripped of in the same manner. Something needs to be done about BidSauce rip off before thousands more end up losing a lot of money and getting nothing but humiliation in return.

TripleClicks / Carson Services fraudulent charge

Beware of this fraudulent online site! My husband died only four weeks ago and I sold my farm and moved to ia to be near my son and family. I went online to bidsauce to register and bid on a tv that I need, as mine quit. I did not know that they would put through a charge for $149.95, and when I saw this on my bank account, I was so upset, because I do not have very much right now. I could not reach anyone at the customer service, and when I clicked on the contact button on the site, nothing comes up. They should be put in jail. Dont fall for this scam! I am an elderely widow, and should have known better, so don't fall for this crooked company!

We are still involved in legal proceedings with our old merchant processor and are working hard to recover the funds that they held from us illegally dating back to before 11/19. Those funds are critical to our ability to satisfy your orders. We join many other companies in our case against them. The proceedings are going well, and should end sooner rather than later. We hope to have a resolution very soon. You should be receiving an update from management shortly, as they continue to work toward an independent solution

TripleClicks / Carson Services I will never fall for another deal like this again

I feel cheated and misled. It was billed as a penny auction. I bought a bidding package for $85.00 which gave me 85 bids plus they gave me 15 bonus bids. I started with 100 bids total. I soon found out that the pennies were actually dollars disguised as pennies. Example: If you were bidding on a $50 walmart gift card and it was going for $.17, that was actually $17.00. So, as soon as the $50 card had bids of $.50 or more it was auctioned for more than it was worth. Of course the cummulative total was from more than one bidder but the non-winner loses those bids. It is not a true acution where you hold onto your bids if you don't get the item.
There are other things I noticed while viewing the site. There were winners who would win multiple items for very small amounts; $.03; $.07; $.09... Those bidders had unusual names that you would just associate with a "bidding" site (i.e. "iwon'tstop" ) instead of the ususal names you see on most wed sites (ladybug10, beachbum90, ...). I think they were plants or owners to make you think the payoff was good but just for those people. Occasionally an "ordinary" person would win a bid but those items would not be the bargain items. They would be things like $100.00 Visa Check CArds and the bids would got to around $4.98. Which translates to realmoney language of $498.00.

The last thing that really gets me about this site is the scroll over. They will charge a click (not always but often enough) if your mouse goes near the bid pad or hovers. When I think of the time and energy I wasted on this site I really get sick. I will never fall for another deal like this again.

Bidsauce owes me $1400.00. They need to be held accountable. Does anyone know of a class action suit against this company? I have tried and tried to get my cards, to no avail.

SCAM. I won two bids for giftcards, which I never received. I called three times and was given the same weak story about delays, vendors not paying them etc. I contacted the BBB. They couldn't get BidSauce to cooperate. I was unable to get a refund, credit, or the products I paid for. STAY AWAY.

As stated above, I opted out and want a refund to credit card. I thought it was just a fee to put money into their acct. in the event I made a purchase. I have e-mailed them, but no reply. Opted out as their terms specified. This, I find is fraudulent! I did not search the site at all. Immediately opted out! This charge will be disputed by Credit Card Co.

too good to be true? Definitely! Absolutely a scam! I've won and purchased something a month ago and NOTHING! cannot reach a 'live person' to talk to. Virtual help gave lame excuses that they do not give out the estimates for shipping and I cannot get the name of even one person who works there to write and complain! the card was charged without my consent.

My name is Leonard Jones order 71120 for $149.95 was cancelled on 9/30/2010. I have sent serveral emails to Billing@bidsauce.com they have never responded. I have contacted their online chat only to be told my refund is in processing without a payment date.

I never did any business with this company and noticed a charge on my credit card for 149.95 I called their non-existent customer service number several times leaving a message each time and never received a call back.

They owe me a few hundred in cards. Every time I call they claim it was the company they were using at the time to process payments (fall 2010) For some reason they think that should get them a free pass and that they aren't responsible for my items I won. Class action suit sounds good to me so if u hear of one let me know.

I was in the same situation with Bidsauce. I won two gift cards, paid for shipping them to my address and waited a couple of weeks...no gift cards and no contact from Bidsauce. So I decided to give them a call to check on the status of my gift cards. And was given the same old excuse. They claim to be having problems with their merchant account service and that I would get my gift cards once the issue was resolved. So I told the customer service representative that I would like a refund and threaten to have the credit card charge reversed via VISA and hung up the phone. Two more weeks had past and still no resolution from Bidsauce. So I decided to contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Nevada Consumer Protection Agency and filed a legal complaint with both divisions. Within a week, my case was reviewed and was ruled in my favor by the FTC investigative representative...a few days following, I received both of my gift cards. It appears that this company is VERY unreliable and borderline fraudulent...Stay away from these sharks.

I also had the same issue...Just out of curiosity I registered in this site one day and never ever bothered to go to that site until I saw my credit card statement. while registering they asked for my credit card information...I thought they are asking only for future purchases but did not realize that they immediately charged me until I noticed a charge for 149.99 on my credit card statement from them...when I tried to dispute it with them they said they can only refund 40$ and that I made a purchase of 250 bids..I swear to god I never did and I totally remember there was no option like that too..It is a total scam !

They took 149.95 without my authorization. I have made several efforts to contact them by email and phone with no responses. So I stopped the Bulls---t payment through my bank, filed a complaint with my bank and now filing with my state (Illinois) Attorney Generals office and the state of which this so called company is in. This sort of scam is what we all hear of and yet accidently fall prey too. Stay away and please make sure you check & double check its validity. [ C. Pavlik ]

The Utah Attorney General's Division of Consumer Protection is currently investigating Bidsauce. You are encouraged to notify Al Pauga at [protected] with complaints regarding your association with Bidsauce-- overcharges, not recieving your merchandise, etc.

You may also wish to file a formal complaint using the website for the Consumer Protection Division: http://www.dcp.utah.gov/.

this company said that you could register for free, then they charged our credit card for $149 without our permission. After a run around, customer service said they would look into it in 7 to 10 days. We reported them to the bank as a fraud. The bank will be investigating. This company is a SCAM.

I, like many others, bought bids, won auctions, paid postage and handling and they kept my money and sent nothing...short and simple they are thieves!..The owner, Chip, really should be held accountable! Karma or jail time or both! Totally dishonest people!

Paid for and "won" 8 gift cards on Bidsauce. Paid the shipping and almost one year later---NOTHING! DO NOT JOIN and do not visit their site. Anyone in Illinois wishing to file a class action lawsuit please contact me.

This company is a scam. They immediately charged my account w/o my giving permission. I had heard about it on television so thought it was an honest company and I considered participating. The next window was a charge that went thru.

Absolutely! Sign me up for the class action lawsuit! I wish I would have found this before signing up. There is no link for me to access to cancel except open a claim ticket for which no one responds to me. This is going to be a nightmare, I can tell. I'm going to try the phone numbers shown on here and see if I get anywhere. Otherwise, the only good thing I can say about Bank of America, they're really good about about ending this kind of cycle. Thanks for your help guys!

Call CCBIll, they are the company that processes Bidsauce credit card. Bidsauce must fulfill shipping requirements to keep taking credit cards. If we all call they will have to ship right away. CCBill [protected]

I have entered this information before, but I will do it again: I succeeded in recouping my $149.95. Here is how: google Utah Attorney General's office, find Consumer Protection Division, either call Mr. Ao (pronounced OW), or fill out the online complaint form, and send it in. He met with "them". I GOT my money. Try it. It works. The BBB cannot help because Bidsauce is not a member. This is the way.
