Nothing but a SCAM
Fraud rip off scam that steals money and provides no product and no response to emails!
The last 3 emails I sent were to cancel the order and ensure a refund.
No reply to any messages sent, no way to track if product was shipped, no way to contact the company directly.
The course of action per the website to obtain a refund is a joke.
These companies should not be allowed to continue to steal blatantly from consumers without prosecution.
Edited to add. Even though I received no response to my emails regarding the invalid tracking number, my order did arrive last week...just outside the 10-20 day stated shipping period. Customer service obviously lacking but pleased my stuff arrived.
My daughter ordered shoes that were not fitting proportionally. I am trying to return them, but there is no return or exchange policy posted on the webpage. I have sent an email a week ago and have not heard back from them. I am hesitant to send the shoes back to the return address on the package, because it may just be the warehouse and the package might get lost without a return label. Before buying from any online store, one should check out the return policy and customer service information is my advice.
I'm waiting on my order. Dubious that its ever going to get here as they sent an invalid tracking number for my order.
