Purchased last year from Walmart. Transformer/adapter quit this week. Reviews say this is an ongoing issue with this product. The product appears to be obsolete It appears to be out of stock and not available or one comparable. This was purchased with 4 flower scone lights $30 each that are now obsolete. Do you warranty this product? I'm out over quite a bit of money with faulty plug and replacement?

I have over 40 Better Homes & Gardens outdoor electric lights running off of 4 Better Homes & Gardens 35 watt transformers. Two of the transformers have stopped working. I cannot find the transformers for sale anywhere, they are listed as “out of stock.” I also searched under the transformer’s manufacture INTERTEK without success. Does anyone know how to get these transformers? How to convert a different transformer to work with the lights? Does anyone know if this product is being produced again?

Call [protected] it’s a customer service line for a company called
Jiawei, seems promising, I’ve reached out and am awaiting a back order on a transformer...

For those who are looking to find this eternally-out-of-stock item, here is what worked for me a year ago (12/2019): I initially contacted the customer service line for the supplier - Maximus/Jaiwei Technology at [protected], but I found it MUCH better to send an email to customerservice@jiaweitech.com. I did finally get a response from a very helpful but EXTREMELY busy person named Alexis Young. A year ago they sold the units for $11.79, free shipping (tax is extra). The transformer you want is the 45-watt unit, not the 35-watt. Plus they offer a 5-year warranty. (Most systems and transformers are 12VDC. You need this one which is 18VDC). You may need to be very patient. It took me about a week of email exchanges to get the order placed. The best way to prevent transformer burnout is to NEVER overload it (each light is around 2-3 watts - can be more or less - so don't go over a total of 45 watts. PLUS, do NOT allow the transformer to get wet. Either buy sufficient 10 or 20-foot QuickFit extension cables to enable the transformer to be placed in a completely dry area or put it inside of a waterproof box. Oh yes, I just found one other possible way to buy one (untested). Try this link to appliances shop: https://appliances.shop2017.net/bhg-45-watt-quickfit-transformer-timer-565259303. They (supposedly) sell them for $19.00 (shipping and tax likely extra). Good luck!

it appears to let you order, you put in your contact info and click and look to pay, but then nothing, the site seems old and has issue, sent an email to them, , maybe the will respond and I will update everyone

I just found an old wall adapter plug in the basement that I do not know what it was for. I spliced the wires to the light adapter wires and they work now. I bypassed the light sensor and use a timer instead. Easy fix.

I paid 100.00 at Walmart for the Better Homes and Gardens outdoor electric lighting not even one year ago. The adapter sparked and we have no lights at all. They say 'out of stock' for the adapter. What can we use that would be compatable to have our lights up and running. We are so much in need of the lighting as we have lost our loving man of the house last Sept to God awful throat cancer, so lighting would be safer for us to live with. Cant afford another new set nor can we afford the solar lights as the batteries weaken much too early. Please, someone out there, offer help to keep us safe in our home. Waiting for a quick reply. Thank you.
