I have bought 2 of these trash cans. It's the kitchen sized ones. The first one I bought was the stainless steel with a black lid. The bottom foot petal ended up breaking. Pressed my luck and went out and bought another one. Well the pieces that makes the lid stay connected ended up breaking on one side. I like the stainless steel look for my kitchen I just wish that the product would last.

In the last year I have bought several [4-6] Bath mats- different sizes and colors. 1 Mat- die lot 17068 size 24x39 1 Mat same size but dark burgundy. Both have split and shredded inside the binding after very little use. I bought both at wal-Mart, but since they are more than 90 days old they refuse to do anything. I have subsequently replaced all mats with a different brand. I threw away the burgundy one, but have retained the dark teal one. What can you do? Barbara Gregory

I buy your waxmelts never had a problem. I usually buy the walamart brand tealights because they are encased in aluminum. I recenlty purchased yours which came in plastic. I never remove tealights from encasement due to wax pouring out onto surfaces. After 3rd use with no issues I left the room for a few minutes to change laundry and came back to my bedroom smoking. I turned tealight burner and noticed inside was on fire. We just bought our new house and could have lost everything. The firealarms went off as well. I just want your company to know there is a danger with this product and nowhere on the packaging does it say WARNING MAY CATCH ON FIRE. So you might want to reconsider putting your tealights in aluminum. Thank you.

Bought a set of Outdoor Furniture from WalMart in Orange, Texas in May 26, 2017. I loved the set. We paid $447 for the set. I was outside the other day and look down and noticed something was wrong with one of the chair legs. Being that this set is only a year old this should not have happened. If there any way I can get a replacement chair? I have attached the pictures which you can tell that it just crumbled and still looks like the wood is brand new.

My daughter bought me a kitchen dish set, 4 plates, 4 small plates and 4 bowls. I have a newer plastic sink in a new countertop. Within two weeks, there was a small hairline fracture in a bowl. I ignored it and thought it was a fluke. A few days after that, another bowl had a small chip in it which I used superglue for . Then another bowl had a small chip under the lip of the bowl. Now, I have had to glue two big chunks from two different bowls. I'm attaching a picture of this last bowl. The set wasn't exactly dirt cheap at Walmart. I am SO disappointed from BH&G for the products they are putting their name on. I am not a happy customer. I would like to know what BH&G can do for me with such a disappointing purchase from my daughter for my birthday. Thank you.

I purchased eight of these panels at my local Walmart store in Greenville Pennsylvania. Only three of the paels measured the eighty four inches long as was printed on the package. All of the other ones wereonly 82 inches long. As it turns out, five of the panels were double hemmed so I had to rip the hems out of them and re-stitch the hems. Luckily I am familiar with the process and was able to do this but I shouldn't have had to. Maybe you should check your quality control in China!

I posted a complaint June 1st, it is now Aug !st and I have not heard anything in regards to the complaint. I requested a replacement product. a ebony faux wood blind 46 in X 64 in as the one I purchased warped. If you cannot replace this product please send refund. Item was purchased on walmart.com. I would like a response to this ASAP!

I purchased this container for use while hosting family events. I only got one use out of it before the bottom shattered. I poured warm (not hot and definitely not boiling) water in and the bottom cracked. I am disappointed in the quality of the material. It's wasteful not only for me financially but also as an environmentalist it saddens me that so much energy is being put into poor quality materials that have such short lived lives.

I purchased an ironing board at walmart on 12/22/18, for $39.86, I have my receipt. The ironing board has completely severed itself, the metal bottom stand and the top part where you actually iron are have disconnected, they are now two pieces. Walmart won't take it back for an exchange due to it being past the 90 day policy. I would like to know what you can do for me. I have the product serial number : ZHV1627202032 and the product sku number :[protected]. I would just like an ironing board that works, this one has had minimal usage, like maybe a total of 20 times in the entire time I have had it, I make journals so I iron for sewing so there was limited handling. I Just need an ironing board replacement please.

I am attempting to locate a second box of Better Homes and Gardens Fleur de Lis 20 piece mirrored flatware to expand on my original 20piece purchase. I purchased the Country Crest Dishes as well and would love more matching serving utensils and serving dishes. It remains "OUT OF STOCK" both in my local store as well as online at www.walmart.com ! Who decided to yank such a classy pattern and set away? Will there be more produced?

Less than a year ago I purchased Better Homes and Gardens 2GAL Mason Dispenser from Wal-Mart. I purchased the dispenser with a peace of mind that I could utilize it for many years. The dispense was used once last summer and then was put away. This summer I pulled it out to use again. I was stiring my iced tea with a plastic spoon and the seam at the bottom of the jug broke. 2 gallons of liquid quickly flooded my gas stove. The stove and the floor mess were fixable. The dispenser is not. I am sad that after 1 use the seam broke. I do not have a receipt from last year. Can you please make this situation better?

I bought the Better Homes and Garden 11ft off set umbrella from the Walmart website on June 2 2018. Order number [protected]. The box was torn but we did not realize that the parts and directions were not in the box. I would like to get more parts for this umbrella. I bought the futon from Walmart the one with arms I have never sat on anything so uncomfortable. I had no idea from the box that it would set so incorrectly.

I wanted to have a replacement for the sofa bed in the LR.

I have spent a fortune on things to try to make the seat comfortable do you have any suggestions for a fix. I can't afford to buy a new one after all of the money I spent.

I am trying to order replacement cushion covers for three Better Homes and Garden sets we purchased 8 years ago. Similar sets are still sold at Walmart and other stores. I called Walmart, they gave me a number for Better Homes and Gardens. I called that number and they gave me the number for Walmart. Neither was able to help me so I just ended up in the loop. Can someone contact me to resolve this issue?

I purchased a set of ivory sheets from Walmart about 6 months ago. I went back today to purchase the exact same set but when I got home and opened them realized they are nothing alike. They are different colors and not made the same at all. On my older set the fitted sheet has thick elastic on the corners to hold it in place and in the new set it's just regular. They both say 100% cotton but they feel totally different. On the older set it has a satin border on the flat sheet and pillow cases new set is just plain. I am very disappointed because I have a 400 count sheet set that feel the same as these and the whole reason I went to get a set like the others because I don't like the feel of them. The lighter ones in the pictures is the older set.

My husband brought this home. Bought at Walmart in Frederick, MD and it won't even go together. The main umbrella will not match up with the predrilled pin hole. So it just spins and won't secure so it's unsafe. The umbrella has 3 parts, the top finial the main umbrella which has a little silver spring pin and the leg bar that gives the umbrella its height and has the pin hole to secure part 2 to part 3. The problem is that the pin on part 2 does not matchup with the hole on part 3. The crank on part 2 is so low that the pin can't even reach all the way down to hole enough to spring and thus secure the parts to each other. Poor design or shoddy implementation but the result is the same, I can't use the umbrella because it won't stop spinning in the tube (part 3).

I purchased a lightweight cotton full/queen blanket at WalMart and when I took it out of the package saw a flaw in it. The threads have been pulled leaving a hole in the blanket. I took it back and got another one and it has the same problem. I really like the blanket but do they all have this flaw? I don't want to have to keep returning to WalMart .

I purchased the pet cover wet protection for my NEW couch. My son returned from the military with a kitten and dog. This was my main reason for the purchase of this product. Lets just say that the 40.00 for the couch cover and the 570.00 for the new couch didn't make it a week.
I am so upset! the kitten accidentally peed on the cover and I told my son that's ok, I can wash the cover, but my couch is saved. WRONG
Why would you promote a product that does not work? I can't return the now soiled couch!
I am a very, very, very disappointed and mad person right now.

I bought a better homes and gardens 11' cantaliever umbrella with solar lights from e-bay.
Received the umbrella and set it up, like the umbrella very much, but 2 lines of lights don't work. I have tried to go through e-bay, and they told me to contact you, contacted you, they told me to contact Walmart because they sell your stuff, called them they said they couldn't help me to call you. I don't want a new umbrella, I want to talk to someone on what to check to fix it. I would like all the lights to work and I don't mind checking it out. If I can't fix it, maybe then look to get a new one.
