BestHairBuy Disappointing Experience with BestHairBuy: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I am so disappointed with BestHairBuy! I placed an order for some hair on February 27th, and I still haven't received it. According to the tracking number, it was delivered on March 4th at 11:03, but I was home all day and I never received anything. I called DHL right away at 11:05 to let them know, but they said they didn't have any updates and would contact me when they did. It's been a whole week and I haven't heard anything from them.

I reached out to BestHairBuy on the same day, but I didn't get a response until Friday. They said they would investigate, but I still haven't heard anything back. My birthday is coming up this week, and I was really looking forward to having my hair for it. But now I don't think I'm going to get it at all. I just want my money back and to never shop with this company again. It's so frustrating because they act like they don't care about their customers at all.

I'm really unsatisfied with my experience with BestHairBuy. I don't think I'll ever order from them again. It's just not worth the hassle and the disappointment. I hope they can improve their customer service and delivery process in the future.

BestHairBuy BestHairBuy Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication

I made an order on BestHairBuy website on October 5, 2020. Unfortunately, the hair that I ordered was out of stock, and the employer contacted me to let me know. I was disappointed and asked for a refund, but they said they couldn't do that. Instead, they suggested that I choose another type of hair from their website. I decided to give it a try and picked another type of hair.

On October 8, 2020, they promised to send the hair out as soon as possible. However, a week later, I still hadn't received my hair. I tried to reach out to them through calls, emails, and customer chats, but they ignored all my attempts to contact them. I was frustrated and disappointed with their lack of communication and customer service.

I wish I had read and watched reviews on YouTube before buying hair from BestHairBuy. It was a complete scam, and I will never buy from them again. It's important to do your research before making a purchase, and I learned that the hard way.

I recently had an experience with BestHairBuy (besthairbuy.com) that I feel compelled to share. I purchased their Diamond Series Hair for $300 in mid-September, and was initially pleased with the quality of the hair. However, after only three weeks of wear, I began to notice significant shedding and tangling.

I attempted to contact the company via email, but received no response. Frustrated, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Suddenly, BestHairBuy reached out to me with a response. Unfortunately, their response was not helpful.

First, they attempted to blame me for the shedding, despite the fact that my stylist had only deep conditioned and washed the hair once. They then offered me tips on what comb and brush to use, as if that would solve the issue. Finally, they offered me a measly $8.00 discount off of my next purchase.

I was extremely disappointed with BestHairBuy's lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility for the poor quality of their product. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. In my experience, BestHairBuy was my worst hair but, and I will not be making any future purchases from them.

BestHairBuy Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with BestHairBuy

I recently purchased a braided wig from BestHairBuy and was extremely disappointed with the product I received. The wig looked like it had been grown out for at least a month, which was not what was advertised on their website. I had to send MULTIPLE emails to their customer service team for over 2 months just to get a partial refund. This was the WORST return and "money back guarantee" experience I have ever had in my 50 years of shopping online.

The braider who made my wig was either lazy or unqualified, and there was clearly no quality control in place. I know how to braid hair myself, but I wanted to pay someone else to do it. Unfortunately, even my 12-year-old niece could have done a better job than the person who made this wig.

When I sent pictures of the wig to BestHairBuy, their first response was that I could fix it myself or have someone else fix it. This was unacceptable to me, as I had paid for a product that was supposed to be ready to wear. I will never shop with BestHairBuy again and I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money on this website. You will not receive what is advertised and their customer service is terrible.

BestHairBuy BestHairBuy: The Only Place I'll Buy Wigs From Now On!

I gotta say, I'm a huge fan of BestHairBuy. I've been buying wigs from them for a while now, and I'm already on my fourth one. In fact, I'm already eyeing my fifth! I always go for the undetectable wavy and body wave lace wigs, and let me tell you, they are the best out of all the other companies I've tried. And trust me, I've tried a lot. But these wigs from BestHairBuy are the only ones that actually match my skin tone perfectly. When I wear them, it looks like it's my real hair. Every. Single. Time.

The customer service is top-notch too. They're always so helpful and friendly, and the prices are great. I've spent close to six or seven hundred dollars on wigs before, but they don't even compare to the quality of these ones. It's insane, really. Sure, they do shed a bit after a few months of use, but that's only if you don't take care of them properly or if it's just time to get a new one. But honestly, they're worth every single dollar in my book.

I'm telling you, I'm a customer for life now. BestHairBuy has won me over with their amazing wigs and even better customer service. If you're in the market for a new wig, you won't regret giving them a try. Trust me, you'll be hooked just like I am.

BestHairBuy BestHairBuy Review: Affordable Quality Hair That Surprised Me!

I recently received my hair from BestHairBuy and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The hair was thick and had no smell. It was wavy, just like I wanted it to be. All of my bundles came in the right size, hair type, and color. I was a bit scared before the hair came in because I looked at reviews after I bought the hair. The only thing I could do was wait and see. I didn't even want to try to cancel it. But, I'm glad I didn't listen to what other people were saying because my hair came in exactly the way I ordered it. I feel bad for those other people who are saying they got played.

This is my first time ever ordering hair and I'm actually happy I did it. I paid $106 for 3 bundles of Brazilian hair plus $20 for expedited shipping, which wasn't that bad. My experience was great because I got my hair. I was so damn scared I wasn't going to get what I ordered because of the bad reviews. But, I got my hair and haven't installed it yet. I'll be back with an update on how my hair is doing.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. The hair is soft, nice, and real. I would definitely recommend BestHairBuy to anyone looking for quality hair at an affordable price. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with BestHairBuy. I was really excited to order some hair for an upcoming trip, and I even paid extra for express shipping to make sure it would arrive in time. Unfortunately, I never received my hair. When I reached out to the company, I was told that it was Chinese spring festival and no one was working. I was frustrated because they had already taken my money through PayPal, but I was willing to be patient and wait for my hair to arrive after the holiday.

However, things took a turn for the worse when they tried to convince me to accept the hair anyway, even though they hadn't even sent it yet. I immediately requested a refund, and I made it clear that I wanted the full amount back with no restocking fees or return shipping costs, just in case they tried to send the hair anyway. The customer service representative offered me a pair of eyelashes as a gift to try and make things right, but I declined. I had already paid cancellation fees for my trip and more as a result of not having the hair I needed, and I didn't feel like a pair of eyelashes would make up for that.

To make matters worse, the company didn't seem to have any regard for me as a customer. The representative even sent me a small video of her family eating and celebrating during the holiday, as if that would somehow validate the fact that I didn't have my hair. They also told me that it would take six months to receive a refund, which was unacceptable to me.

In the end, I was able to escalate the dispute with PayPal and receive my refund in about two weeks. While I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved, I was disappointed with the way BestHairBuy handled the situation. I would caution anyone considering ordering from them to be aware of the potential for delays and issues, and to be prepared to fight for a refund if necessary.

I recently bought two wigs from BestHairBuy and I have to say, I was not impressed. The first wig I purchased cost me $123.79 and the second one was $74.99. Unfortunately, the first wig looked too fake for my liking and the second one was way too heavy. I decided to return both of them within 1-2 days of receiving them.

I received an email from someone named "Greeny" a few days later, asking me why I wanted to return the wigs. I had already included my reason in my original email, so I was a bit confused. I replied to the email and explained my reason again, and asked for the return address. It took "Greeny" several days to reply, and when they did, they asked me to send pictures of the wigs to prove that they hadn't been altered. I sent the pictures right away and asked for the return address again.

To my surprise, "Greeny" then suggested that I try to sell the wigs to someone else, or exchange them for another wig from their website. I explained once again that I didn't want to keep the wigs or exchange them, I just wanted to return them. "Greeny" then emailed me a few days later to inform me that I would have to pay for the shipping to return the wigs, and that they would also be deducting a restocking fee.

I replied and agreed to the terms, and asked for the return address once again. Unfortunately, I never heard back from "Greeny" after that. I find this kind of customer service to be absolutely disgusting, and I would not recommend BestHairBuy to anyone. Please be careful if you decide to purchase from them.

I recently purchased two wigs from BestHairBuy and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. The wigs were raggedy and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to leave the house wearing them.

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, BestHairBuy disputed the refund with my bank. This was extremely frustrating and made me feel like I was being scammed.

I think it's important for companies like BestHairBuy to sell good quality products so that customers will want to come back and make more purchases. Unfortunately, it seems like BestHairBuy doesn't care about their customers and is only interested in making a quick buck.

Overall, I would not recommend BestHairBuy to anyone. If you're looking for high-quality wigs, I suggest you look elsewhere. Don't get finessed by BestHairBuy.com!

I recently made a purchase from BestHairBuy and I have to say, I was not impressed. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be perfect for a summer day at the beach. However, it arrived a whopping 3 weeks late, long after my beach trip had already passed.

To make matters worse, the dress was a cheap knock off of the photo that was shown on the website. It was clear that the quality was not up to par and I was extremely disappointed.

When I tried to return the dress, I was hit with another surprise. The return shipping cost nearly as much as the dress itself! I couldn't believe it.

In the end, I decided to cut up the dress and use it as a cleaning cloth. What a waste of money. I would definitely advise others to beware of this company and their products.

BestHairBuy Warning: BestHairBuy is a Scam! Terrible Quality and Customer Service

This company is a total scam! I can't believe I fell for their tricks. They sent me the wrong item and when I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me the address to send it back. I asked them multiple times and they just ignored me. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I should have known better than to order from a company in China. I've heard so many horror stories about people getting ripped off by these types of companies. But I thought I would give BestHairBuy a chance because their prices were so good. Big mistake!

The quality of the item I received was terrible too. It was nothing like the picture on their website. It was cheap and poorly made. I wouldn't even give it to my worst enemy. I feel like I wasted my money and my time dealing with this company.

I hope other people read this review and stay far away from BestHairBuy. They are not a reputable company and they don't deserve your business. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

BestHairBuy Disappointing Experience with BestHairBuy: Shedding and Non-Human Hair

I bought a wig from BestHairBuy and was excited to receive it. I quickly took it to my hairstylist to get it styled. However, as soon as she started to comb it, we were both shocked to see how much hair was shedding. It was a nightmare! I couldn't believe it.

I was disappointed to find out that the hair was not 100% human hair. I could tell because there were red hairs in the wig. I was so upset that I couldn't get a refund. It was a waste of my money.

I want to warn anyone who is thinking of buying from BestHairBuy to think twice. I suggest trying Luv Me Hair instead. Their hair is much better.

I am so frustrated with BestHairBuy that I am going to report them to the BBB. I hope that they will take action and prevent other people from experiencing the same thing.

BestHairBuy BestHairBuy Review: Disappointing Shedding Experience & Alternative Recommendation

I bought some hair from BestHairBuy and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. I got a few different types of hair and all of them shed like crazy. It was a real bummer, especially since the pictures on the website made the hair look so nice. But when I got it, it was a different story.

I spent a lot of money on this hair and it just wasn't worth it. Luckily, a friend of mine told me about a guy on eBay named ninjadms who sells really great Brazilian and Malaysian hair for super reasonable prices. I was a little hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a shot.

And let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. The hair I got from ninjadms was amazing. It didn't shed nearly as much as the hair from BestHairBuy and it looked just like the pictures. I've had it for about 9 months now and it still looks great.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend BestHairBuy. But if you're looking for some good quality hair at a reasonable price, check out ninjadms on eBay.

BestHairBuy Nightmare Experience with BestHairBuy: No Return Address, Unprofessional Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from BestHairBuy, spending a whopping 300 dollars on a wig. I was excited to receive my new hairpiece and eagerly awaited its arrival. To my surprise, the wig was much smaller than I anticipated and did not fit properly. I was disappointed and knew I needed to return it.

However, I quickly realized that there was no return address listed on the website. This was my first clue that something was not quite right. After some digging, I finally found an address for what I thought was BestHairBuy. It turned out to be for a company called BEST BUY HAIR located in Flatbush, NY. I was confused and frustrated, but decided to send the wig back to that address anyway.

When I contacted the owner of BestHairBuy to explain the situation, they immediately began to yell at me and tell me that I had the wrong company. I was taken aback by their unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy. To make matters worse, I never received a return address or my money back.

Overall, my experience with BestHairBuy was a total nightmare. I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from this company to be extremely careful and do their research beforehand. BestHairBuy Terrible Return Experience with BestHairBuy - Don't Recommend!

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with BestHairBuy. I was tryna return some hair extensions that just weren't workin' out for me, but they wouldn't give me the return instructions. Instead, they kept askin' me all these questions and tryna make me feel like we were friends or somethin'. Like, I don't care if we're friends, just give me the dang return address so I can get my money back!

I kept demandin' the return address and remindin' them of their return policy, but they just kept givin' me the run-around. They even tried to tell me that they wanted to please me, like that was gonna make me forget about the fact that they weren't helpin' me with my return. I mean, come on now.

After a whole week of beggin' and pleadin', they straight up ignored me. Like, what kind of customer service is that? I was so frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend BestHairBuy to anyone, unless you wanna deal with a bunch of nonsense when tryna return somethin'.

BestHairBuy Disappointing Experience with BestHairBuy: Broken Clips and Wrong Colors Received

I recently made a purchase from BestHairBuy, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had ordered three different hair pieces, all in the light blonde shade. However, upon receiving my order, I found that one of the pieces had a broken clip, rendering it unwearable. BestHairBuy False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with BestHairBuy

I recently made a purchase from BestHairBuy (besthairbuy.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had ordered a Mannequin head from their website and was excited to receive it. The website had advertised that the head would be made of real human hair and have a beautiful red color. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that the head was actually blonde and made of completely synthetic hair.

Naturally, I was upset and immediately contacted the company to request a refund. However, the customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful.
