On 2/26/15 I authorize the Benvi company to ship me the creams for the amount of 5.95 then the following day they took 4.95 which was the trial size they wre offering with no strings attached or any other products to be shipped to me or to bill me twice for 94.95 & 94.99 for other products claiming that was shipped to me . I never authorized Bank of America to go on and let them take this money from my checking account .. I called the company immediately when I saw this on 3/15/15 at 8 pm spoke to a sales representative which had no clue on answering me, she took my phone number and told me the superviser will call me back which he did 1/2 hour later with no answer to give me but to repeat that I recieved the trial size and the other products will be mailed to me then he changed the conversation and said the trial size was the 94.95 & 94.99 . I told him to go back to the recorded conversation we had on 2/26 that the sales rep said no strings attached and nothing will be shipped other than the trial size which is the price I wrote already and that I will not be any additional chargeswhen I mentioned this the supervisor hung up the phone . Now who's responsible ?

I too did not see that the trial size that was sent would be a total of $189 after 14 days. Not only did I not want to pay this much for skin care, but my checking account was overdrawn. I even asked if they can reverse the charges and charge my credit card so that I can pay my bills, but all they offered is a 15% discount. It does not make up for the inconvenience they caused. I am writing the BBB.

I also submitted my credit info. for a trial size and the 5.95 was taken out of my checking account the next day. Approx. two weeks later the amount of 94.99 was taken out of my account. AS of today March 31st I have received no further product. I went back to the web-site that I ordered it from and scrolled to the credit card part and found that unless you scroll all the way to the bottom of page you cannot see the info.that they provide. It is so pale that if your computer screen is not in the exact position and light you cannot see it as well. This is simply a scam operation to bilk good people out of their hard-earned money. A trial sample is simply that, a small amount of a product to see if you like it and then give you the info. to order it if you wish. I would never order any face cream that cost 94.99 a month, that is more than my car insurance. I am seeking legal council if my money is not returned.
